Shipped a window up to Alaska incredibly fast, well-packed, and arrived perfectly intact. Triple whammy for us cause we never get that kinda service! Customer service was super fast and professional too answered all my questions instantly. Definitely recommend.
Honestly I wasn't going to do this review until I was cursed out by someone who claimed to be the owner, what should have been a simple return of a part that was incorrect. But turned into being cursed out. As a business man myself I would never talk to a customer the way I was spoke to today. 0/10 would not recommend this company to even my worst enemy
Great help .It would be a 5 star like pull a part but went down for me to a 3 star since we can't go looking for the part ourselves. Don't know if it was a safety issue or what happened.
JAMES AT ABC(behind the counter) really took care of me last week. I needed a lower control arm for my 2005 Altima 3.5 that was in good shape as well as cost effective. Well he produced one for me meeting both my criteria but what made him really awesome was his customer service, knowledge and just straightforward style. Working on cars can bring out the jerk in me sometimes but not this time thanks to his people skills. Right on right on right on. J.H.

Incredibly patient people lol because I was stranded in the mountains of co trying to get a trans shipped things was out of there reach but it all worked out regardless of the circumstances. My experience with them to start wasn't as great as I thought it would be, submitted a order on a Thursday around 11am and was told the part is still attached to the car so give them 24hrs, well did that and had to call to check status on said part, and this was past 24 hrs when I called,and was told oh they are pulling part right as we speak and I can come get it, well this is like 15 20 mins B4 they closed, and of course there close on Labor Day to so now I have to wait even longer for the part, great communication!!!

Very friendly people the part was excellent great shape and got it very quickly I will be going through these guys again thank you for your time and efforts. Just make sure when you're ordering from them that it is the correct color of what you need if not you're going to waste money sending it back. I wasted $20 and they sent me the seat belt that was not the right color

I bought a transmission about a year ago from ABC, and now recently an engine. I also have bought a few other miscellaneous parts. The parts I have gotten have been great, they also have been one of the most competitively priced on top of that. What's not to love? Great prices and quality used parts!
