I am located in Minnesota, so this is all my experience as a long distance customer. I ordered a pair of rear knuckles from them, to be shipped from Arizona to Minnesota. Price was exceptionally good, especially considering the condition and completeness. The parts were shipped right away, and packed reasonably well considering their size and weight.
No real pay-online options so you do need to pay the old school way--over the phone. But, if you are okay with that, they're a very pleasant and quick company to make a deal with and their parts are good.
Jon helped me find a part on a 1996 Odyssey that was practically impossible to find. He was very friendly and efficient. I will be buying more from him in the future!
Whoever runs this place is incredibly petty he thinks that my business phone is a call center and keeps blowing me up and harassing me!! It takes a certain type of individual w a failing business that has the time to sit there and berate and harass another small business owner. Can’t imagine this guy is someone I’d want give my money

Had the part we needed, but owner has a TERRIBLE attitude! We asked him a yes or no question and started saying he doesn’t play games! That is definitely not the way to treat customers! No way will I recommend this place!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
They had the part I needed which was a cylinder head for my yota and was willing to hold it until my buddy got down there which was a hike of a drive! Amazing service! And they even gave my buddy a sticker! Adds the house power! Grateful for people like them! I wish I could remember the individuals name but he was super awesome! If I could give 10 stars I would !!
These guys are the best. I bought some rear backseats for my 98 Toyota 4Runner and they’re beautiful. They also did a fantastic job in packaging and wrapping them up before shipping.

Customer service is horrible. Guy on the other line was super cocky and extremely short with me over a shifter that I put in from eBay. There are many people on this review board who has stated that he is rude maybe that's a sign he needs to go.
The owner is super cocky and annoying but the other guy is always helpful. Prices are kind of all over the place so sometimes you can get a good price and other times not
I was able to find my Jeep rear glass with ease with ACE pickup parts! I purchased through Amazon and they were super professional. They called me to verify that I had the correct size and measures. I highly recommend anyone wanting to get a replacement part to use their service as they are very professional. my product arrived well packaged and in one piece. 10 stars!

The worst customer service. Just after 20 seconds on the phone I was hung-up on and I was not being unpleasant at all. I called back and asked if there was a problem. The man was extremely unfriendly and down right mean. How can a company keep these type of employees? If he was the owner then I'm sure his working principal will be his demise. Dang what a very unpleasant experience. They will never see my business again and I'm sure I'll be sharing that experience as often as I can.
These guys are great, I've ordered from their eBay shop a few times and they'll actually call me just to make sure the part I've ordered was for the right year, make and model of my truck before they sent it off.

Bought a rare Nissan Z24 engine from these guys years ago and a ac control mechanism later on. Just got around to installing this engine and was completely shocked with the quality. This engine was spotless inside and runs like a top. They took incredible care when removing it preserving the harness and other parts. Always helpful on the phone when searching for parts.This is the best yard I have dealt with in the last 40 years.

Due to the amount of kids I have, keeping my 'mini-fleet' running makes me a regular at the area salvage yards. By far Ace Pickup Parts is my favorite. The guys there are great to work with and that goes from the owner down to the yard workers.
