Elite towing saves us from the side of I-10! Our travel trailer blew and our jack wasn’t big enough to lift the trailer. Elite Towing had some on our to help us right away. Matt was great and got us back on the road super fast! Other tow companies told us it would be hours before they could help but Elite was concerned for our safety and had a truck out to us asap!

Jay did a great job towing my Tesla to get repaired. He showed up with in a couple minutes and had it on the flatbed without a scratch. I was able to ride along and get dropped off at the repair center. I highly recommend elite towing.

Nobody wants to have to call a tow truck but if you have to call ELITE TOWING. Fast ,careful and professional. I called to have my 1968 Camaro towed I was a little nervous but Jay was so careful. He got it on the flatbed without any problems or damage. Thank you for making a bad day better! Only a bad coil so not a big problem just glad to have it home safe.

My daughter was driving home from picking our youngest grandchild up from daycare along with his 9 year old brother. She was driving in her sisters car. Suddenly, the battery and engine light came on and the car began running rough. She was able to get off the road. Her mother and I were on the way to help, in the mean time she called Elite towing. My wife took everyone home, I waited with the car for the tow truck. Soon Matt arrived, he gave me a firm hand shake and asked how can he help. Since the car did start and run, I asked Matt if I could give him $40 to follow me to my daughters house. He refused the money and kindly said he would do it for free. He then followed me all the way to her house. I cant overstate how grateful I am to Matt and Elite towing. He came promptly to assist my daughter and grandkids and then rather then cash in on their misfortune he did a nice thing, and I really appreciate that. Thank you very much Matt and Elite Towing

We deal with auto business on a daily basis. We understand it may be a stressful business to be in and are not looking for great experience. The front lady desk is simply rude from a get go. It is not what she says but how she says it! It’s not hard to be normal and in this cases she failed at it. We were nothing but nice to her and not argumentative at any point. Do better!

I would like to just say Thank you to the owner Shane. I got myself in a pickle with a food truck coming back from California. Long story short I was needing a tow back to Texas. Shane took the time on a Sunday to find a way to accommodate me. He was up front and let me know the structure of his buisness structure was set up to do the job however. He recommended me to find someone that was going back empty and not just strictly a tow company. With his honesty and not just there to make a quick couple grand. I was able to find another company who specializes in finding loads heading into their next travel location. All I can say is if your ever needing a local tow or heavy rig tow Shane is set up for it. He will also make sure the tow makes sense before you even commit to it. Heck there's a reason why his company is one of the higher rating ones in Phoniex. Shane Thank you sir. Many blessings 💪💪.

If I could give a million stars I would. Our motorhome got a flat tire and needed a tow to a tire shop. Shane was dispatched by AAA and he arrived quickly. He was professional, kind, and got our motorhome onto his truck without any problems. As we were following him to the tire shop in our truck, it threw a belt and now we were once again stuck in the AZ desert on a hot July day. Shane noticed that we were not behind him anymore and before we could even process what to do, he called and asked if we were okay. He immediately contacted another one of his guys, got him dispatched to us and even contacted AAA to let them know that we needed roadside assistance AGAIN! Along comes Matt-- he was so kind, polite, and efficient. His cab was wonderfully cool and clean. He dropped us and the truck off at the tire shop where we were able to get back on our way. Matt from elite towing had to come assist me and my expedition a few times. Not only professional, but timely and understanding as well. I normally don’t need to save a tow companies number in my phone, but living in casa grande and that stretch of highway back into the city, I felt confident and still feel that having elite towing as my go to was and still is my best bet!!! These guys were quick, friendly, and super efficient, and towed us faster than their estimate on a Sunday afternoon in the heat. Jay was so kind, we were dealing with a car issue in the middle of a roadtrip and they towed our car home and beat us there, sent a text with a picture of the towed vehicle back in our driveway. Was able to pay the invoice instantly and easily online. So awesome, reasonably priced, can’t recommend them enough!

This place is here to take your money. I'm a victim of Theft and they treat me as if I'm the one who's at fault. 1st off they are extremely rude and cut you off and speak over you. Unlike an adult, they prefer having a disrespectful conversation quoting them verbatim, " I need something to show for the vehicle" after informing them about what was told to me by the Police they said a badge number can be put down to pay for the vehicle although again I'm the victim and they don't care about restitution. What's the point of having a contract with law enforcement if you're violating the people who were victimized already. On top of that they Tow 24/7 but won't allow you to go see your car or won't tell you they got your vehicle until 2 days later and racked up a fine of about $650 and tallying it up everyday. Not a care if you are a victim of a crime. I understand if I did something incorrect and parked somewhere I wasn't, etc but that's not the case. Being a victim shouldn't have you liable for any fees especially if they take 2 days to let you know and there is someone whose caught for the crime. If actively towing you should actively allow the victim to obtain the vehicle. Elite towing? More like Elite Ripoff.

I made a decision that put the trajectory of my life in a direction that could have resulted in a very negative direction. Shane the owner took the time out of his busy schedule to listen to my story and factor all the moving parts into a decision to help me so I could salvage and fight towards getting my life back on track. Bryce was equally caring and helpful. This company is honest and has your best interest at heart not just their bottom line. Thank you Shane & Bryce for being fair honest business men in a time when not everyone is. Give them your business you won't regret it. Your grateful client.

Shane and Elite Towing were wonderful in towing a transit bus for me! They were professional, fair and were timely. 100% recommend for heavy towing needs!

Matt at Elite Towing was polite, helpful and very skilled. He managed to extract an old crew cab dually from the middle of nowhere and stick it in our very tight RV parking here in Mesa. Although it helped than he had a "Transformer" for a tow truck, you have to know your craft to use it to maximum effect! Great Job Matt and Elite team!

These are good people doing a tough job 24/7. Respectful people and organized place. If you call them for a tow, they'll be there. If your car gets towed without your permission you gotta remember, its not their fault but they ARE keeping your vehicle safe! They have rules they HAVE to follow, so they deserve your pai Tammy in the front office was kind and patient and worked with me to get my car back. Chris, the yard guy, was also super polite and kind to me. Thanks guys!

Great customer service i called them and they were able to come out right away. The driver jay super friendly. He got me hooked up,and he dropped off to the nearest tire shop. So if you're ever in the castle ground area, and need a tow or some help. Moving something, I would definitely call them. Or recommend them to my friends.

Excellent Service!!! My boat trailer wheel bearings took a dump on us just as we pulled into Roosevelt Lake parking lot 2 hours away from home. We didn't get to go fishin, but with just a quick text to a friend I know that works for them, Elite got my boat & trailer back home safely in just a few hours. Great service! Others we called couldn't come for 2-3 hours & we were broke down in 106* heat! Elite was there asap & much more reasonable than the others. Will definitely use again if needed.

A guy answered the phone gave me a price I did explain that we are looking at his building and just needs wrenched the heavy wrecker probably won’t be needed since just need a little help and I could do it with my dully pick up but was out of town…. Guy gave major attitude and said now the price is 200 more for asking for help on the price, I hung up and will use knight towing for now on. Sorry you lost a fleet customer that has used you multiple times for long and short heavy tows…..

My mother in law was in an accident and this tow company came out to pick up my mother in-laws car great company sounds like been in the business many years and very cordial and nice. Would recommend this company to be called upon for towing!

Matt at Elite Towing did a great job helping me transport this gorgeous Pontiac from Casagrande to the west valley. The car sits low to the ground and Matt made sure it didn’t get a scratch! I’m impressed with Elite and will use them again in the future

Casey did a wonderful job showed up in less then the amount of time they said he would be at my location. He was very polite and professional when we arrived at my location. When we arrived at the Freightliner dealership he show his amazing skills at parking my trailer where the they wanted it. Top notch severice very satisfied and bill was responsible.

When you do something dumb, the last thing you need is the people you call for help to rub in your stupidity. Donald, our hero, was very kind and understanding. He got us unstuck in minutes and saw the humor in the ridiculous mess I found myself in, without belittling me.
