Very responsive and quick. I had to give up on my insurance company and take matters into my own hands. These folks were the best, answered my call after hours, and quickly rescued my son's vehicle from the side of the road. I would highly recommend!
Great, quick, and affordable service. My car was gushing out gas after attempting to start it, so there was no way to get it going… let alone drive it. Called this company, the man who picked up the call was calm and handled well what I needed. He gave me pricing details and an estimate on the spot. The driver, Dave, is a super nice man! He arrived their before the estimated time, got my car up on the truck with care and quick. I carpooled with him to my home and got home safe; I appreciate their efficient help.
Phone customer service was unhelpful and condescending. They were two hours late, and it took half an hour for the driver and I to push the car up to the truck because he had trouble jumping the car, which I got an extra charge for even though I had to help him the whole time. The fee was supposed to be automatically charged to my service bill, but it wasn't after issues with the drop off, so I had to pay the tow service later over the phone. Overall they were hard to work with and made everything as inconvenient as possible, definitely will not be getting service from them again.
