I came here all the time for parts and they not only always have them, if not they’ll order it for you. Every time I go they are always so friendly and helpful, I’ve never had a time where they have been rude or not doing there job, they are always at the top of their game.
My last experience at O'Reilly's Somerton Az was not good. I was waiting on line like any other client, there was only one attendant at this store so the line was big. When my turn came i was ask about my visit and said i needed to have my car battery check to make sure that is what i needed before i buy. The attendant ask me to wait until he was done attending the long line. I asked, what am I to you, I'm not a regular client? to which he responded, checking a battery is a free service and he called the next person in line. Not what i expected from O’Rallys auto parts or customer service store. Therefore i have no reasons to come back to any O'Reilly store anywhere in the USA or other countries.
O’Reilly’s here in Yuma, AZ are very good in keeping a good selection of automotive parts, tools, and other automotive accessories or materials. Most of the business establishments here in Yuma, Arizona have decent hours of operations, ample parking space, and a fairly decent amount of employees helping at the service desk. The only complaint that I have, and this is not a reflection on any of the establishments or personnel, is that they do have their products priced slightly higher than what you would normally pay for the same parts at other stores. If I do decide to shop at one of the O’Reilly’s stores here in town, for me personally is for convenience and avoiding sometimes unnecessary waiting times for shipping or having to pay for shipping costs too. Plus, they do offer a Military Discount, that sometimes equals the same price as other competitors have their prices at. Again, I really like the O’Reilly’s establishments here in the Yuma, AZ region.
A+++. They are very polite and always in a great mood, great atmosphere. Very knowledgable. Even though napa or autozone is closer to my home, id rather drive a bit more so these experts can take care of me. Fast service too in and out before you know it. Thank you Omar
My husband I didn't realize our car had special lug nuts on the tires so we tried to remove it with a usual tire iron, and the nut got stuck into the wrench so tight that nothing we tried at home could remove it. We brought in the tire iron with the stuck lug nut. Not only did Angel help us find the right wrench to remove the rest of the lug nuts - he also removed the stuck lug nut for us! We didn't think it was possible to remove it and we expected to have to throw it away - but Angel went above and beyond. Thank you!
Need to hire more people for weekends. Waited almost 30 minutes, with only 2 guys in the counter. At least 10-15 people waiting, while the phones kept going off.
Horrible Experience @ Somertons O'Reilly They couldnt warranty my Defective Super Star Dead Battery while stranded in their parking lot! They put it on tester for a while & retried starting vehicle & no start @ 10.5 volts they replied we have to process for warranty & had to get a jump start right in their parking lot no costumer service what so ever!! Yuma is #1 in O'Reilly They're Corporate will be hearing from me!
