Pick and pull has some of the best prices on Used car parts.
They have a large storage yard of wrecked vehicles for your selection. So be prepared to do some walking.
All the bad reviews made me wonder whether I should go here or not, but I was 100% satisfied from the lady up front to the guys at the end, very happy with the price and the courtesy I received. Don’t go by the bad reviews, check it out yourself, you’ll be glad you did.
Went for blower motor to fix my ac, did find one but they wanted $40+ and I ordered one off Amazon for $28. It wasn’t OEM but works and fit perfectly, was at my door the next day and I didn’t have to go walk around a scrapyard and pull it out of a nasty car.
Not reasonable on parts workers are rude parts are crap and they are always charging high prices you want quality go to u pull it Dixon Rd little Rock joe always takes care of his customers and always great prices pick n pull are clowns
This company took my pick up on two cars and once it was time to pick up the cars, the driver Jason refused to come to my address and pick up my vehicles because I didn’t live in the city limits of Jacksonville. There was no cooperation. It was waiting someone to call you back and a couple hours you can’t ever talk to a manager you can’t ever talk to anybody that has any kind of pull. The driver was extremely rude, and the lady on the phone even told me that their system will not allow them to schedule a pick up a vehicle vehicles if the area is not in their pick up zone I live out toward VILONIA and the driver is trying to say it’s a 2 Hour Dr. from his location in Little Rock. Not my problem. Your system should not have scheduled your pick up. I had a friend take off of This because I had a stroke on May 19. I Counted On this money to help me pay my bills since I have no income and now the driver will not come pick up my vehicles that were scheduled
Depending on what employee who checks you out or waits on you at the window to get inside will determine how your visit really is. Either you go in mad already at the way the person acted toward you or you come out feeling like a thief being judged unfairly. There are some employees who know how hot and miserable it has been and how you as a customer just wants to get your vehicle going and don’t need a person inside in an air conditioned room handing out smart ass comments and belittling people. But since this is the only pick and pull I know of except the Dixon junkyard I guess I’ll have to keep dealing with this place. I knew what I was getting into with the stuff I was trying to get I also knew how hot I was going to be so when I brought my tool bag I also brought a backpack cooler with ice and cold water. I did NOT put parts in my backpack under ice and water but was forced to show and dig thru it to prove myself honest.
On another note they have a large selection of automobiles and parts to choice from and you can check out that selection on line before driving and walking around.
Very unreasonable driver there. He told me to push the vehicle yet he did not say if he was coming. I told him just tell me when he is on his way and I can push it forward. But never called and but reported he called. I have scheduled 3 appt for pickup all of them nobody came and nobody called. At last the driver said the place is not accessible yet plainly and reasonable accessible and I could push the car from park placed if need be
I'm giving one star because I can't give zero! The prices have tripled in the last 6 months and it's nearly impossible to find anything because stupid people are using sawsalls to cut everything up that they don't want. Anyway I won't be back!
Had expensive impact stolen by organized thieves. Management refused my call to describe the thieves to be on the look out for them or hopefully ban them. Thieves frequent this place and look for opportunities and work in teams , they can steal without you knowing.
I had found this place to have good prices up until last year when i decided to nab a couple of struts while there for other parts, I didn't have any concern that I might be wasting my time removing them. When I heard the price which was the same as new ones online, my heart sank. It was a hot day and i had used less than the appropriate tools to get them but i had to
leave the struts there because the guy would not come down to a reasonable price. Hopefully since this was around a year ago, things have improved.
There were way to many people there today. Stood in line for over 20 minutes and only 1 person was let in, 12 people ahead of me and 4 behind with just 1 check-in person. That was ridiculous, I left.
Elderly woman with white hair who was on the sales part of the yard got angry because I grabbed a mirror. She first complained and said “you and everyone else trying to save money only grabbing the mirror part” Said “it wasn’t in her system”. I simply asked “how is that the customers fault?” And she said you know what you can’t buy it then and refused to sell it to me. Horrible service. Also critiqued me for trying to save money only buying the mirror part when the housing for it was broken already so why would I buy that too?? Is that not also the point of buying used parts lady??? Harassing people for what specific parts they bought is never anything I’ve ran into at a junkyard before. Ridiculous behavior
Two dollar entry fees is not that bad, then you find out their part prices are HIGH!! $84 for a front fender, that I could get for $33 at another scrapyard. You want cheap, don't go here. Their parts are gold plated!!
First time at a pick n pull very friendly, but I was under the impression that if I paid w card I could get a refund as their posted up paper says “No Cash Refunds,Store Credit.” Very misleading, wouldn’t have used my last $50 on a tire when I would only get store credit back…. When they don’t have any other ones for my car.
My experience with Pick-n-Pull in Little Rock was fantastic, The Weeknd staff was extremely helpful, from the manager to the lady at the entrance window, they were extremely courteous, and knowledgeable about the inventory and the interchangeable year models. I am disabled, with a brain injury and kidney failure and with the heat really wouldn't be able to just walk around too much looking for the part I needed, but thanks to the knowledgeable and helpful staff I was able to go directly to the vehicle most likely to have it and remove it without wasting valuable time in the heat. Even felt that they were keeping an eye on me to ensure that I was physically ok. Thank you, they don't get paid extra to care, but they do anyway
They made me leave my part at the desk instead of letting me match it up if I found one. Which I didn't! So I went to get it and leave and they had thrown it away and the woman was rude as she could be and tried to say it wasn't her job to keep up with it! But I couldn't take it in! I didn't get any help!
Had a good experience with Heather on the phone today. I called to try to sell my car and only waited a couple minutes to speak to someone. I was asked some questions and given a quote. Pleasant, straight-forward experience.
Not only do they scam people into buying a "set of rims" that they have set out. Then when you realize that a total different rim is on the bottom they convince you that a total different set that's not even meant for your vehicle will fit, and if they don't come back in the morning for a refund because they didn’t wanna go the “refund route”. So as soon as you realize they wont fit they wont offer a refund but instead BAN you from the store.
That is the most unprofessional way of doing business ever. That is the owners words too. If you didn't want to do business that way please talk to your managers because that's what he said. I hope y'all lose business.
Prices have gone up and it makes no sense to break your back pulling parts off old vehicles when you can, most of the time, buy brand new from rockauto or used off fb marketplace for nearly the same price. They never have any wheelbarrows and if they do they’re busted up. Dixon road salvage yard has much better prices and it’s far cleaner, they just have less inventory.
You get in for $1 and find and remove what you need. Pretty simple stuff. For what I got, the pricing was completely reasonable. Only been once, but plan on going again for sure. Take a wheel barrow or cart to carry your tools. It's a big lot and a 25 pound tool bag starts to add up fast when your walking across the lot.
How do I begin??? We arrived at this place. The tattooed lady at the window was Rude as hell. She acted like we had been there before and knew what to do. Every time we asked a question she got more rude. After being so rude she charged us $1 each to enter the property. I thought we were going inside an amusement park. She stamped our arms in case we wanted to re enter the park. There was no cotton candy or funnel cakes to be found. I am so unhappy I will not bring my children there again!!
The Yard itself was huge, and had tons of different vehicles to walk around and look at. Some of the people also walking the lot were interesting.
$1 entry fee and then whatever you pull is priced at the window when you leave. Bring your own tools, you’ll save money.
I hate to say this, but they never answer the phone and they are super super staffed. If you want to go, check the hours here on maps.
Wear boots and bring gloves. The $1 entry fee makes it not as painful when you go looking for a specific part and get to the car just to learn someone destroyed it in an effort to steal a headlight bulb. Hit or miss on finding what you need.
