I called for a vehicle tow back to my house, Ray baker was the driver/tower, and he did a fantastic job, car was a bit low and he managed to get it on the truck and off without any scrapes!! Recommend this guy
the absolute most unprofessional place ever. stole money from my mother, broke her rearview mirror, and even broke her radio. tried to even go as far as selling her car when they’re legally supposed to give 30 days. this place is not a good place.
They charged 192 .00 dollars for a less than a mile tow. Told my kids they should have left it in the parking lot till the next day. There are places that will do the same for 60-80 bucks. Just straight took advantage of some kids
The business name Affordable Towing is MISLEADING. My elderly mother's car was towed (parked in wrong spot without clear signage visable) by this company. Her car was towed 1.3 miles, this company charged $328 and told my mother they only accept cash. Nothing short of robbery on their towing fee!! I would give this company ZERO stars, but that is not an option.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would! My car had been stolen and the police called them to take it about a mile to there shop on Towson Ave. They charged me $408.98 to get my stolen car back. Affordable towing only had my car for for a few hours but still charged everything they possibly could. On top of the whole situation the man I talked to was rude and very unpersonable.
If there were a choice for zero stars, that's what I would give. I was quoted 375$ to tow a small truck less then 15 miles. I got it towed from another local tower for 150$ and was much quicker and friendlier.
Unbelievably rude, lied to me about when they would work on my car, I had to go take it back from them and take it across the street. Charged over $250 for a 15 minute tow
The staff was very friendly and they had a very fast and rapid response to my call. They took very good care and expertise in making sure that my car was taken care of during the process. If you need a vehicle code I would recommend it affordable because their names is it all and the staff is wonderful.
Horrible people. They needed a tow but the car was blocked in by no fault of the person needing a tow. The driver was very unprofessional and even threatening to impound the car!!
Not exactly what I consider to be "affordable" but I get why it costs what it does. I also almost got hurt trying to lock up before I left their impound lot. The gate fell right off the fence. Not secure at all.
They stesl parts off wtecked vehicles and property out of impounds aftrer they do more damage towing than was done in the first placeAnd chris is a snake never ever buy a vehicle from these guys theysell the same vehicle to 7or 8 people who spend enough money buy will not own by the time its over with. StNdard operating procedure for these guys. Do not call or buy from them and dont let police call them either.
Our car would not start outside of TJ Max off Rogers Avenue. My insurance company called Affordable Towing and a really nice young man named Richard Schuh came out and told me what he thought the problem was, pulled the car up on the rollback and transported it to where I could get the battery he said it needed and when battery was installed I was good to go

VECHILE was wrecked police had it towed to their business and they stole cd player and radiator dector and seat covers and more said they are not replacing it unless I buy my truck back from insurance company they also moved it from the gated area where it was supposed to be kept and started working on it before the insurance company came and inexpect wish they wasnt supposed to touch it no telling what parts they took off or switched out so beware and watch your items see you in court tho MR rip off
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!This place COMPLETELY over charged me hundreds of dollars on a tow and "fixing my vehicle" after I finally got it out it broke down with the same issue on the way home. He came and picked up my vehicle and recharged me hundreds more. This man claims to be affordable but he is doing nothing but running a crooked business and cheating innocent people out of money.
This is the most corrupt business I've come across in my lifetime. When you legally steal cars from victims of theft, you are the lowest scum of the earth. Never use this company, they are crooks.
