At the time that I took my car to Justin’s Exhausted I Was a full-time college student and a single mother. I got an approved work order through a scholarship that I had from the college to get my U joints fixed so I went to Justin. He approved the work order from the college said that he would do it because they were bad and after talking to the school he decided to accept payment from the college for the U joints. I dropped the car off with him and I said that I Would be at a doctors appointment in Fayetteville and as soon as I was done, I would Come back to town and pick up the vehicle. I never heard from Justin’s Exhausted once that whole entire day except for a text message saying that my car was done. When I got to his shop, he leaned back in his chair and a very smug arrogant manner, and told me that my engine light would be on the rest of the life of me owning the car. I told him I didn’t understand why because when I dropped it off, my engine light had never been on. He told me that he took my catalytic converters off of my car. Now mind you, he did not call me or asked me if he could do this or notify me that he needed to do this in any way shape or form throughout the day. When I asked him why he took off my catalytic converters and did not replace them. He told me it was because I was single mom and he knew that I couldn’t afford to fix them and that they needed replaced and then my joints were just fine. Again, as a mechanic, you should not perform work unless you reach out to the customer and ask if it’s OK. I ended up taking my car three days later to the north campus at North Ark College in Harrison and the mechanic there who teaches the children fixed my joints that were both completely bad and needed to be Replaced. I have the receipts from everything and the work that the college did three days after Justin’s Exhausted stole my catalytic converters. We fought back-and-forth for a few weeks. He told my friend that he was gonna replace the catalytic converters at no charge because I was going to sue him and everything was fine and good to go until he received a letter from the state because I had wrote the state to let them know that he had legally stole my catalytic converters. Which, by the way, I have him on video from an argument, we got into at his shop and he told me that he never asks his clients before he takes their Catalytic converters plus I have heard from several shops in town that he has done this to more people than just me. By law, if you remove a catalytic converter, you’re supposed to write the serial number of the VIN number of the vehicle turn it into a certain area and replace the car with new Cadillac converters when I asked him where my catalytic converters were he told me he had broke them apart and took the insides out, and they were in a bucket in pieces in his shop for recycle. I wouldn’t send anybody to the shop. He is crooked, dishonest, rude, hateful, and so is his wife and they are Thieves. What kind of person steals the catalytic converter off of a single mother‘s car. Beware like I said other shops in town have heard that he has done this to several people. Stealing catalytic converters, and not reaching out to your customer is against the law. For them to say that it was from the summer of 2023, it still happened. They still stole my catalytic converters without talking to me or anything. .They’re literally admitting in their comment that they stole from me, but now pay attention they’re telling you that they did it in 2023, so I guess that means it’s OK. Blhahaha . So you’re admitting that you ripped me off you’re just stating that you did it two years ago and that’s supposed to make it justifiable? But yet you have had two years to reach out to me to make it right, but yet, I haven’t heard a word from either of youWOW just WOW!!🤯 like I said, beware don’t go here. I’m not the first one that they did this to and I’m sure I’m not the last!!!!!! The EPA never contacted you There was no finding because I didn’t follow through due to surgery.
They are very helpful and honest when it comes to my vehicle. Knowing that shops love tricking girls, most places tried and tricked me into thinking my car has issues. They were so helpful and willing to back me up when other shops try to trick me again. If you have problems with your car, they are very kind. I definitely recommend!
We are from Branson. A year ago as we were driving through Eureka Springs, our muffler came loose on our vehicle. We were directed to Justin's shop. What amazing customer service we received. We pulled up he took the vehicle right into his garage we went and grabbed a sandwich and came back and it was ready. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. We even got to play with their new little puppy. Recently we needed to have the vehicle checked again. We drove all the way to Eureka Springs to Justin's shop. Again we were treated with the best customer service we have ever received at a vehicle repair shop. I would highly recommend Justin's shop to anyone that needs this type of repair to their vehicle.

Heck! They will even tell you, "I wouldn't spend the money on that, if it was my decision." That's a pretty big display of honesty and integrity, in my book. They have been nothing less than friendly and professional to my wife and I, and have done work on both of my vehicles. I'd recommend them, hands down.
I had a 2002 toyota 4runner sport. This is the best shop to get your work done too. Quality work with an affordable price. Got my whole front end suspention redone and rear end suspension, great service too very honest and caring people here at justins exaust, they take there time on the builds but they get the build done in an appropriate time frame. Thank you guys for all the help! I will definitely use this shop for now on.

Justin just installed a high performance exhaust system on my husband's 68 fast back and it sounds awesome. He did an incredible job and would highly recommend him for any exhaust work, especially high performance needs.
Ok this is not the first time that they messed my car’s first I Took my truck to get catalytic converter installed and he call me saying that my motor broke while he was driving it to check if everything was ok , the second time I took my Jeep to get the rear end rebuilt and he calls saying that while he was driving my Jeep the transmission when out I really don’t recommend it at all never come back !!!!!!!!!!😡
Terrible so called business people they let very young adults work on your vehicle and will mess it up then they will stop doing business after they have done you wrong. I got charged 900 for a oil leak and some sparkplugs just to go back a week or two later for the same problem the said the fixed. And I don't think any of them are actually certified for mechanic at least the employees are for sure not. So if you want your vehicle done right wouldn't go here

My wife I were visiting Eureka Springs when I drove over a parking lot curb which was painted black. Our Highlander's exhaust got knocked off where it enters the catalytic converter. I drove to Justin's shop and when he looked at said it would be an easy fix. He pulled it in the shop and 10minutes later he pulled it fixed. I asked him what I owed and he said nothing. So I scheduled a thermostat change today, and I miscommucated when I could drop the Jeep off. He was very understanding and let me wait as work allowed to quit early for the day. Thankfully, he had the time to get on my Jeep and within an hour it was fixed and test driven. He noted some other issues that are going on with it. After leaving, it NEVER heated up again and believe me I pushed the limit to see what would happen. 5 Stars all the way! Excellent customer service, great work, and just plain an AWESOME experience. I will definitely be having him do the front end work as soon as I have a secondary vehicle to drive while my baby is in his capable hands.
Great service owner was good at staying in communication. If you need mechanical stuff worked on this is where to go.
Only issue I had was with parts that were on back order not their fault. Will use again
