The receptionist gave me a quote of $100 for towing my car. The driver told me after getting to my location that the price was $140. Called the company again and they told me there was no note saying it was $100. Honestly a horrible experience. Do not use their services. The receptionist was rude as hell on the callback as well.
If you're van, car or truck is broke down, on its side, won't start or if it just needs a tow home, call and ask for (Guy) because he'll get it done plus he's a very nice man.
Just complete my coordination with the photo scheduled time was great. The guy showed up exact on the dot gave my car for good cause recommend recommended. Thank you.
The driver did take extreme care when loading my vehicle but the price was outrageous. $630 to go 24 miles plus they took over an hour to get to my vehicle. Neither of these things were communicated prior to the services being booked/ provided.

I was having a rough Tuesday, dealing with bright sun, heavy traffic, and the worst part, hitting a cinder block near an exit on my way home. Fortunately, I had access to an emergency towing service and was lucky enough to connect with J.D., who provided me with the absolute best customer service I've ever experienced. Thanks to J.D., I made it home safely and soundly.
Jonathan must get a pay raise. He’s a my savior. My car got stuck in a mud and he came to my rescue. My car was in such a difficult place to be winch out , and then the weather challenged him again and started raining. It almost looked impossible to winch out the car. Jonathan patiently used every possible way to bring both the tow truck and my car to the street. It was 7 hours of long work and I received the best service. I’m so thankful for his tow service!

I had to use their service yesterday. My Honda Pilot’s battery as well as alternator had completely died. The service man had to struggle for an hour to jump start the car so that he could move it first. He worked very patiently and got the job done. Very good service.
Took more than 2 hours for the row truck to show up instead of the initial 40 min promised. Called again after an hour, they said 20 min. The tire truck can 1 hour later. Unreliable!
SCAMMERS— go to Yelp. needed a tow today. Called this business and was quoted $200 for a tow up to 10 miles plus $85 if special equipment would be needed. After four hours of waiting the tow truck driver came and towed me home. 8.6 miles away. When he unhooked my car he stated it was going to be $325. Told him that’s not what I was quoted so I called the office. Another lady answered the phone and went to talk to her manager. While I was waiting they text the tow truck driver and told him $285.
The whole time I was being informed that the tow truck driver was a third-party supposedly. Doesn’t sound like it. Once the lady got back on the phone I asked her was I being charged $85 for the special equipment that was never used? She spoke to her manager again and came back and said you deal with the driver about the price. Once they provided you the service and dropped your car off they know you’re stuck. They know their craft well. The driver quote you a very high price so they can talk to you down to an amount lower but still higher than what your quoted. Now I worry if they will come back and do something to my car because of this review. Do not trust these people .
I called this company to come and pull me out of a spot I was stuck in they wanted to charge me $411.00 I said ok no problem, however I was able to to get out of the place from being stuck myself. I call them to cancel the order and they charged my credit card $395.00 for a canceling fee. That is the most insane amount I ever seen for a cancellation and if a company have to charge that for canceling that mean I’m they are low on money which means they don’t get any business which means they are no good! Do not use this company.
Had a tow that was Fremont to Fremont, 6 minutes away and the guy was professional but that wasn’t the problem, the problem was the lady on the phone quoted me 180 and ended but charging me 225 on my card the next day.
Guy was incredibly professional and confident with a complicated tow from a parking garage. He made me feel at ease with my Alfa Romeo that had very specific towing needs. There is only one person I will ever call when I’m in need of a truly professional towing service. Guy was friendly and made the whole broken car experience as good as it could be.

Someone hit my car and it doesnt drive. Im stuck in road blocking traffic. These guys are horrible at phone support. I called and got put on hold multiple times. Finally after i got hold of them, they said 30mins for pickup. 60 mins passed, i called again and they said 35more mins this time. This is at night time and the lady on phone was shouting at me when i asked why dont they give accurate times. I wanted to cancel, but they charge a cancellation fee. Fkng stupid.
Guy came out to take care of a car that had a stuck ignition to a service center where I had an appointment. The car was at a weird angle next to a trailer, which was no issue. He was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly.

worst worst worst experience
Got flat tire on the fast line of the highway, park right next to the fast line, too narrow and dangerous to change the tire…so we have to call a towing service. The representative told us 45 minutes to wait the towing car. They asked us the credit info to avoid cancellation, I can understand that. After 1 hour and 40 minutes, we are still waiting… Then, The police showed up and said we cannot stay here anymore since it is so dangerous. We have to drive to a safer location. So we moved and broke the hubs. After all of this, the towing company still not showing up… We call to cancel the service they said they want to charge us the cancellation fee. Ok
