Unfortunately time comes when you have to have a tow. FORTUNATELY there’s tow companies like diamond. Where do I begin. Had to tow trucks cars and tractors. Quick courteous understanding and professional. On the car. He made sure we had everything out, well my sister, she’s panicky. No rush. Calming and reassuring her. Appreciated that. Truly appreciate that mentality. The tractor. Good lord Betty ford. How many times he dealt with my headache on that. Had to get my tractor to a shop. Over and over back and forth. It didn’t get repaired right. I was riled up. Because I was missing hay season because of these repairs. And he had it there. And back at my field to try out the repairs. I mean when I needed it. Above and over my expectations. The truck. If I remember right. All I heard was sure. Sure. Sure. lol. Here is where diamond and Mr. Klenczar just blows my mind. Had a blow out on my trailer. He seen me at the lookout. Stopped. Had a Jack to get it up with 12k pounds of logs on it. Aired up my spare. And told me to have a good day. Wouldn’t take a nothing but a thank you. Was a crappy day that with his interference made it pretty darn good.

We needed to have our 40 ft OpenRange towed to a residence in neighborhood within the city limits, and we got one!!! Jason has some impressive towing skills, and he can do it all in a timely manner, professional, and courteous. Couldn't ask for better, and number one in our book. Would definitely recommend.

As a car hauler we face many challenges specially being outside my home tow/state being was delivering vehicles to a local dealer in Harrison AR when my truck lost power on the side of the road Jason noticed the hood open and asked if i needed some help, he had to run back to his shop but after an hour came back with a computer scanner and after sometime scanning my truck he was able to help getting it back to its full power. super friendly/ honest business . highly recommend to any of you reading this. thanks Jason

Called Diamond Towing -They got me taken care of promptly. The driver took extra precautions to ensure my car didn’t sustain anymore damage upon loading-given it sits very low. They were also very polite to deal with - best experience I’ve had in dealing with any tow company!

My husband's truck accidentally rolled down into a creek bed at our house. Diamond Towing came out and spent quite a while helping my husband recover the vehicle and charged my husband an extremely reasonable fee, which we are both very grateful for!! Great job from this company and definitely would recommend them to anyone.

My husband was located in Harrison, Ar. With a dead battery on his semi. He called the first towing service for a jump and they wanted $275.00 he then called Diamond Towing and Jason came out gave him a jump and even tightened a few cables for him charging him $55.00!!!!!! Jason was a lifesaver!!!! This is the company that you need to use!!!! I know we will if we happen to be in the area and need his services!!!!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the wonderful service I received by Diamond Towing. We were pulling our camper home after a vacation and it broke down on the highway. Not only was the truck taken to the shop but I was taken to a car rental place. The driver waited while I went in to make sure I was ok. He went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate the kindness

My daughter was stranded on the side of the road while I was stuck in Fayetteville. Not only did he get there in under 10 minutes, the price was very reasonable! All while being courteous and professional. This is the only tow business I’ll use in the Harrison area from now on!

I called Diamond Towing to have a vehicle picked up to send to Auction. Jason was very patient and understanding when Auction did not pick up vehicle as scheduled. We played this game for two weeks. Jason was awesome in communicating with me on this mess. I would so use Diamond Towing again. Very professional A+ service. Great tow company.

These guys are great! I called at 8pm on a Saturday night with my truck broke down in Harrison and they loaded me up and got me home to Bolivar Missouri 115 miles I can't thank them enough for their service!! Highly recommend

One of my rear tires got shredded and nearly gave out on a busy highway, and my useless subcompact car somehow lacked a jack for changing it. I called, and Jason was there to change it in an instant. Very friendly. Great service.

My husband broke down at 4AM. We called and immediately the owner was on his way! We assumed it being so early, esp before business hours, that he would be sitting for awhile, but no!! Jason came out hooked him up and got him back home in time to grab another vehicle and still get to work on time!! Definitely recommend!!

Diamond Towing was the only company that was willing to tow my husband truck just a few miles without costing a months mortgage payment. They got it back to my house quickly. Another time I called them was back a few months ago when we got hit with an ice storm. My brother had went to pick up a car for me in Little Rock and ended up having 2 blowouts on my trailer that was loaded down with a car. He had made it to Leslie when this occured and due to the incoming ice storm, had no choice but to leave it at a truck stop. The next day I called around trying to find help to get it towed home with no luck. I ended up calling out local companies cause no one in that area wanted to deal with it and Jason was ready to head down there in the weather to make sure I got my car and trailer home safely. He ended up getting busy and said he would get it the next day for me if I couldn't find anyone else. I had to use another company but he texted the next morning to make sure I got.it home. That is 5 star customer service. They are great people and run their business the same.

Diamond Towing is a fast, effective, and professional company. Right after our big snowfall this winter, I found a large S-hook in my tire and I didn’t have the right tools nor the time to struggle with it because I had a presentation to make it to. Jason went above and beyond to find my location after my insurance company provided the incorrect address, kept me informed on the status of his arrival, hunted down a working air compressor to fill my flat spare, and even offered to plug my tire at his shop so I wouldn't have to limp it to Branson, Missouri. By far, the BEST customer service I have ever received.

My wife's vehicle she was driving broke down Jason was quick to get it towed to the shop for me. Gave us a great rate and took care of it with no one around! Took my word that I would come pay in a few days when we got back in town!

Jason is absolutely amazing. He came to get us at 1AM after we had foolishly driven down an icy hill without snow chains and cell service, when we had given up hope and were prepared to camp in our car. He was willing to tie his truck to a tree, put on chains, and go down to try and get us. It took two hours and a lot of pushing, but he managed to save us from a cold night out near the Buffalo River. Highly recommend Diamond Towing!!!
