If ur gonna complain about a service tow.. well drop your contract with Progressive. If u have more toes than you do tows then don't send ur bariatric driver on a 104° day. Progressive and my finance company NFCU will know about this lack luster performance.
Very professional and friendly. They are really good to do business with and very reasonable. Needed a jump for my truck and they responded quickly.
I got a flat tire on my way to work and it was raining. They came right out and changed my tire. Even aired up my spare. I’d never had a flat tire before so they walked me through the process of where and how to get a new one. They where very nice and I appreciate them coming out in the rain to help!
