My motorcycle was stolen from me November 22nd of 2022 and was found August 5th of 2023. This towing company had possession of my vehicle and was charging me over $3000 to receive it back. When I had a police report reporting it stolen. And refused any information to me about my motorcycle. They are a fraudulent scamming company. They stole my motorcycle from me and sold it.
I have been waiting extra time to get a vehicle for a flat repair. I thought I called Lucky's. Turns out the phone number was Blue Hill. After I talked to them and found out they were twice as much as the service I am waiting on. Even though I have emergency road service. I thought I will wait for the other service. After all they only have to haul the vehicle a little over a mile up to the garage.
Disgusting customer service. Would never recommend giving any business to this company. I can recommend 15 tow trucks to call before you should EVER call these people.
Complete trash. Service was terrible. Towed my vehicle from my assigned parking spot under covered parking at my apartment complex. Use predatory towing practice. Had a spotter looking for cars with value and towed without warning. When I confronted the driver. That he was wrong. Demanded $250 in cash and only cash to drop vehicle. Never moved an inch. Police dispatch told Lucky's towing not remove vehicle. Lucky towing moved vehicle anyway. I spoke to the owner. He threatened to not allow me pick up my vehicle because he was called out on his BS. Would not recommend. This company should be illegal. I believe Lucky's towing used predatory towing practiced are are providing kickbacks to the apartment owners to take vehicles without consent. Only redeeming quality of the entire company was the office clerk. She was kind and understanding. Unfortunately her hands. We're tied by her POS boss. I wouldn't be surprised if this company is sued soon. Do not. I repeat do not call this company for anything other than to tell them to go F themselves.
Greetings, I called them already about the outrageous price they charged me: $170 from Mississiipii and Cantrell to Costco on Chenal aproximently. But here is what really agitated me: I called Lucky's because I wanted to use Lucky's. I have had to be towed in my life so many times, and they have always been super-nice. But the past two times, they have sent me a Blue Hill truck. If I wanted to use Blue Hill, I would of called them. I did not express this to the dispatcher when I called back to express my disdain at the price.

True Fact Review: We waited over 3 hours yesterday on this company to come. Start time 5:16 pm until 8:48 pm. Poor communication back and forth were our Road Side Service Rep call over 10 times inquiring have they arrived. My daughter was stranded in a bad part of town, so it was very critical I came to waited with her until the tow arrived. This must be just a 1 tow truck company, so it may be in your best interest to search around for companies that has more than 1 tow truck. Lucky’s new Logo need to be a picture of a ? on the side of their truck. They need to promote their ? pace services. So all customers know what to expect upfront. You all have been advised.

I called 2 or 3 other towing companies and they took what felt like a life time. So I kept looking and came across lucky towing service and Shannon that answer the phone was very friendly and sweet hearted and easy to speak to. And my tow driver Taylor not only did come to my location quickly he was a 10/10 hands down. I'll recommend everyone ik to them. 7 days out the week -30 days out the month and 365 days out of the year !
Great service. Hauled off pieces of heavy equipment left by another contractor. Went above and beyond what any wrecker service would have done to help us. Very nice and professional service from beginning to end. Would highly recommend and use again.
They have the equipment and they have the knowledge to get it done !!!!! Pulled a full size Ford Econo van out of Ouachita River. It was one mile off nearest road on rugged terrain.When no one else could, they did!!!!! Ck out Fox 16 report on abandoned van Hot Spring County.
Lucky's towing is stand up, class act! We needed a fire truck moved from our volunteer fire department and they came out and picked it up and moved with ease and professionalism. The tow driver was so nice and explained everything.
If you need a tow, call Lucky's first!! The owner has been so nice through this process. Thankful to promote and use Lucky's Towing.
Unfortunately nice people with probably a great towing and recovery service towed a vehicle of mine through Triple AAA by Brent Hollyfield (Driver). The vehicle was requested by the owner to be parked in the driveway but Brent Hollyfield indicated he was not allowed to do this. We question their driver. Anyway the vehicle could not go to the shop until the next week so by day four the police being unable to locate the owner had the vehicle towed by another company because the vehicle was parked 3 feet away from the curve and they thought the vehicle had been abandoned. We thought the vehicle had been stolen and when notifying the police they provided to us the towing service and their number. We paid unnecessary fees and charges because of their driver Brent Hollyfield's negligence in his decision to park a vehicle three (3 feet) away from the curve and not honor the owner's request to park the vehicle in the driveway. I have also been a member of Triple AAA and this is the FIRST time ever having any trouble. Triple AAA did not honor me so I had to go to the next level.
This particular case is being investigated to have Lucky's Towing and Recovery LLC Provider of Triple AAA Plus Member's Service to make good on their driver's poor standards in detailed parking required by the City of North Little Rock and the Arkansas State Towing Associations Policies and Procedures.
Called AAA for a tow at 1:30 AM, 50 minutes later someone calls and says it'll be 25 minutes. After two hours it's now 3:30 AM and I haven't seen anyone so AAA resends the distress call, Routh picks it up and now it's another hour to wait, but Routh has always shown up for me in the past. So basically Lucky's towing completely wasted two hours for me very late at night in the cold. They are indeed lucky to still be in business with practices like this.
I belong to AAA for 26 years. Never had a problem until recently. As you know its a membership organization, I must call them directly. On two separate occasions I call AAA. And they called Lucky's Towing. The first time was in June 2015, they did not show up at all (glad I was not waiting on the side of the interstate, remember the weather). Finally another towing company showed up (sorry I don't recall the details.)
Sept 3, 2015 Called at 10:45AM, gave to AAA my information, etc. At that time request the towing company that came the last time (above). At 1:30 after many phone calls Lucky's finally showed up.
Said they thought address was in Little Rock instead of Pine Bluff. Ok, talked with AAA dispatch, they said the specifically gave them Pine Bluff as the city.
They are located in Mabelvale AR and are trying to cover the whole of this area, and can't. We have several towing services in Pine Bluff and until this new company was involved there was no problem.
Once again I am glad I was not having to wait ourtside or in my hot car.
Lucky's Towing is great. My wife and I were stranded both with a flat tire and out of gas. Danny Thompson fixed our flat, and when AAA refused to help us with gasoline (even though we paid for the "Plus" Membership with gasoline assistance), Danny bought a gas can himself and helped us get fueled up and on our way. I'll be a lifetime customer. Thank you for the great service!
This place can do it all! Fixed a flat on a trailer on a Saturday when no other company in Little Rock would give any kind of help. Don't bother trying to call anywhere else in the Little Rock area to get any help. What happened to southern hospitality?
William Bowden the owner responded to our AAA roadside assistance needs. I had lost a spring on my 5th wheel. He worked hard to make the temporary repairs so that we could get it to a shop for proper repairs. This was done on the side of the road and heavy traffic. He saved us. One would think this is just his job however I know he went above and beyond to help us. Thanks
I have to say, I know it is their "job" but Lucky's Towing and Recovery (all the way from Mabelvale) was excellent tonight at picking up our Jeep Grand Cherokee from the side of Hwy 270 (Which is a main truck route for semi's). Within 90 minutes of the call to AAA, they were loading the Jeep on to the flat bed even though it had no right front wheel...lol Yes, it fell off and due to the shearing of all but one lug pin, that wheel remains in the back of the Jeep... Hunter was professional, courteous and even in the 30 degree weather kept us laughing. Thanks ya'll!!
