Austin went above and beyond, he not only towed us to walmart, he went out of his way to attempt to help us try to find a new rim since ours was busted, and he also tried to help us find a doughnut.
I needed an estimate on my car that was hit in my driveway and was not going to be on any insurance claim so I needed it to be as accurate as possible. The guy was nice at first but very soon I realized that he didn't really care and was trying to get me out of there as quickly as he could. When he first looked at the damage he asked me if I was worried about the trunk lid that was bashed in and warped. I said what do u mean? He asked again and I told him of course I was it was part of the damage! Like what??? The estimate turned out being $3000 off. (I went to another place for an estimate and that guy was very thorough even getting under my car.) Like how do u get that lazy? I even asked him if I needed to open my trunk as there was damage inside as well and he said no. This place may do good work but another guy for estimates is needed. He doesn't seem to care. I will not be back.
Best auto body repair shop in town!!!! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. More than fair pricing, plus they work with almost every insurance company, and by the time they are done, you won't even be able to tell there was ever any issue with your vehicle. 10 out of 10 would recommend it to anyone!!!! So far they are great and very busy rhe owner came all the way to our house once and very nice and some of the staff even came to a store to pick our car so we could shop while our was being worked on
I walked into the business asked for a free estimate on my truck damage I had done myself to my truck. The estimator immediately went out with me and worked it up calculator and handed me an estimate that was very acceptable for me in less than 5 minutes. I was impressed and very pleased with a professional and timely manner in which I was dealt with. I have scheduled an appointment for June to have the repair to my truck completed by them.
They got my bodywork done quick and worked with my insurance to get it all done. The whole process was almost effortless and their work still looks great to this day. It's been a little over a year since my accident.
Went here for an estimate on body work on my truck. After waiting in the office for several minutes (I was the only customer in the office for half an hour btw) before someone asked me if they could help me, I told the guy I would like to get an estimate on having the damage repaired on my truck. He came outside with a clipboard and then asked if I was going to turn it into insurance and I said maybe. He asked who my insurance was and when I told him Who it was through he told me I had to get an estimate from them (the insurance company) and he would “supplement it” after doing the work. I told him I didn’t know if I wanted to submit it to insurance yet I just wanted an estimate for damage repair from his shop. I told him that I had already called my insurance company and they had given me their idea of an estimate (which was obviously extremely low, I mean come on they’re an insurance company) but told me I was free to go seek a couple of other estimates on my own wherever I wanted the work done. Ozark Auto Body tried to tell me it doesn’t work that way, then the lady in the office told me it doesn’t work that way. I told them I didn’t know if I even wanted them to do the work yet, that was the purpose of the estimate, and that I was planning on getting an estimate at a couple of places. She again repeated it doesn’t work that way, and said that a lot of insurance companies are doing it that way now. I’ve had bodywork done at shops all over the country, both through insurance and independently, I’ve won world of wheels on a truck I built several years ago… I’m not an idiot. This place has some sort of racket going on, and to read all the excellent reviews online, you’d think it’s a great place to go. They greeted the other clients by name, we’re having pleasant conversations with clients out front, and we’re working on several nice vehicles when I pulled up. I had called Friday and was told to just come in and get the estimate no appointment needed and I had explain to them that I may or may not be turning it into my insurance at that time. They had said no problem come in and we will write you an estimate it should only take a few minutes. Yes they change their mind between then and now. I told them to forget it I would just take it to my body shop in Kansas City and have them write me an estimate because I had never heard of such a thing in my life and she told me please do. I obviously left. If you don’t want my business or my money, that’s fine by me. If I could give them zero stars I would. Beware.
Fantastic service, I hit a deer and they had my vehicle fixed a week after getting it in the shop. They were very helpful over all, and even detailed my car!
They are amazing people and are willing to help you when it comes to repairs on your car. I am very impressed and happy with the service and work they do. I will always go back because I trust them when it comes to my car.
Broke down on the side of the road ozark auto body and towing was there extremely fast they were very affordable as well. The tow truck driver was extremely friendly and empathetic to me and the issues I was having with my vehicle. I will definitely use this service next time I find myself stranded.
The list of shops, that said they couldn't or wouldn't fix my problem (my way), was long...I held no antimosities, just disappointments and was about to throw in the towel. Then I thought about a shop, that I knew nothing about. And they COULD, WOULD and DID..All under budget. Beautiful Work ! Now that's what 5 stars are all about.
I've had my car repaired at this location about 4 times now and they always go above and beyond to make the process easy and as painless as possible! I would highly recommend them to any look looking to have work done.
