I had a Bendix trailer valve go bad. A friend of mine referred me to Chris Flores in Springdale Arkansas at the Rush Truck Center. Within one hour, he had an excellent tech by the name of Colt come out to Avoca AR where I was broke down at. The entire transaction was perfect. Colt diagnosed it perfectly. We ordered the parts called me as soon as they came in. Was there within another hour and had me fixed ready to go again. I highly recommend Chris Flores and Colt for any of your Truck or Trailer needs from Rush Truck Center in Lowell Arkansas.

Chris Flores has been great as a sales rep in the short time we've been dealing with him. Very timely with responses, delivers parts when needed and even left home on a Sunday to deliver parts during our winter weather operations on ice covered roads. He even made room in their shop to replace a water pump on one of our plow trucks to help us keep them on the road

John and Aaron in sales are great to work with if I buy another truck and they dont work at rush id buy it from them. Its been 3 months since I bought my truck and rush still hasn't paid it off when I traded it in on the 2026 I bought. There whole financial department is a joke nobody knows how to return a call or email I left the one in Memphis 8 voicemails and have yet to get a call back. There parts guy is good he works with you. And the service guys when I bought it were good changed a few things on the computer for me. Again the finance part is the worst I've ever seen buying a truvk.

Cody (Foreman) was most helpful I. Coordinating fluid services for 5 of our fleet buses in a timely and cost efficient manner. Nick (Technician) was very efficient, professional, and overestimated my expectations.

** UPDATE COMING **Let me start by saying that everyone i have dealt with was polite even when i got a little frustrated and they do have a couple good knowledgeable mechanics and i will not mention any names because im not trying to bash any individuals. We bought this truck with a warranty that we was told covered pretty much everything except the transmission. The AC quit working shortly after getting it. I called and talked with the salesman and a service advisor. Made plans to bring it in on a thursday for oil change and a couple issues and the AC. When i got there not one person had a clue as to why the truck was there. So after getting it checked in i leave and didn't hear anything until i called on Saturday morning and they had not even started on it. Monday i call back and its ready. Asked what was wrong with the AC and was told the AC was working and no issues were found yet they charged us for diagnostics.(nit covered by warranty) Now a week goes by and AC went out again so i called and made plans to drop it off. When i get there this time i had a parts person and a mechanic come out and verify that it was in fact not working and was blowing over 100 degree air. This time this mechanic found 3 different issues with the AC system all of which was covered under warranty but no mention of reimbursement seeing how i was correct about there being an issue . So a couple days later i call the salesman and he agreed that they should not have charged us and he would see what he could do. After a couple weeks of no answers and hearing the same line i just decided to drop it. 3 weeks later AC goes out again and the truck was having issues with throttle response and going into coast mode whenever it wanted. Bring it back up there and again had them verify it was not working. After a 8 days i get the back and no charge for AC issues (which is now at 4 issuse) but the part for the throttle issue was over $1000 plus labor and was NOT covered by warranty. Drove the truck home (15 miles) on a friday and when i went to go pick up a load monday i only made it 20 miles and the truck was doing the exact same thing so i called and they said to bring it in that maybe the part was bad from the factory.......well im not buying it. I will be taking the truck elsewhere and see what they find.. my guess is that its not and never was that part and at that point we will have to consider our options and our best plan of action. **Update** This shop and its staff have earned my business again. They have been prompt and on the mark the last couple times the truck has been in there. They got to the root of the pronlem and truck runs as it should. I really could have given 5 stars but since i had the issues i had i docked them a star. Ill be using them again and my confidence in them has grown so they will have opportunities to earn that last star. Again...everyone i came in contact with was polite and courteous.

Recently Nick Vandyke has been servicing our trucks at Blue Ribbon Outdoor. He has always been respectful and quick to fix any issues we have. We will be using Rush Mobile Services for the foreseeable future. And always ask for Nick!

Brought truck in on Tuesday morning after calling Monday night to ensure their availability to work on vehicle for oil change and overheating issue. Was told oil change would take 2 hours and they would look at overheating issue to see if they could identify the problem. Called Saturday afternoon at 1:30pm to pay for services rendered only to be told nothing had been done not even the oil change. They couldn't even find the work order in the system. Jacob Richardson was the one who did the intake on the truck when I brought it in and the gentleman who is spoke with Saturday had to call him on his day off to find out about what happened. I told them I at least had to have an oil change done on it and they at least got that done before they closed at 5pm on labor day weekend. Was not happy at all and will not bring my company vehicles there again for anything 😒 🙄

Mobile service tech Nick does a great job when we have any mechanical issues. They are quick to help us out when we have a truck down which keeps our small business running smooth. We have also bought several trucks from this location and their sales team are fair and go out of their way to be helpful.

Rush in Lowell Arkansas is one of my go to dealers for getting parts. Friendly staff and always there to assist after normal 8-5 hours. Teylor is one of my go to guy’s there. He's always a ring away and willing to source parts I’m needing for my fleet. The relationship I have with their parts associates specially Tyler and Allison is 10 out of 10.

My husband needed a mirror repair at the last minute while in MO! We called so many shops and Rush was the only place that could help us! Taylor and Jacob took care of it ! I will admit Rush is pretty expensive however the service / quality / professionalism are all top notch so we were not too caught up on the price because they got the job done fast!!!!

I have had an excellent experience with the parts team at Rush-Lowell. Shane McCollough at Rush is so amazing! He is always so helpful and if he knows he got a part in that I have been trying to get, he always reaches out to me to see if I still need it. He goes above and beyond for me every time! He actually shared some of his homemade pickles and salsa with me over the summer. Such a pleasure to work with!! 5 Stars PLUS!!!!
