We went out for breakfast, and came back to a dead battery. I called my roadside assistance, and Steel Recovery was on scene in about 20 minutes. By far the fastest response I’ve ever had from a tow/roadside company!
The driver jumped my battery and we were on our way in no time! Nobody wants to have to use a tow company, but these guys are the best!
This is the best wrecker service in Arizona and the price was super affordable and no surprise fees and the driver Daniel was just as amazing kind friendly talks to you like he was your best friend and after the trouble we had it was amazing for something to go right thanks A Steel Recovery !!! Your our only tow company we will ever use
We broke down off the I10 this morning and received excellent service. The owner is exceptional, he went above and beyond for us and personally gave us a ride home after we were sitting for about an hour. It’s obviously never a good situation when needing a tow but this company made it a little easier. Great prices and great experience. Definitely recommend!
I called at 11:33 p.m., desperate to find a ride for me and my vehicle after striking a tire in the roadway on the 10. Called several companies and got several quotes. The lowest was TWICE the amount A Steel (really should be A Steal) Towing charged me. Not only that, he said 45 minutes and was there in 40. Unheard of for tow trucks in my experience. He got to me and told me to warm up in the truck while he hooked up the car. Had a great conversation on the way back and had me home safe and sound and warm in no time at all. I've got his number saved, and anytime, im around the area and need help they will be my first call. Couldn't recommend more for time convenience customer service price and overall satisfaction 10/10 business.
I needed a jump start for my car. They responded under 10 minutes for my roadside request when I was told it would be 45 minutes. I didn’t catch the drivers name but he was very nice, professional and made sure I was okay to go get a new battery. I would definitely recommend them!!
I called to have a car removed the young lady was very polite. The car was picked up the tow driver was pleasant and respectful. I highly recommend this company. I will use them in future. Thank you, Angela

By far the best customer service I have received from any company let alone a towing company. I had scheduled a tow and although he could not tow our SUV at first because I had my family of 5 plus two dogs in the car. (His truck could not fit us). I had a truck re-dispatched through roadside assistance and did not have anyone come for several hours. He came back later to check on us and by then we had a friend take my wife and kids. He towed me to my destination and was very kind and accommodating.
