Very nice and honest person met us at night to recover my daughter's belongings got to the location promptly and didn't feel rushed to clean out her car
They were great and helped get my car to my apartment on a timely manner. Very professional and a good price point for a weekend! Recommend them highly!
Never got to use Jim's but I had a semi truck that wouldn't start and called Jim's. He was very helpful and jumped right on it with a very fair price. Fortunately we got the truck to start and when I called to call him off he was very gracious. I will definitely call and use him again if I get the chance.
They showed up quickly, were the best price out of 5 places we called, and very kind. They called me several times to give updates and confirm information. They helped me on 5/8/20 after my car broke down on the interstate and had to be towed to the repair shop.
