If at all possible do not use this company. Not only was my truck delivered to the body shop with the windows down, but someone stole tools as well. I gave them time to make it right so now I'm leaving the review.
The driver arrived and was ambushed by a group of irrelevant parties with no concern to the situation and stepped away in the best interest of his business and to give authorities ample time to put said irrelevant parties in their place. At the request of a neutral party returned to retrieve vehicle from the property. He was very understanding and willing to help as well as encourage. I wish I would have Asked his name bc I'd recommend again and again
They steal cars from fake police report so really any body can give the identity of your car and tags and say it was stollen and they will come pick it up smh
I bought a car from one of Tim Wilson's employees who lied about the car having A/C (just needs free-on) i paid cash his employee never returned to work! Some of it is on me but he doesn't run a good busines at all!, Don't buy a car from Wilson!
Owner is very nice but don’t get your Intoxalock installed here. Their technician is incompetent. I’ve had it 6 weeks and hasn’t worked right since day one. I brought it back 2 times now and he looks at it dumbfounded and says it’s installed right even though I have dozens of videos of it not working properly. I’m worried about permanent damage to my 4 year old truck. Has cost me money and left me stranded out of state. And don’t recommend Intoxalock at all all their customer service is entirely sand people.
They helped me and my family get a car in payments we can afford and referred us to a cheaper place to get insurance that was better than what we had been using.
They are the absolute worst! They never have anyone willing to show up to work to do their jobs! I would not recommend them to anyone at all! My car broke down 3 months after buying it but they said they can't fix it because they don't know what's wrong with it! Today I asked them to tow it to a shop but "they don't have any drivers" HOW ARE YOU A TOW COMPANY WITH NO WORKERS!? SMH at this point I'm thinking about trading this car in for something else!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! You will throw your money away, at least to Tim Wilson. Not only did I buy 1 but I bought 2 cars today and I'm stranded on the road 6 miles from there business. I have been ripped off and told that it's my problem now, on both cars. Smoking and burning. The other has to be towed to Mena. Do not trust them. Do not give them your hard earned money. He called the police when my husband wanted his money back just 2 hours after scraping every cent we had in cash. Not even financed. Trust and believe there's plenty of car stores right around his business and you might as well give to charity than give it to this scam artist who will lie and cheat you. Cars are not good here!!!
my car is not starting and i called for a jumpstart and a man on the phone said no drivers are available and i called at 3 am so i asked what time would they be available and he hung up on me. i’m still stranded and feel worthless :)
My car was towed unexpectedly and for terrible reasons by someone who had no right to tow my car. Tim gave me my car back without payment after hearing my story. I genuinely appreciate Tim and his staff for understanding my situation and helping me. They were so kind and went out of their way to help me. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!
I was talking to the Van Buren lot and had made a deal on a 2016 Dodge red Caravan. I called the lady at 2:30 yesterday and she told she was getting all the paperwork ready to sign. My fiance and I took off work early to be there at 4. When we pulled up the service guy came outside and said she wanted me to tell you she already sold the van. We were totally shocked. I ask the service guy why would she do this. He said she was a peice of s**** and he has never had to this before. He was very apologetic and nice. She couldn't even face us and took a cowards route. I dam sure won't be buying cars from a peice of s****. Also will be posting on my social media group that is about 20,000 strong locally. As well all through out the buy sell groups.
Tim Wilson left a business card on our biggest investor's lamborghini aventador while it was parked. Our office offered him lots of work for tow and transport and he failed to reply to any emails, even after answering phone he would. Wasted time and couldn't follow up.
Love this place my husband and I have purchased three vehicles and never had any problems just normal wear and tear maintenance that needs to be done on every vehicle they are up front and honest... There's two out of three that we bought
Grear local busness. we use them at my job if a customer needs a tow. I would recommend them to anyone in need. Sorry that you would have to google up tow trucks. But these guys got ya.
Purchased a vehicle from this company, was told that everything was in working condition. Found out too late that none of the lights were working, and they had sold me a truck with a transmission that they had pulled out of a junkyard and then didn't put any fluid in it, which I had no way of knowing during a test drive. So they essentially sold me a truck that was guaranteed to break down after only a few miles on the road. the only offer to assist me was that they wanted to sell me another discounted transmission......which was trashed because of them.
My only bad experience with them they was very quick to resolve. I will say keep all recipts when making a payment. They at times get very busy and sometimes forget to put your payment in the system. No they aren't trying to rip you off it can happen to anyone and as stated they were fast to fix it once I was able to verify that I had indeed made the payment. They didn't even charge a repo fee since it was a misunderstanding. They did right by me and already have others looking into coming in for cars.
Wilson's Towing LLC is a good place to buy a good running car truck or suv great ppl to work with n the mechanics are

Love Tim Wilson he's a good man with a good heart ! I bought a f150 ford off him 8 years ago and it's the best truck I ever had and I had also got a 2002 grand prix that was a wonderful car he sales people great vehicles at a great price
I really hate to even give Wilson Towing a star at all! My friend's car is still there getting " worked on " and I would hate to cause him any problems. Wilson's has had his car for a crazy amount of time. I had to go get some of my things out of the trunk. The owner was sitting at his desk looking at his computer screen, like I hadn't even walked in. I hadn't told the man what I was there for yet so I could have been a paying customer for all he knew. He just didn't care it seemed like. He did not let me get my stuff until he talked to my friend ..at least he did that right. I just can't tolerate bad behavior.
