I had a major noise coming from my front suspension that kept getting worse, so I scheduled an appointment with Sullivan’s Automotive. Booking was super easy, and I brought the car in on the scheduled day. By that same afternoon, they called to let me know it was already fixed. I went ahead and asked them to do an oil change while it was there.
When I came in the next morning to pick it up, they only charged me for the oil change and said the suspension fix was simple. That level of honesty is rare these days.
I just had a good feeling about Ken from the start—soft-spoken, unassuming, and kind at every interaction. The shop is a little out of my way, but it’s absolutely worth the drive. I’ve finally found a good, honest business I can trust.

I had planned a trip out of state and then realized my AC wouldn't work. I explained my situation to Sullivan's and they had me bring my car in where they would try to work it in. They did!!! We can now go on out trip without any concerns about the AC. Excellent Service
This is an absolutely amazing shop! I had my car towed in Tuesday for drivability issues, she was diagnosed Wednesday before 9am, and was ready to go Thursday afternoon. The owner is very clear and communicative, great prices, and awesome work! I will definitely be returning if I have any issues in the future!
Sullivan’s always offers great service at a fair price. We have a newer vehicle and an older vehicle. Sullivan’s has serviced both with great results. They are polite, professional and prompt.
Honestly.... I'd trust this business with my bank account. Always honest, on time, up front with issues on your vehicle, accurate with your total bill, never adds hidden extras like Dealer garages do.

Ken is honest, reputable and he knows his stuff; he and his staff are professionals. His shop’s ability to diagnose, estimate and repair is second to none.
Tired of over-priced and poor quality of engine repairs at the dealership. Mr. Sullivan gave an estimate of repairs upfront and could have over-charged me significantly by thousands as I expressed I thought the entire engine block would need be replaced. He recommended a much less complicated repair which worked quite well. I will be a client for life.

This is the best mechanic I've found. Clean neat shop. The prices are cheaper than any corporate car care center. He put a new motor in my pick up 6 years ago . It doesn't use a drop of oil. Great job I wouldn't use anybody else. Use him and stick with him. I trust him with my 96 and 97 babies.
It's always a pleasure doing business with this shop. I have taken a couple different vehicles there and they fixed the issue and did not try to sell any additional services just to make a buck. I had one issue that they just weren't equipped to handle and they let me know that and also recommended who they would use. Would not hesitate to take my vehicle here for repairs.
Have used Sullivan's for years. If he tells you something is wrong, he's not trying to rip you off. Quick repair. Only difficulty I ever have here is getting the car in. He's always full. Great place for automotive needs.
Broke down over the 4th of July weekend. We had the car towed to Sullivan’s. They had it repaired and out by 11:30am Monday morning. 5 stars is not enough for Sullivan’s. Great job and thanks to Ken and your employees.
I have used Sullivan's for 20 years and would recommend it for auto service to anyone. They do all kinds of service (except alignments), at a fair price. They are not the cheapest place, but less than a dealership. The work is quality and done honestly, which can be hard to find nowadays. You will need an appointment because they are always busy, ask for Ken
I have used Sullivan's Automotive for many years now, both for my older and newer vehicles. Ken and crew have worked on electrical problems, wheel and brake issues, engine, clutch, and transmission problems. Even on new vehicles still under dealer warranty, I use Ken for items like brake pads, fluid changes, and even tire balancing! While my cars and trucks have been US made, he has worked on some foreign cars for family members, and even changed the bearings on my farm trailer.
Sullivan's does outstanding work, usually better in my opinion than most dealer service departments. Pricing is very reasonable and he stands behind his work! If it did not get fixed all the way, take it back again. Ken will work with you to get it right! His diagnostics and estimates are normally spot on and jobs are completed in a timely fashion.
Finally, Ken has worked on my and family members performance cars. We have taken somewhat modified Firebirds, G8s, and a GTO to Sullivan's. He is sensitive to drivability and performance related to these vehicles. For example, we discuss various fluid use and changes or compatibility with performance parts. This is not the case with most shops.
All-in-all, Sullivan's does fine work at a good price, guarantees what they have done, and gets things handled quickly. They get my highest recommendation!

A very tough electrical problem that 2 GM dealerships said they could not repair. They saw the problem but admitted they could not fix it. Sullivan's researched the issue and determined it was a 20 dollar relay. Bottom line = YOU CAN SPEND MORE BUT YOU CAN'T FIND BETTER.
