My husband brought his truck here after it sat at a different shop for over 2 months with no resolve.. These guys did a tremendous job, very communicative, professional & very reasonably priced. Diagnosed the problem very quickly! Went above and beyond to answer all of his questions, etc. 10/10 Will bring the truck back to them every time. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved using y'all when I lived back home. I would bring friends to you back then. Still today if I hear that someone's needing a good reliable dependable affordable and quick repairs you're the first person I think of, wish I could find someone I could trust as much out here. You know how your air conditioner is still cooling but just not where it was last year? Arkansas Valley Diesel & Auto Repair diagnosed the problem and got it back to cold for me. Reasonable price and friendly service. What more can you ask? Will definitely be back.
I broke down on the side of I49 with an over heated 6.0 F350 and 2 hours from home today. After searching Google Maps for a shop, I saw good reviews for this one. Called them at close to 2pm on a Friday. They came right out with their flatbed wrecker and towed me to their shop. He got it in and found a broken thermostat. Replaced it and got me back on the road. Excellent service and nice people! Highly recommend!
I ran into issues while pulling a fifth wheel cross country with my 7.3. I stayed at a nearby gun range, and stumbled across Arkansas valley diesel which took full care of the truck. The owner went out of his way to diagnose, pick up parts, and expedite a repair to help get us on our way home. The front desk was also friendly and helpful.
This was a few years back, but I always think back to this. I wish I lived nearby so I could take my truck here when needed. Sometimes I think about stopping in on our cross-country trips through AR because I've never had as close to a great experience as I had here.
I took my truck in twice to try to get a diagnostic. They did not do a full and correct diagnostic either time. Based on their terrible feedback we wasted hundreds of dollars replacing parts.
After taking my truck to a different shop, we found out right away it is not even misfiring, which we would have known if you had done a proper doagnostic in the first place.
Based on the other shops real investigation into the issue we know its a transmission problem and can actually get it fixed.
The staff here are deeply incompetent and cover up their lack of knowledge by trying to scam you into paying for marked up parts that dont even need to be replaced.
These guys are great, the customer service here is top notch. They are reasonable on the pricing. I will continue to bring my vehicles here going forward.
Had a powerstoke that needed a whole lot of work done to it and it all got done extremely quick. Larry was helpful and very easy to talk to. 11/10 would recommend. Thanks again for all the hard work!
Absolutely amazing Larry knows exactly how to treat customers and explains everything. Will not pressure you to do anything that is not absolutely necessary and very professional. My number 1 shop for sure.
Love this place it's the only auto repair place that I will use never feel like they take advantage of me always leave feeling like I got a good deal never had any trouble with the repairs I highly recommend them very courteous and professional
I find them to be very professional and I am so thankful that they come one I needed them seems like gods playing me in their directions more than once I highly recommend them they are good mechanics and they come and get you and tell you I am so grateful
My family and I were traveling along I40 when our check-engine light started flashing. My wife Googled the nearest repair shop and up popped these guys. There's nothing like admitting "hey, I'm a motorist a long way from home in desperate need of help" to a auto repair shop you've never heard of. Well I can say these guys were amazing, fast, friendly, professional, competent and in no way took advantage of our situation. From the minute we rolled up to the minute we left it took no more than 1.5hrs to repair our Honda Odyssey and that time frame includes getting new parts delivered from a local distributor and installed on our car. We were incredibly grateful to have found them and to have been treated so well. Chris was the incredibly helpful guy that actually did our repairs.
I've had to have a few problems fixed on my vehicle and each time, they are friendly and helpful. They are decent with their prices and don't take advantage of someone who is less than knowledgeable about car maintenance, such as myself. Would recommend.
They got my husbands truck in to replace the water pump the same day it went out and got it done quickly and were cheapest around! We will definitely keep using these guys!! Thank you so much!
One of the only 2 mechanic places I trust. To give you an idea of why, let me tell you briefly about a recent visit. I had to have my car towed to their location, and was told I needed new bearings, control arms, and a bunch of other things. Turned out they could get my car fixed without replacing all those parts. I've known some places that would've charged me for installing those parts without actually having replaced them or replaced them with used parts when they would charge me for the price of new parts. They could have easily done either one of these, but upon finding out that the parts on the car could be salvaged, they did so without the extra expense. It's not like I was going to look up under the car to see if it was a new control arm or not. I probably wouldn't be able to tell even if it was! So you see...even when they could charge me more without me being able to know, they choose to be honest. My experiences with them have always been good, and inexpensive. If they can save you money, they will. I wish I could rate them higher than just 5 stars.
