Chad and team were great to work with! They were incredibly relaxed and accommodating when I was shopping in the past, and also when making a decision on my recent purchase. I had been searching for months for an F150 with a specific set of features, and they happened to get one with 99% of what I wanted. If I ever want a vehicle again then I will most definitely going back to them. They have great attitudes and demeanors, and they price their vehicles fairly; they were also working with their finance company for some options for me. All-around a good place.
This team has been a blessing to work with. I was very hesitant to trade in my old car, even though it was well past its prime, until my dream car appeared on their lot. I had been searching for a vehicle for almost a year and had done extensive research on various makes and models. I knew that at the price they were offering, this car wouldn’t last long.
The morning after I saw the car, I called to make a deposit to hold it, with the agreement that the deposit would be part of my down payment. It paid off—I bought the car. Unfortunately, the day after, tornados hit and caused hail damage to the car. I called the dealership about something unrelated and laughed about the damage, thinking it was just my luck. To my surprise, they gave me the contact information of a specialist who promptly worked with my insurance company and did a fantastic job on the repairs.
My takeaway from this experience is a renewed faith in customer service, which I haven’t seen at this level since before COVID-19. Thank you to the entire team. You have gone above and beyond any expectations I had.
I’ve had my vehicle for about a month now, and let me just say this is the cleanest damn car I’ve ever seen. Usually used cars have some sort of “ick” factor to them, but if this one does, I’m yet to find it. I’d driven a few cars from here in the past couple of years before I walked in and bought this one. I’ve been wanting a car like this for a while, but just never saw the right deal until now. If you see something you like, you owe it to yourself to stop in and talk to ‘em. I can almost guarantee you it will be the easiest car purchase experience you’ve ever had. I was in and out in under half an hour. If you love cars but hate stealerships, this is your place. They’ve usually got a pretty good selection and their prices are hard to beat. If you’re looking to finance, they do run through a major well-known banks, so you don’t have to worry there, either. If you wanna warranty, they’ve got them but absolutely no pressure to add one. Honestly, one of the most enjoyable car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I just can’t say good things about them.
Dealership kept my $500 deposit that was taken over the phone to hold a truck that I inteded to look at (I live 4 hours away and planned on looking at it 6 days from when I called). At no point did my salesperson, Chad, mention that the deposit was non-refundable, nor did I sign anything. After disputing the charge with my bank, they denied the claim, and Autowerks falsified information to make it look like I had held the truck up for several weeks, when in fact there was a 6 day time frame between when I put down the deposit, and when I let them know I was no longer interested. This is very shady business practice, and they're being very petty about a measly $500 that belongs to me.
Marvin is a true class act. I stopped in to check out a specific truck that i seen online and liked it. Told him i would be back with my wife to look at the truck later in day. When we arrived he said take it for a drive, bring back whenever. We went on test drive, chatted a bit upon return and bought the truck. Told him about a minor issue, and he had it listed to get fixed. This is the second vehicle purchased from him, traded in 1st that we have had since 2016. Paperwork was seemless,efficient and a breeze. If you want an honest person to sell you a quality vehicle, give them a try. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for used car/truck sales. Thank you Marvin

I recently purchased a truck from Chad at Autowerks. I don't think I have ever had a better experience buying a vehicle. I spoke with several of the employees and even the owner at some time or other during my time there and every single person was respectful and made me feel like I was important to them. The vehicle I purchased had just arrived on the lot and had not had the time to be checked out. I found a few items that needed attention and they took care of it all with no hesitation, one of which was a costly repair. I know when I need another vehicle Autowerks will be the first place I stop. Great Job to all that work there and thank you for an awesome truck and buying experience.

No need to buy from a big chain when you can help local families put their kids through school. The vehicles they sell are quality and I've not had to have anything done to them. Will be contacting them in the near future when my oldest turns 16 to purchase another car from them. And then again when the younger 2 turn 16. Keep up the GREAT work!!!!!!
