Today I had a brake pad emergency. I got to them and they were honest about my car problem. They gave me a fair price for all the work they did and did the all the work in great time, recommended to anybody who needs work on there cars
My cousin hasbhad her SUV at this place a bunch of times and they never fixed it. In fact it runs worse and the last time they took it back there they made them sit and wait and hours later did nothing so when they went back there to see what was going on all the workers was drinking alchohol and laughing during business hours. They then proceeded to tell them that it would take 3 days to do a diagnostic on it. Then the head mechanic was so drunk he almost fell down and started getting belligerent with her. It's still there and has been there for a couple weeks and nothing done to it accept the windows left open and all dirty. Scam place don't go there. Needs to be shut down really.
Terrible service!!! My husband went to replace some lights, truck was there 3days for them to say they couldn’t do the job and on top of that damaged our property and didnt want to fix or pay for the damages they caused. One of the owners Javier Yepez was rude and very disrespectful started threatening to get physical. This shop is so unprofessional with no cuatomer service. Never would go back to this horrible place. The worst service ever! If u want a job done right this is not the place.
Went in cause car wouldn’t start they said it was the starter got that fixed. Nobody calls to inform of anything. Had to go in just to see what was going on. Now they are saying my timing belt blew my starter but his mechanics don’t want to fix it because it’s a lot of work. Paid $250 to not even have a car that starts.
Terrible service! Wasted 750 dollars for it not to be fixed. Even worse had other parts of my truck damaged. I took it in because it was leaking oil from the bottom of my truck. They called me once it was fixed. As soon as i drove off it was still leaking. Told me it was something else so i paid for it. And when i went to pick it up for the last time it started to shake and didn't make it home. I had to pull it home. Decided to take the loss and just go home. I didnt want to give them anymore money. I checked under my truck and it was now leaking from the transmission. Something that was fine before i took it in. They take advantage of people who know are an easy target. For me i don't really know about cars so there you have it. They pick and chose who to steal from. Makes it hard to find a good mechanic.
HE IS A LYING THIEF! STAY AWAY! ES EN RATERO MENTIROSO! No lo recomiendo. He told me he could replace my engine or rebuild it. I agreed to a tow to take my car. After two weeks he told me he could not find an engine for my car. He told me he could not rebuild my engine either. He charged me for the tow which I paid. When I sent a tow truck driver to pick it up he would not release it because he said it was not paid. I had to call the police and show my receipt which showed I had paid for the tow. He left my car lights on and windows down for weeks. Now my brand new battery is no good. When I called they never answered and when they did they did not want to give me their name. An honest shop would not do these things.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED “SHOP”!
I wouldn't be able to drive my car at all without you guys. Your team is an absolute blessing, definitely deserve more than the five stars Google allows. Outstanding work on my ford Taurus fellas. While out running errands and walking up to the back of my truck, I noticed my tail pipe on the ground. It has been some time since I installed my own muffler (the back end blew out). I ordered a muffler and was going to install it myself. Everyone I spoke to said "they are welded up now" (as was the broken one). So, after trying to find an exhaust shop that was open, I took my parts to Yepez Auto Repair (and Parts) in Somerton. Jose' (the exhaust mechanic) was going to go to lunch, but instead pulled me in. He had the system up, modified (from the older, cheaper version), welded and back on the floor, in a little over 40 minutes! Fast, courteous, and reasonably priced! (I threw him a tip for taking me, rather than going to lunch and making me wait. It was the least I could do; buy him lunch). Thanks Jose'!
