My experience with them to start wasn't as great as I thought it would be, submitted a order on a Thursday around 11am and was told the part is still attached to the car so give them 24hrs, well did that and had to call to check status on said part, and this was past 24 hrs when I called,and was told oh they are pulling part right as we speak and I can come get it, well this is like 15 20 mins B4 they closed, and of course there close on Labor Day to so now I have to wait even longer for the part, great communication!!!

James was awesome and his customer service was absolutely amazing he went above and beyond to assist me with a return on a radiator fan assembly he was able to accommodate me and use my return to purchase the cv axles I need for my vehicle he even had them pulled so that they would be ready for my mechanic to install them on my next day off thank you James!
Very friendly people the part was excellent great shape and got it very quickly I will be going through these guys again thank you for your time and efforts. Just make sure when you're ordering from them that it is the correct color of what you need if not you're going to waste money sending it back. I wasted $20 and they sent me the seat belt that was not the right color

First, they were the only ones in the country that had the parts. I ordered a valve cover and received the incorrect side I needed. When I called and asked to return the incorrect one for the right one they said keep it in case you need it in the future! They still sent the other one out free of charge. Derek was the one helping me. He texted me from his personal cell phone the pictures of the part he was sending me to make sure it was what I was looking for. I was so satisfied with the service I received that I referred someone with another part they couldn't find to them.
James was so helpful and very patient and his customer service went above and beyond any I've seen in a very long time . About 4 months ago, I bought a 2006 VW Jetta TDI with 171,000 miles. Within a week, the transmission control module had failed and my car wouldn’t go into anything other than 1st gear. New TCM unit being $1200 has hurt the pocket for awhile and we have been keeping an eye out for other options. We found a used transmission from ABC that was from a wrecked Jetta with 102,000 miles. We got it ordered and sent to Washington state for still less than a brand new TCM unit. Within 24 hours of placing my order, I received a call just to confirm that it was for the correct vehicle, along with confirming that it is a diesel. I thought that that was outstanding customer service. He then explained the policy on returns and asked about my project a bit. We got the transmission replaced and the transmission shifts WONDERFUL. My only complaint would be it was delivered on a rainy day and it wasn’t wrapped enough to be in a rainy state.. but then again it’s from Arizona. I would recommend giving them a shot, even in another state.
From the outside ABC looks like a regular junk yard. But inside at the counter you'll find the big difference. His name is Jeremiah and he is super helpful and highly knowledgeable. I highly recommend giving ABC a call.
I'm from Canada, and they had a part in stock I was unable to find in the country. Even though they don't usually ship to Canada, they were kind enough to make the effort to get the part I needed out to me. I just had to provide my own shipping label. Part came in looking pretty clean, and since installing it seems to be functioning well. The pricing on their used parts is great, too. The part I got, I saw listings for 200$ for it (used, too of course), ABC sold it to me for 55$. the most expensive part was the shipping to Canada! Lol.
They are hard to get ahold of by email though, so I'd advise making inquiries by phone.
If I ever have another part I can't find in Canada, you'll have my business again in a heartbeat.

I bought a transmission about a year ago from ABC, and now recently an engine. I also have bought a few other miscellaneous parts. The parts I have gotten have been great, they also have been one of the most competitively priced on top of that. What's not to love? Great prices and quality used parts!
