It's not like like are many options out there. The rewards program is BS. thousands of dollars spent here over the years not one coupon or discount. Hate having to here but like I said, not many options in henryetta Oklahoma.
I bought a pair of wiper blades, and the person who put them on had some difficulty putting ONE of the blades on. A week later while driving in rain ON 75 IN FL when I turned on the wipers the same blade flew off my car, very dangerous situation not good. And then I had to spend another $30 to get it replaced. will NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN
One of the people who serve with the name hugs did not want to fill out the check for the total of the parts that I needed. I do not write in English, I use the translator more in other stores. I have never had that problem.
Called today and was placed on hold. 5 minutes later I hung up and called back. Guy answered and I said "you guys must be really busy". He hung up on me. I won't bother anymore. I'll go to AutoZone...
My biggest gold star for this place is that I trust that I can walk in, truly be advised on what would be best for my vehicle, and walk out confident in my choices. The employees take the time to really talk out the differences in products, and that really makes a difference for me. I always have and will continue to go here for my vehicle stuff.
We went to two other places and couldn't find what we needed and didn't get the service either. We stopped here at O'Reilly as a last ditch effort and Misael got out and interviewed and helped us find what he needed! Star employee ⭐
You would be better off ordering your parts online. The staff usually can't find the parts I need or just want to argue about what I need, because they only know what the computer tells them.
I stopped in and bought new wiper blades for my car and the nice gentleman there put them on for me really good prices and super polite and nice employees I would highly recommend this store
Stop at O'Reilly's in Berryville Ark. were you can get all your parts, mostly every thing is in stock but on an occasion depending on the make or model of your vehicle you have to order the parts in. Good quality part reason price.
The guy who helped us find the tools we needed was awesome. He didn't stop searching until he found exactly what I needed to change put a stripped lug nut. He even figured put an option to seal the tire without changing it and bought a few more miles for my old trailer. O'Reilly really put did themselves on this trip.
I don’t often write reviews, but I was very impressed by the way Dan, the manager handled a return I made. He is a stand up guy and will treat you with the utmost respect. I highly recommend this part’s store.
The O'Reilly parts guy was great; but the Laclede truck tire chains were poorly manufactured and didn't work. I had to fix them so the cam-lock would work. Plenty unhappy with Laclede as I was laying in the wet snow and soaking wet and freezing.
Eureka Springs O'reilly Auto is really the best parts store around Carroll county. They have great customer service and great parts selection. If they don't have what you need they can usually get it for you in a day or two. Much better than their lesser competitors.
O'Reilly in Berryville is always super helpful and friendly. The people who work there know the inventory and make great suggestions to get the right parts to do the best job. O'Reilly is pretty much always my first stop for automobile parts.
They price match and always have what I need from the staff to the product all great quality and knowledge of the staff has helped me fix many problems with my vehicle.
