My daughter broke down and we called phoenix towing. They came out and towed her to the repair shop. No issues at all. Great service. It's nice to know that my daughter was taken good care of.
Worst Customer service! Poor Business ethic! I wish i could give 0 stars. Called to schedule services and was told they would call me back that afternoon to set it up, okay that's fine. Never received a call back, tried to call them 3 times, the first time the phone was picked up and nobody said anything but i could hear background noise, but nobody spoke. Second time it went to voicemail and it was not set up. Third time someone finally answered and was not friendly about anything at all, we got the appointment set up for 9:30 the next morning. Time came for them to pick up my vehicle and waited 15 minutes past and gave them a call, at that point the man that answered said "oh yea we are running behind" i said "how far behind" he told me about 10 :30 (so an hour behind), so i replied with "so nobody could call me and let me know?" He said "we are just running behind" and i told him that we had to be at work by 10:30 and could be here, and he replied back to me with "well i cant help that, so you want to cancel? " I said yes and it would have been great to have gotten a call, and before i could finish that statement he hung up on me. They never apologized for THEIR mistake and poor business ethic.
Absolutely great service! Very kind folks! Were more concerned about my wellbeing after the accident than the officers who responded! Highly recommend!
Awesome service called around 8:00pm bc I was locked out of my semi 6hrs from home and they were with me as soon as possible and had my keys in hand In about 30 mins
Absolute worst customer service ever, if i could give it 0 stars, i would. It’s not that difficult to be kind over the phone to someone who’s already having a bad day, especially if they are treating you with kindness despite it all (and if your job is to coordinate with people whose cars have been towed, you can safely assume they are not having a spectacular day). The way the operator spoke to me over the phone was beyond anything i have ever experienced, you would have thought HE was the one paying $370 to recover their vehicle from a predatory towing company.
Especially considering that parking in a restricted lot was an honest mistake; this reflected incredibly poorly on the local business who owned the lot from which my vehicle was towed until i learned they had not even called the towing company.
Traveling cross country...got a flat and needed immediate assistance. Hands down the best service I have gotten. Kind, caring, compassionate, understanding.....so many words to describe my experience. They were REAL people, which is hard to find these days.
Knowing I was from out of town, they didn't judge me or rip me off. Which is always a bonus. Being in small town, they were available to assist me on a Sunday as well. Huge plus!

Definitely keeping their info for future travels when im in the area. Honestly, i was soo appreciative for their assistance. It was a rough scenario and they were patient and kind throughout the process.
Called and asked for a tow cause I’m literally 15 minutes away from them. Was told it would be a hour wait and they would get me taken care of. After a hour I called and they said it was gonna be another hour and half and to just hang tight. No updates at all and will just plain waste your time. Please read all reviews before giving your money to these people.
Waited for over an hour, which was fine. They got lost; it’s fine, but the interstate is a straight line. When they showed up, she said they don’t give rides. Okay, but they could have notified me of this company policy when I called them an hour earlier. An hour earlier was when I explained to her that both me and my car were on the side of the interstate. She informed me that no tow drivers get rides, and this is how it’s always been. This is a rule that the next tow driver I called, the one who actually gave me a tow, had never heard of. In any case, she would not wait for me to try to get a ride. She informed me that they would be charging me $25 for their time. Unfortunately for me, I was also unaware of this policy. But, fortunately for me, I also charge $25 for my time. So, no one was charged. Then, they drove away. This, after an hour and a half of non-sense. A professionally run business it is not. This Mickey Mouse duo may only be a slightly better option than simply pushing your car to a mechanic. Good riddance.
These guys are awesome! Came to pull me out of being stuck in mud while it was pouring down rain. Got me out in less than 2 minutes, then checked my car to make sure it was OK and had me back on my way. They're extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing towing and recovery services
Worst towing company ever. They tried to rip me off. Told them my steering is failing. The guy initially said he couldn't tow my Toyota sienna because I had about 25 modems and routers in it. I told him they are not heavy but he called my assurance company and they together were trying to charge me another $260 plus $100 offered by my policy benefit. He also tried to low ball my car saying it'll cost me $5000 to fix it. I ended up wasting 4 hours at the same spot because of them. I called another company and they were quick to help and they offered me a reasonable price of $150.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They told me they were coming in 30 minutes and showed up late. Told them we were going to get change because we had too much and they charged us $200 when initially charged $125. We weren’t even gone 5 minutes and they tried to take my daughters car! They took the extra money, parked the car and left without giving us a receipt.
5 Stars Forsure!! I called about 4 towing places before & they most definitely were the cheapest! Told me it would take about 25 mins and they were on time! They came & were very polite and professional! I most definitely will be using them & let everybody know that’s in help!
Couldn't tow it because a wheel was off . DUHH THATS WHY I NEEDED A TOWSaid he refunded my money but didn't. Never towed mycar and didn't bother to call and tell me. Held my keys whole time . Ultimately gave me 40 of my 75 paid back.

Buyer beware. They give you a cheap rate to be towed to their location for repair. However, they gouge you for repair cost.
When I chose to to pay their inflated prices I asked to be towed to another location. They upped the charge nearly double of the original tow cost.
So again decided to use someone else. After researching they were doing 100% mark up for the part and a 300% for their labor to repair.
I realised I juat wanted to be done with guy offered to pay his over inflated tow bill so I could just get my vehicle off his lot
He jump started and pulled off his drive and then refuaed aervice. What a jackass!!!!!!!!
