I was on a long trip from Portland, Oregon to Central California when my throttle stopped working in the middle of traffic on the 680 Southbound. I didn’t have roadside assistance so I called the first tow company that popped up on my search. Thank goodness. Esma from Advanced Towing was very prompt and professional while trying to locate where I was broken down. I received a tow with 30 minutes and since it was late at night I had to leave it in their yard overnight. They were kind enough to take me to a nearby hotel and offered to pick me up in the morning. Esma also shared a couple of mobile mechanic numbers with me which helped me get back on the road before noon the next day. I haven’t had very much experience with highway breakdowns and I can only assume that it’s a great opportunity to take advantage of a situation. As I was driving home I couldn’t help reflect on the kindness and genuineness of Esma and his team. My apologies to Esma if I spelled his name wrong here :)
My husband was stranded on the side of the road for hours because Triple A failed to send a tow truck. I called Advanced Towing and they were able to respond immediately. The customer service was fantastic and all of my questions were quickly answered. In the end, Triple A finally sent a tow truck. However, I'm seriously thinking about ending my membership with Triple A and going with Advanced Towing from now on. In the future, I know who to call. For anyone needing a tow, I highly recommend you go with this company!

I ended up puncturing my oil pan in Tesla's parking lot. The security guard gave me Tesla's towing company, I asked him how much it would be. He said he would have to call me back in 5 minutes, I waited that 5 minutes, no phone call. So I then called Advanced Towing. They gave me a VERY reasonable price. I was very thankful, they quoted me 30-45 minutes to be there and they made it there in about 30 minutes. They were on the low end of the time they quoted. Very thankful to this company.
To explain, Tesla's towing company never called me back. Not even by the time Advanced Towing showed up. Then finally after advanced Towing showed up, and we're already loading my car up, their tow truck just showed up. According to the security guard, Tesla's tow company would be faster because they are "fairly close". I call BS on that. I assume it's because they wanted to show up, quote me high and EXPECT me to pay it.
Advanced Towing is now saved in my contacts as my go to towing company. Best professional, quick, and VERY reasonable. They even helped me get it into my parking place at my house. They were unable to drop it off using the truck into my place, so they even helped me get it into my parking place. I honestly couldn't thank this company enough.

This company has great service. I contacted the off duty tow agent and he sent me in the right direction. The man that answered the phone was very helpful and let me know immediately that my vehicle was in route to the shop location of my choosing.
