For this business, the most impressive part would be the manager (called Josh), really showed his best to help me sell the car, so I just refused to cooperate with other junk car buyers and only worked with you! One thing can be improved would be maybe you could assign a case to one or to specific people each time. For example, if I used the same phone number to call, I can always get to the same people who is familiar with my case, so we can go through everything quickly! Also, I got different answers from different people. Like, someone said I have to have the physical title. The other one said I just need to notarize a document, and then you can figure out everything. Someone said towing can be done on Friday or next Monday. But when I call again, the towing could be scheduled on Friday that is better for me.
Anyway, I really appreciate your help!

The telephone experience was not good. Each time we were told to call we were on hold 20 minutes to an hour. Eventually we did sell our car and received the check. So get through the phone issues and it will be fine.

Sold my car the check they handed me still hasn’t cleared which is a bit strange and inconvenient…. Tow truck guy was sketchy and didn’t even know the amount to write the check for I could have told him any amount and he would have written a check for it. Hopefully it clears within a timely manner or we’re gonna have a huge issue . Was also a pain in the butt to get the title notarized the way they wanted it because my dmv didn’t give me the correct stamp.

I waited 3 days for a simple pick between 8 am and 12 pm. First day the driver couldn’t make it, understandable. This was on Friday so I have to wait over the 3 day weekend for next available. Second day, again the driver is a no show. I didn’t receive a call until 6:30pm. Remember my window has to be from 8am to 12pm since I go to work in the afternoon. So against my better judgement I give it a 3rd attempt for the next day. Same thing happens, no driver, no call and it’s after 12 noon. I had to call the office and cancel service. Simply ridiculous how unprofessional this business deals with having customers put everything on hold for a 4 hour window for 3 days! Will not be using them again.
