Went into this store today to return a pinion yoke that the web site said was a fit for my 1964 Econoline Pickup but it was not even close. The Econoline has a 7.25" differential and this pinion yoke appears to be for a 9" differential. A very rude older woman behind the counter said they would not accept the return because the order was a ship to home and that I would have to send it back. I explained to her that the NAPA web site says that a ship to home part can be returned to a store (information copied from the website is show below), "Returning Ship to Home Items to a NAPA Store Participating NAPA stores can also process returns and exchanges of NAPAonline ship-to-home purchases. To find a participating store near you, use our Store Locator. The NAPA stores listed in the Store Locator should accept returns from NAPAonline purchases. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is not required for in-store returns." The woman would not listen to anything I had to say and was extremely rude as I left. I will never do business with this store again and I am having some doubts about NAPA in general after this experience.

Travis went above and beyond to help me find a discontinued Chevy part. Very helpful staff and great network of parts.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rented a U-Haul for a half a day to move from Centerton, AR to Rogers, AR and they charged me $400. The sales person never explained why and didn’t even tell me there was a fee for taking it to another location after I asked him. I will NEVER do business again with this place.

The people make the difference. Every staff member had been knowledgeable and patient.

What great customer service! Came by 15 minutes before closing time on a Saturday and they made a hydraulic hose for me on the spot!! Thanks for going the extra mile!

I went in and bought a bulb for my headlight, went to the dealership to get it installed and they made me sit there for two hours just to tell me I got the wrong bulb. Went back and the guy helped me get the new bulb, put it in for me, made sure it worked, all with having a smile on his face. Couldn’t have thanked him enough for making what I thought would be a bad day into a good one.

The staff are always great and the store is always clean, though I never thought about that until now.

Huge shout out to the manager ( 28th St Bentonville store) !!! Super helpful and very accommodating. Not only did he help me replace my light bulb, he also made sure that I have the correct part. One auto parts place told me that I needed to replace the whole assembly which turned out to be unnecessary and would have cost me a lot more. Awesome job!!!

Busted a hydraulic hose on my Kubota brought the line here and the refurbished one just like it without any hassles.

Not a big shelf selection but friendly and so easy to get in and out of quickly. - Grabbed oil , easy!

This was my first time coming here. I live right down the road so it was convenient. The employees there really go out of their way to provide the best experience. I was super pleased with the customer service! The prices were kinda high but that's to be expected I suppose. They didn't have any back stock of catch pans with lids.... and the one I wanted on display on the top shelf was missing the cap! It's being returned. If you are in a tight spot and need something quickly, this will suffice.

Isn’t it interesting how one interaction can determine if you never go back or if you never go anywhere else? I needed quite a few compressor parts and was told Napa was the place to go. Sure enough they had a huge selection of fittings and Bryan the manager took the time to make sure I got everything I needed. He was patient, polite, and knowledgeable. When I got back to my shop, everything fit perfectly ? 5 stars all the way to Napa and the manager, Bryan. This location is my new go to.

NAPA saved the day when my camper blew a circuit breaker. They were the only store in town that had the part in stock. Friendly staff. Will return to this store.

Was basically called a liar by the owner of the place. They have good reviews, so maybe he was just having a bad day, but it was a really really bad experience today over something that should have been nothing at all. The employees there are fabulous, never dealt with the owner, so maybe it's just an issue with the owner. Bad experience.

I went in on a Saturday afternoon only customer in the store a tall fellow helped me out ,probably in his fiftys,.seemed knowledgeable ,swing and a miss,so all evening I wondered,.did he sell me the wrong wipers for a lexus,because he would have the wipers that actually fit ,by the time I came back,instead of just saying oh we don't have those in stock,there by losing the sale,.surely he is trying to complete the sale not just overwhelmed by the difficulty of looking up common parts,#good help is hard to find

The guys in here always have what I need. They deliver parts quickly, and make good hydraulic hoses. Good selection of industrial filters, as well as tools, chemicals, oils, electrical parts, and general auto parts.

Make sure you keep your receipt. They will not honor your warranty without a receipt. When your information is clearly in their system. This the only Napa that I have experience this behavior.

I just walked into this place to go get me a headlight for my truck there was five people in the store all four of them attending to what they were doing by the registers not one of them acknowledge me how I was or what I needed that's pretty sad on my lunch break had to go to AutoZone not only did they greet me they also help me with my problem thank you AutoZone for not being like Napa

5 ? parts house very professional very nolegable staff. The also stand behind there Napa part's. Been working with them for 15 year's never had any problems. thanks Napa.

Walked in and was immediately greated and asked if we needed help finding anything. We said yes and the gentleman quickly started looking for the size socket I needed then realized it was a speciality size and took us to where the had them. We also got a great deal on a low profile aluminum floor jack! They also had a table full of on sale items with some great deals! Better get in there and check thise out before there gone! Great customer service!

I always get great service from Glenn, Jason and Adam. The prices are always very reasonable, and everyone there is very knowledgeable.

I've always had good service. I agree with the review about the old guy with white hair. Avoid him and everyone else is good.

Horrible customer service...I've been in this location multiple times now, and each time I was talked to as if I am stupid and a burden to them (and I am a certified diesel mechanic) The old man with white hair is about as rude as they come and is no help whatsoever, even with something simple as finding a part! I would steer clear of this location if I were you!!! I will definitely NOT be back. Check out Oreillys or Autozone in Bentonville instead!
