I was referred by a friend and I'm glad I was. Great customer service and friendly staff. Dropped my vehicle off in the morning before anyone was there to have my front coil spring isolator replaced. Got a call at 1pm that it was done. Even told me about another issue that I was already aware of. They have definitely earned my business. Thanks guys and I will be back.
Brought my car up here because my AC wasn’t blowing cold air- advised we tried filling it up with Freon, it lasted 2 days and there was a hissing noise like it was leaking out. They filled it back up with Freon (for $300) and they said there wasn’t a leak. The next day my AC was back out again, because there is in fact a leak. They did say I could bring it back up there the following Monday, but I can’t afford another $300 to fill it back up on top of whatever is actually wrong with it. They were super nice and professional, but didn’t solve the issue or listen to me when I told them there was a leak.
Called Three Star to get information about repairing a vehicle we wanted our son to have. They were very informative and patient. They gave us a rough estimate initially, until seeing the vehicle in person. Once they inspected it in person, they called to give us an updated estimate. They were able to get the vehicle in and done, repairing the timing chain and multiple other issues on our Buick Verano that had been sitting for over a year. They charged under their estimated price and completed everything in under 2 weeks!
Our 16 year old had saved enough money to pay almost half of the repairs, so we were very grateful that the price was fair, service was so quick and their communcation about each step was very helpful! We can't enough great things about Three Star!
I don’t hope for my car to breakdown, but i sure dont worry when it does, cause 3 Star is a great garage that I know can fix it. It’s almost a joy to have car problems when you got great folks like 3Star who can help ya
I highly recommend Three Star. I took my car in yesterday, and it was fixed today. They even called to explain the problem and asked my permission to proceed. Reasonable price in my opinion too! Thank you guys for getting it done and being so professional.
We only take our car here for oil changes; it was highly recommended from our friends and other Subaru owners. They will do half or full synthetic oil changes as well as any other general services. We've only had an issue one time when the tires were inflated to what the tire lists as the highest psi and not what the car recommends which caused some issues with the TPMS but it was easily corrected without damage. Overall, the price is great and the service is great. The only warning is that they are quite popular and don't really take appointments so get there as soon as they open and leave your vehicle for the day. Otherwise, you may not get service the same day.

They repaired my catalytic converter today, and charged me over $1,000 for a $100 something part. They fixed my car, and didn't call me to tell me it was ready. I just happen to go up there to fix it, because I called around for a cheaper price. They were good to me in the past, but not this time.
Terrible service. Had an appointment for a week and when I dropped the vehicle off, they initially claimed that we never had an appointment. They then ended up saying we did have an appointment but they won’t look at a 2018 Jeep with an engine miss, and we need to have it towed off their lot within 24 hours or they will have it moved. I’m now out money from having it towed twice, thanks to the wonderful guy at the front desk at Three Star Automotive. Dealing with him, and the entire process, was a joke. Do not recommend.
Went there to catch the snapon salesman man and was told that they were not sure what time he would be there but Marty was nice enough to ask me what I needed and I gave him the details of what I needed and he told me that if the snapon man had the tool that he would get the tool and call me and let me know that he got it and I would not have to wait around for snapon. So I did some chores and Marty called and told me that he had gotten the tool for me, l went there and picked it up and paid him for the tool. That's what you call top notch service.
By far the best shop around! Won’t lead you wrong and won’t try to steal your money! If you’ve had a bad experience with them in the past. Just talk to them like you want to be spoken to and you’ll receive the best experience and make life long connections!
These guys were amazing! I dropped off my van at 7:30, and they had called and left a message maybe two hours later, to tell me it was fixed!! There was a loud juttering sound coming from the engine and the checkengine light had been flashing for almost a week. In about two hours they got the juttering to completely stop, the check engine light is off, and the van is back to purring like a kitten!!! I would definitely recommend them!!! The price of the repair was way better than I thought it would be as well!!!
Trustworthy! Affordable! They have saved me thousands over the years vs. the dealership. Just last week, they saved me $300. They are the only place I have recommended when asked.

From my 1965 all the way to my 2021, there's not another shop in town that will lay a wrench on my car. Marty at 3-Star does dependable, affordable, quality work. Equally important, you can trust them. I've never had to go back to get something corrected, and can't say enough about their work. Definitely recommend without hesitation.

Three Star deserves five stars in my opinion. I had three fairly involved things done in one day, and the price was reasonable. Would choose them over taking to a dealership any day. My co-workers said they have used them for years and I am glad I did! Great experience.

I had to get a catalac converter put on and they did a great job, very nice and friendly workers, check engine light came back on a month down the road they told me to bring it in ,they fixed it for free! I'll recommend them to everybody, good people, California Car😊
I went to a large auto place on Caraway road and was quoted over 1300 dollars to fix a coolant problem. Marty at Three Star Auto got me fixed and running for a little under 400 dollars. The company has always done top notch service for me. Highly recommend.
