My poor lil Hyundai 2008 Accent was going through it! I mean, power steering was out for 4 months, and then the alternator decided to die too...in the middle of severe winter, artic, weather (it got below 70 degrees!) ...in tha South ! The Gold Lining during all this misery: the amazing and awesome team at our local O'Reilly's! They went beyond themselves to help me get what I needed and were- each and every one of them- personable, professional, and adept in fulfilling my needs as a customer. If you haven't dome so already, I do encourage you to give these young men and women a RAISE and the positive opportunity to rise in your company should they wish to achieve more. Harrison is a great employee. He went above and beyond his duties to help me with my headlights. He assisted me in helping me change out my headlight. His assistant was greatly appreciated.
Just needed to use the code scanner. Staff was quick to get it for me then print the code out giving an idea of what might be the issue. And they were friendly and even noticed the car make without having to ask.
I try to go to oreillies at least once a week. My husband works on our cars we usually purchase our parts here. I always hit up the corner rack. It's the spot! Clearance, yes I've found some great finds there. Color change strip lighting. Containers, lockbox. Hot wheels, sticfloor mats, floormats, numerous things. Best item ??? Yes it was my twist and turn to lock stool. Best stool ever. Compact. Easy handle to carry. 16.?? I payed. Loled up online 39.99. And also there are assesories you can purchase !!! WOW !
THE employees are always friendly and helpful. The young dude in there is always eager to greet as you enter store. He is helpful answering my questions. And helping me to purchase the right fluid s for my car.
We were 6 hours into our family vacation when we began to have car trouble. We stopped at the 1st Autoparts store we could to see what the problem was. Marcus, the manager, came out to assist, and from them moment, he never left us. He even looked on YouTube to try to help my husband fix the alternator. He told us he would not leave us and make sure we got safely back on the road. From letting us use tools we did have on us, getting his hands burnt, calling friends to help us, and finding the parts we needed. Marcus was a God sent that day to ensure that we were safe and God was watching over us. After 4 1/2hrs, we were on the road. Thank you for your kindness and selflessness to do everything to help us. You blessed us, and I hope we blessed you back!
This P'reilly's Auto Parts in Lake Village is absolutely marvelous!! They are very helpful and will help you do so many things! Especially if you're not sure about what to do when it comes to automotive stuff!!!
My family and I were traveling 4 generations together in the car. Eight months old to 74 years old. When my battery stopped charging on the way home, we were in lake view Arkansas. Not only did they solve our problem with proper diagnosis, but they went above and beyond to make sure we got home safe. All out of the kindness of their hearts with no strings attached. Kameron in particular was a class act and in my opinion deserves a true leadership role if not already there. Thanks to him we returned home safe, alllll four generations.
They were both wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. Des was fantastic. All of customers seemed to be happy. So happy to have met them on such a cold day!
