I was a little bit concerned when I checked reviews about these guys. Gotta say it was a pleasure doing business with them. Told me exact price and that was the total at the end. Recommendation.
Wayne answered my call at 5pm on a Friday evening when our tire blew driving home on vacation. He was very professional and courteous. He wasn’t sure he had the right size and had to check at his warehouse. Called me back within a few minutes and was able to have his tire person come back in to get us back on the road in less than an hour and a half from the blow out. While we paid a bit more for the tire and service we were able to continue our trip home safely and not driving a donut tire for 80 miles to the next city.
Waste of time. Called him to come pick up and see whats wrong to fix my truck, he gave me pricing and everything before looking at the problem(red flag). 2 months later and he still has notcalled back, , took my call, returned my call or picked up my vehicle to fix the problem.
Very very unprofessional. This man tried to extort me and my business partners. Charged a ridiculous price and did not take credit cards. Blocked my load from leaving all because he wanted do more work and charge me more money! Do not com here this shop is a scam.
We had a flat tire due to a poor valve stem, and Wayne's service team was on the job immediately. They were professional, courteous, and above all -- very patient. It was blistering hot, and they stayed incredibly cool under the circumstances. They provided a lot of really helpful suggestions on how to keep our tires on the road, and even made time to keep the kids calm with soothing reassurances we'd be back on the road in no time. I think it's safe to say if you're in the area -- Wayne is easily someone you should trust with any of your automotive needs. Wayne and team -- I can't thank you enough. Be well, be safe, and I hope we cross paths again in a different capacity. A+.
It was a dark and frozen night; an ice storm due in hours. Truck's fuel pump died while getting gas, leaving us stranded 4 hrs from home. A friendly voice quickly answered the phone. It was Mr Wayne himself "I'll be right there". Prompt response. Clearly skilled in towing, auto repair and Customer Service. Took us to the hotel. Next day (saturday) he set aside his personal plans to prioritize work on our vehicle. Thank you Mr Wayne.
Amazing Service, Alternator died, he was able to drop it off and switch the pulley for me, total break down time was under 2 hrs, from failure to rolling,
Wayne wants to get you off the side of the road to a safe place. That would be his shop so that he can charge you outrageous fees for work that is not required. Once he has your vehicle he will not talk with you until he has billed you for the mixable fee. He charged me $400.00 each for two rims that he said were new. But in fact there were used because you could see where the rubber tires were removed and there are corrosion areas on both rims. The list goes on and on right up to $2,133.84.. Also he removed an axle and replaced a $75.00 seal that was not leaking. All of his parts were up charge by 100 percent. He is not with better business bureau. By the way I am a retired American Airlines mechanic.
Run around city!!!! Had my vehicle all day then waited til the close of day to tell me I needed a lot of different things to get my vehicle back that shouldn't have been taken in the first place!!!!!
Our motorhome broke down. Even though we weren't able to get towed, he reached out to some other businesses to try and find the part we needed. He called us to check on us from time to time. He was able to find us the part we needed and even offered to let us borrow a car of his to go get it. We appreciate that they didn't just leave us stranded
I spent the night at Pecan Grove RV park and the next morning I drove my motorhome over some soft ground and the right rear wheel dropped down into the ground.
It was a Sunday, but Wayne sent a man to evaluate the problem so he would bring the proper equipment.
The men worked efficiently and carefully not to damage my RV.

Wayne who is the owner was located 30 miles away from our vehicle. He didn’t come until 12 hours later. Pulled our semi out of a ditch in 10 minutes, charged us for 3 hours of work at $500 per hour totaling over $1600. Please don’t use this business, please avoid. He is a total rip off.
Called my insurance company for roadside assistance and they sent Edward's out, I was supposed to get dropped off a a local tire shop but he informed me they do tires. I decided to let them give me a new tire instead. $280 and 2 and a half hours later I realized it was a bad idea coming here. Nobody could tell me how much the tire would be or the tire sensor they said I needed until it was time to pay. I could've bought 2 tires for that price
They did a good job towing me out of mud where I was stuck, but very very expensive. They only accept cash or credit card. When I told them I didn't have cash, said I'd have to use a credit card. My tow bill was $1,676 for (they figured???) two hours. They told me it would cost me $165 to use my credit card. That's pretty much 10%. I told them I could write them a check, but oh no we don't accept checks. Well wonder why, I wouldn't neither if I was gonna charge you 10% to use your credit card. Anyway, they did get me back on the road, $1,841 later.
I would never recommend to use this business for pulling or towing. They will rip you off like professional robbers. They charge separately for pulling the truck and labor.
They will definitely cheat you on hours for pulling the truck from the ditch. If they spend 2 hrs & 50 min, they will charge you for 3.5 hours - $500 per hour (x3.5 hrs) for pulling the truck, plus $97.50 per hour (x3.5 hrs) for labor.
And they will not let you pay and go! NO! Explaining that they take money only in the office, they force you to drive between two towing trucks to their yard, close and lock the gate behind you. Then they will take you by car to their office and tell you to pay ~ $3,000 cash Only - by com check. NO credit card accepted! Any disagreement about charges are met with aggressive insistence that their charges are final.
I hope you will be grateful to me for taking my time to inform you what to expect in that so-called “business”
You're better off getting towed (by someone else) up to Little Rock than stopping here for vehicle repairs. The 130 mile tow is likely cheaper than any work this shop will attempt to do.
Arrived at ramp at 6:15 A.M. with a smoking wheel bearing in my trailer. Launched anyway, probably what cracked the hub. Mr. Wayne came out and fixed it while I fished and charged me WAY less than I expected after reading these other reviews. Did I mention this was on a Sunday?

Talking about legally ripping people off this man is the king of it. Shot out to all truckers never ever do business with this place. First he charged our company 1000 dollars to tow a rig and tanker 1 mile. And was worried about getting a flat were he had to tow it. Charged more because he said air bags wouldn't air up. I got thier after he left and driver told me airbags wouldn't go up and I looked at levilizer and it was broke so how do you not see that when you have to take drive line out. Hope someone turns this thief in.
Not even one star worth,this guy takes advantage of people stranded on the road or basicly no other choice but to call his shop.its better to stay in this lake village broke whole month than call edwards to come and work on your truck ripping people off in his shop only family and relatives will drop their vehicles for repairs no one else or people with emergency situation like i was never in my 13years of driving semi truck never that red and yellow air volvo inside started leaking air it only happen in that lake village arkansas close to this ripp off shop place only one time snake bites you andyou dont allowed to bite you again on same spot,i wish somebody take this place to court.
Wayne old man is A hole and his wife has attitude problem,some employees are good people Wayne's pupet,this place taking advantage if you come to them to work on your big truck they rip people off especially outsiders since no one at their shop so they make money ripping individuals like me they charge more than Volvo,old man I know you been dealing with my problem two days but this work and part did not cost this much and you only try to work on it two hours total and when your wife handed me bill you gone you can't be even reached at cell phone according to her I wonder how you put up with her all these years any way:for all money and safering paying you since you don't take credit debit probably to escape charges,if you took more from me then you should may God give you time when you will use that money for medicine.Feds shall lock your place down all you truckers awoid this stink Hall place better for you!
