Had new tires put on our Jeep today. Jarrod picked up and delivered vehicle. We were unsure of what we wanted and Jarrod sent pictures of tires to choose from and they look amazing. Cooks always does a great job when I need a tow. Jared and his crew always get me taken care of quickly and efficiently! They also have a tire shop where you can purchase tires and get them repaired and are very affordable!

This place came in clutch for us while we were on our way to a vacation spot. Had a blowout on the interstate that damaged my truck and they wasted no time getting to me and towing my truck to their recommendation of Ashlocks tires (Also very good place). The two guys I dealt with were also an absolute pleasure. We need more people and businesses around like this one! Also the cost was not bad at all either. I feel very fortunate that our blowout happened where it did so I could deal with the people at Cooks towing! Best part about it, they close at 5pm and my blowout happened around 430pm. Vehicle towed after a DUI =$300 for 1 night?!?! The tow guy said it's $225 bc it was a DUI. It shouldn't make a difference to the tow company what the charge is. I guess the other $75 is just for storing it 1 night. CRAZY charges!
Best service By far anywhere around Arkansas I had to work late one night and I accidentally ran out of gas. I Called cooks And they were there in less than 30 minutes. Chris was amazing. He went above and beyond to help me and he didn’t even know me they treat you like people almost like family. I will recommend them to anyone. I don’t know their other drivers but Chris Beman was awesome.

Chris was a literal Godsend. I was traveling to Hardy, AR from Memphis, TN for my best friends wedding when I broke down in Portia. After waiting for over an hour and a half for another towing company to show up, and then finding out they never were actually dispatched, Chris called me, let me bawl my eyes out and told me that he was on his way to save the day. And he really did! Chris was extremely friendly, polite, professional and informative. He even checked in with me a few days later to make sure I made it home okay. Chris was my super hero 💕
Chris Beman recovery Specialist did an awesome job and was very knowledgeable and helpful for my needs and gave me some very good information and he is very valuable to the and specialist company and if you could, I would recommend him a raise because he has did an outstanding job for me and I just want to give him this acknowledgment and I hope the rest of the team is that way because he is a great leader
Cooks is definitely my go to towing company..my truck broke down today and they got someone out there in good time. Chris Beman was the recovery specialist that came out and he was awesome, took good care of my truck.. very nice driver for sure!!
Chris is the absolute best! I broke down on the side of the highway. Was able to get to a safe place to pull over and slept in my rv to wait for the morning to make sure I could find a deisel shop to take my truck to. My initial call I found out the shop I was going to go to had been closed for 6 months. The second call I made Chris had informed the dispatcher that he has a master diesel mechanic that specialized in ford trucks. I jumped at the offer and man am I happy I did! Chris showed up and went above and beyond. Not only did my truck break down but my rv got a flat. I thought I would be leaving my rv behind to come back and pick up once my truck was fixed. Chris said no way. He loaded my truck and was willing to wait as my compressor slowly filled my tire. He loaded my rv as well and we headed out. The rv then had break issues. So we pulled over and he said we would take the truck in grab another truck and come back to deal with the tire and breaks. We went back and he replaced my tire and found out the break issue. He got me back to the shop and got me in touch with the mechanic, Mike. Mike was awesome and found that it was a small issue that was easily resolved. He said he wouldn't charge me as it was nothing. I hadn't eaten since early the previous day and Chris made sure I got food during the whole ordeal. I also didn't get much sleep so since I was getting a motel to get some rest and a shower, Chris and the guys at Cook's were willing to hold my rv on their lot until the following day to pick up my rv to finish my drive. I have had so many people take advantage of me and rip me off that I had been skeptical at first. Man I'm so happy I took a chance on these guys! Chris has given me hope in people again! He was even willing to let me use his personal truck to get around if it was going to take a day or two to get my truck running. I hope this company knows the value of this man and Mike. They are some of the best people I have come across in a long time so honest and the level of integrity is out of this world! Chris got me a great deal on the tow and made sure I was well taken care of and safe. Thank you for everything you did for me today! You will never know just how much you did for me!
Chris Beman was a great driver. He was very positive about his job and company. He knew what he was doing and made sure we had a good experience considering we were over 3 hours from home and had to make the best out of a bad situation. There needs to be more people like him. Ran out of gas on 67 in my 3500. They have a huge fuel cell and can bring you up to 100 gallons of fuel. He was to us and had us filled up and on the road within 35 minutes.

I recently rented a car and while on my trip it completely died out. I called the rental agency roadside assistance and they sent Cook's. Not only did they show up in a flash. But they were genuinely concerned for my family's safety. They went above and beyond for me and my family. They drove us back to their shop and instead of me having to go an hour and a half away to pick up my replacement vehicle they delivered the broken one to the rental agency and picked up my replacement and delivered it to the shop. They made my family feel at home. The employees are by far the best that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I would recommend them to anybody. Top notch service.
