The service team was polite and professional. The service manager John was a huge help with working with his team after they felt the problem was resolved. He looked at my maintenance history with Rush and the work that was done, and recommended they check a couple of other things. Without that simple extra check would have continued to give me a headache. Something as simple as cleaning the IMP Sensor and few other things goes a very long way. Thank you Rush Truck Center for a job well done.
Bought headlights for a 2015 prostar. Service personnel would never give me a price on installation. So tried to return headlights and the said they didn't do returns on electrical. So I do not recommend this company under no circumstances lazy and unprofessional.

Super nice people here came in Thursday May 1 for power issues almost at close they told me they could get me in Friday afternoon but pulled me in first thing Friday morning and determined I needed a turbo had to order parts some came in Monday rest didn't come in until Tuesday they got the truck in Tuesday around 1 and stayed 2 hours after close to get it done and burp the coolent system then cash me out over night the coolant burped some more and I dropped almost 2 gal low and the store manager Mike Smith personally came out and topped off the coolant on them and brought out a hat and other goodies for the wait might I add on Friday he brought mac and cheese , salad and steaks up while we waited on the truck by far one of the best places I have been to in a while they really try to accommodate the cust here and do what they can for u 100% recommend and if I breakdown again hopefully it is near here thanxs Mike u got a awesome team
Broke down here on a Thursday night, the shop got us in on Friday morning, unfortunately there was nothing they could do without the part, had to wait for the part until Tuesday, the mechanics were AWESOME and got us out the same day! With a job that should have taken 9 hours to do, they got us out in 6! Highly recommend this shop.
After speaking with the manager and getting a clear update the facility has reconciled my indifferences and the situation has become rectified appreciate the work these facilities do and try to implement we stay on the road even through difficult times so the facility is a small franchise and it is a small growing operation so just have patience while visiting…

Never answer phone, parts are never there when they say there gonna be. I have ordered several things next day and havent recieved them till late in the afternoon. Unfortunately i have no choice but to do bussines here
I called ahead with a hub cap leak. They brought me to the front of the line. Replaced the hub cap nd checked oil level. Driver was back on the road in 45mins
