Spent an hour pulling off exterior parts, just to be told they couldn’t sell them. Horrible attitudes and very unreasonable. I understand why this junkyard is the mess it is, disgusting.
Was referred to Chuck's Trucks to sell them a couple of junker cars. Called on a Friday and was told to call back next week. Called on a Tuesday and told to text pictures of the vehicles and they would call back same day. No contact until I called back 2 days later. Told they would pay $1000 for both cars and would pick up. Pick up scheduled for the following Wednesday, July 3rd. On July 2nd, I reached out via text to confirm a pick up time, and got no response. On July 3rd, I called multiple time over about 6 hours to get a pick up time, and was told, "call back" and then hung up on, then "I don't know", then "we don't have a tow truck until Monday". On Monday, July 8th, I call to get a pick up time, and get told, "I'll talk to my boss and call you back." 2 hours passed with no contact, so I called back and was told "There is no money to buy your vehicles." Whatever you do, do NOT do business with Chuck's Trucks. They will yank you around and play with you but never go through with the deal. Worst customer service I have ever come across!
Hard to get them on the phone but overall had a good experience. Helped load the parts and let me cruze through the lot to look for anything that might catch might interest.

Drove 2 hrs for a fender they didn't have, had an alternative but the gentleman behind the counter had nothing but attitude when I mentioned the price they showed online. Poor customer service and poor ppl to do business with. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Had I not had my child, the gentleman behind the counter would have had far more problems than his nasty attitude. STAY CLEAR OF THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY
So far, every part that I've needed I have found here and they're staff is very experienced n knowledgeable, also they're willing to help you find your part should they not have it! Great job Chuck's Trucks Inc.
Worse customer service they sell one thing and when you go to pick it they try to give you something else. Very unprofessional wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there.

These guys are a bunch of snakes don't trust them. They sold me a broken part and claimed they didn't know it was broken. Fine, but they wouldn't refund my money claiming I didn't specify I was looking for a non-broken part. Used, from a junkyard sure, but "please don't ship me a broke part" is a given. Do business elsewhere
If they dont already have ot pulled theyll get it for you. They are courteous and quick. And if they dont have it...(not likely) theyll point you in the right direction. Thanks guys
Great for parts. Ask for Sean if your looking to buy a vehicle. Also Doug replaced any faulty parts even though I bought the vehicle "as is'. That's important I feel. I definitely recommend Chuck's Trucks to all my friends
I bought a car from trucks trucks. It was not emissiomed., smokes and they did not follow any proper procedures. Left the previous owners license plate on car and lost the original car keys. So I had to pay a locksmith to come and cut a key for the alero . and now the owner hangs up on me when I call. I have contacted the attorney general and better business bureau. I have also contacted the police who told me to contact the two mentioned businesses. This man took my money with no intention of giving me any sort of running vehicle. After I returned the first vehicle,(2003, alero) I spoke with the owner at which point he told me I was going to have to wait till he had a vehicle that matched my paying price. Two months went by and I hadn't heard anything from chuck, so I called him and he told me he was going to the auction and would have a vehicle for me to give him a week. That next week I called he told me he had a mustang for me I went and looked at it told him I'll take it and he said " come In next Monday it just needs a fuel pump." That Monday I called and asked the employee that answered if the mustang was ready at that time I was advised that the mustang was sold. I asked to speak with chuck and he didn't care about anything I had to say. I've been getting the run around from this m an and his employees for 9 months. I'm a mother of 3 I still have no vehicle and now I lost 2,000 dollars because this man wants to take advantage of a single mother. He needs to know that as a business owner its never OK to treat a PAYING CUSTOMER in such a manner.

They have the best prices and best customer service in town, hands down. I've shopped at many other parts yards and this is the best by far. I will be a repeat customer from here on. Thanks go to the employees!
