Wow! Talk about fantastic customer service!!! Needed a 2 5/16 ball and receiver hitch for my truck. Not only did they go out of their way to make sure I was getting exactly what a needed, they put it on for me! Thank you!!!!
I was on my way to pick up a date in suit and tie and my jeep alerted me I had a license plate light out. John came out and replaced it for me so I wouldn't get filthy before my date. Above and beyond service. Thanks guys.
Excellent customer service from John from the moment I approached the door, carrying my car battery. He rushed to carry it for me, to the counter where he immediately hooked it up to be tested. It was still under warrant and before I knew it there was already a new battery in the counter and he was carrying it to the car. Kindness and no hassle. I am a local mail carrier and this type of local service is so appreciated. Thanks!
The guys in this store are amazing! Our vehicle was disabled by a coolant leak on New Year's Day evening. When I called the next morning, Robert was very helpful with parts he had in-house. OEM part would not arrive for 3 days, so Robert and Jon helped us rig up a resourceful alternative fix. They loaned us tools, and Jon even offered a water jug to mix anti-freeze concentrate which was on sale (not the 50/50- I hate buying water!). If you ever are stranded near Eureka Springs, AR, and need car repair help, CALL THESE GUYS!
Needed to replace a headlight. A gentleman named John was extremely helpful in replacing the bulb. Very freindly and respectful. I always go to Napa in eureka for my basic automobile needs for this exact reason. 10/10 would recommend for anyone in a bind, especially for those ley-folk like myself with limited knowledge about vehicles.
Jon and Robert are killer, always helpful. Great, honest advice every time I'm in the store. I've been working on my Chevy to save money and they've had my back with every repair I've taken on.
I never rate places, but John(Jon?) and the crew were so helpful, I had to make note of it. Went out of his way to spend time trouble shooting and advising on numerous problems. Saved me a lot of time, money, and headache. Napa in ES has all my business going forward.
Our car broke down at the store next to this one and Alex came over to help test our battery and clean all the connections. We did not have cash on us and he didn’t want to charge anything. He really saved us!!!! We still have a few hundred miles to go!

Jon and staff was extremely helpful in my search for just the right tool to adjust my sewing machine. They were patient and each time I returned with another question or need, they were anxious to assist me in getting it right. Jon even let me use his own tool to see if the caliber of the socket could get into the tight spot. SUPER, SUPER place to do business and have always gone there first for my needs.
John was incredibly helpful assisting me today. He even took the time to install my headlight. I could not be more appreciative. I will definitely return when it becomes necessary in the future!

In the area on a road trip. Had a brake line fail and needed to replace it. Called another parts store first and they had really no desire to help. Called Napa and they were more than happy to deliver the part to our campsite. John showed up within a half hour with our items. Very friendly and highly recommended the store. Jon was amazing! Came in from out of town on a girl’s trip and he took care of Ruby (Yukon) so we could get back on the road and back to having fun. We were out of town, and about ready to head back home when our car decided to have problems…. Jon, Robert, and Alex were AMAZING!!!! Customer service was on point, and my car got fixed in the parking lot with tools that they so graciously loaned.
Definitely recommend. I work at a local gas station and there was a gas spill. Justin delivered us a bag of stuff to clean it up and even helped spread it out for us! 😁 He really went above and beyond to help us out!
The last time I came in they helped me out. I needed a code reader, they loaned one out to me something O'Reilly's won't do. I understand people steal stuff but easy solution is they hold your bank card. O'Reilly's won't even consider that as an option. Thank you Napa Crew
Definitely the Most helpful auto parts store I have set foot in in quite some time. I was greeted immediately, and you can tell they take pride in their service! Went in this evening for a headlight bulb, and Jon was more than helpful with installing it for me quickly and with ease. A1 service and would highly recommend them!
Local. Excellent experience every time. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly service. They have always installed anything minor that I have bought and needed to have put in. From bulbs to batteries. They even pulled spark plugs to check their condition before I decided if I needed to replace them. Highly recommend.
Was a good place until the new owner took over. The best employee quit after being told that the job was more important than the family! Will NEVER grace them with my presents again. Will not send anyone else to them.
Great place - JR & the crew are always helpful & find the parts I need for my newer model and older vehicle, which often has more difficult-to-find parts. Unlike their competition, they have never attempted to sell me anything I don't need.
Good service. Even though they did not have the exact unusual hose fitting I needed they continued to help me find an alternative solution. I am thankful I only had to make one stop to get my project done. This is especially helpful in a small town where everything is not readily available.
