Chris over at AZ Auto Wrecking was of great help assisting us with a custom piece for a memorial for my brother, on short notice even got it out AND assisted with the welding while we waited. He was critical in ensuring the final product was representing an important art piece perfectly.

Would give zero stars if possible. I was looking for Wheels only to find out they don’t accept the Apple Card despite being a VALID card with all my info attached to it. Guy behind the counter has an I don’t care attitude. Bad all around experience and has the audacity to toss the card on the table on top of that. Very rude. Other 1 star reviews are STILL valid in 2023. Go elsewhere.
Extremely rude customer service. Called and asks about a part and was starting to explain and the man on the phone rudely interrupted me telling me to tell him exactly what part and to get to the point and was very rude. Wouldn’t recommend
Rick is the BEST auto recycler I've dealt with in over 30 years of living in Tucson. I first came here in 1999 for a little Ford Ranchero, but have given him my custom these past 3 years to help me with my 1966 Chrysler. This fellow AND his staff remember their customers and treat them well!
This place sucks ! I called them 3 times to see if they had a part , they said yes and so I drove over there to find out they didn’t have the part . Like honestly had to drive super far just for them to tell me they didn’t have the part . I don’t recommend this place !
Great knowledge of cars and friendly customer service. I recently purchased a project car from this group and they were super helpful. Assisted with title transfer and even dropped car off at my residence. Great place to visit if you are into the car hobby.
I have never been to a pull it yourself location with such a great owner. This man takes pride in what he does and definitely goes above and beyond to help. The yard has a few cars that I have been searching for without success. I will definitely be returning soon.
Best yard for OLDER cars in the city. The owner is always friendly and helpful. It's generally a u-pull-it yard. Always had what a need at fair prices. Don't expect to find parts for anything newer than mid 90s.
after calling them to set up getting my car sold to them I was told to give them an hour or so ánd they would come get it. after three hours and not hearing anything, I called and the guy that answered gave me the drivers phone number to find oí where he was. um, I'm sorry, isn't that your job? I called the driver anyway and he said he left the paperwork at the office and would call me when he got back there in 20 minutes. another hour later he finally calls and says he would be there in 15 min to get my car. another hour later he finally arrives.when he got to my house to get the car, the guy refused to take my title because of a little penmark in the buyers line after me waiting around for five hours! not only that but he was extremely rude! he started making sarcastic remarks towards me and being straight up offensive! so he left and I called the office to let them know how their driver had just treated me and the guy on the phone started defending the driver being rude because "hes been busy today, its hot out and he didn't make a sale" are you joking? I waited around for five hours after I was told the driver would be there, on a work day and the guy on the phone said, "i don't care if u stayed home from work, its not my concern." I have never seen worse customer service or been talked to that way by someone I was trying to give my business to. If I owned that company, I would fire every single person that works there and bring in people that actually care about their customers. if I could rate this company lower than a zero I would.
Wish i could give 0 stars as well. They were quick to get off of the phone and were not at all customer friendly. You will have a better experience using ebay motors
