The best towing experience I've ever had! The initial call was so very professional, quick, and thorough! Taz was in charge of my towing and he was very kind, helpful, and honest! The only towing company I will call from now on!
Taz saved my bacon, twice! The first time was when my truck wouldn't start at home. He was quick and friendly, getting it over to my mechanic without any issues. The second time, I lost a wheel trying to merge onto the interstate. Again, after a quick call to Barnett's, Taz was soon on scene and loading up my truck taking care not to damage it any further than it already was. the unloading of my truck at the shop was similar. We appreciated his experience and friendliness, putting us at ease in that scary situation.
This company just went above and beyond for me! I was trying to get to my destination on a holiday (4th of july) and everything was going from bad to worst. Huge shout out to Steve for taking care of the situation and being super friendly and understandable about the situation. He even let me sleep in the bunk since I had been up for over 24 hours struggling with the situation. Although he went through hell, Steve, Doug and Tim did the impossible to get me to el paso. They need to be recognized for their great work, even though it was a holiday and they rather be with their families than on the road they took the job and got it done. BIG BIG shoutout to Barnett’s towing and even BIGGER shout out to the driver Taz,super cool funny guy made my situation feel way better and also helped me find a faster and cheaper route to repair my car.I was about to spend over 500 and he he saved me 400 dollars.Definitely recommend for quick and effective business.
I called them because I was in a vary bad situation it was raining and the person I talked to told the driver the wrong direction they quoted something extremely high but I didn’t have any other chose so I greed the driver finally show and informed me that the drop off location was not what he was told he started yelling at me because I Questioned it and his words was “ I don't have to tow it you can figure it out” he called him boss and his boss said Its my fault for giving them wrong directions they charged me 160$ extra because of there mistake. Tried talking to his boss to try to help me out since again its not a situation anyone expects to be in I Just don’t understand why are you so rude if you hate your job there is other careers to be in.Vary ride driver and vary rude boss. I recommend ANY other company but them!

Taz had unbelievable customer service today! No one wants to deal with having to tow a car, but Taz's friendly attitude and positivity made it bearable. 10/10 recommend and the prices were the best compared to else where! We will be using Taz and Barnetts for all future problems!
Our tow person David was the best, (2) other companies showed up and couldn’t handle it. This was a difficult tow because my heavy electric vehicle was sitting on the floor & David very carefully figured out how to hook up my truck without scrapping the sensitive battery and he took his time with care, then he dropped it off at the dealer for me after hours and dropped the keys in the after hour box. Above & beyond. Thankful
My guy “Taz” that’s all I gotta say! He’s awesome man! I don’t know where Barnett towing in Tucson, AZ found this guy! But he goes far and beyond to help his customers. We needed a tow and he was there in a flash and very professional and a cool dude! Give this man a raise please!
I am a single woman and I hit a deer and was stuck in the middle of nowhere.
The dispatch receptionist demonstrated exceptional kindness, patience, and thoroughness, taking the time to evaluate the best towing options for my vehicle, which needed to be transported three hours away, especially when my insurance was unhelpful.
Following this, my tow driver, Taz, promptly called to ensure my safety and confirm the correct location and estimated arrival time. Upon his arrival, he exhibited remarkable professionalism while loading my vehicle, which required transport to a specialty import shop. Taz treated me with utmost respect, embodying the qualities of a true gentleman, and made the journey enjoyable. His calming presence and reassurances helped alleviate my anxiety, ensuring me that everything would turn out fine.

Taz was amazing today…. I had a very small space for his truck to navigate with little hope to properly align my new container with one I had there previously. He used a pulley to align after dropping the container to drag it into the position I wanted it. He’s experienced and happy to do his work. Highly recommended.

Omg I had called Bullfrog first and after two hours waiting only to find out they weren’t coming, I called Barnett’s Towing. What a breath of fresh air, the dispatcher was courteous, friendly, upfront and honest. You get what you pay for! The driver hooked me up in a flash and was great at conversation on our way to the mechanic’s shop. Thank goodness for honest businesses like yours!

Second to none .!!!!! From the management they treated me with respect and real concern about my problems. Meaning the break down and moved forward with the best plan for me and save money..! To the driver Daniel !! Got there on time new the situation was given all the necessary information about the break down and were we were going all this very professional and curious!!!
I know there a lot of tow companies in the Arizona and in this area but you will not ! Find one with better service more integrity and professional

I was heading to Rush Peterbilt but couldn't make it and they recommended Barnett's Towing. Helene was great on the phone, and Tim did an awesome job getting me to Peterbilt. I'm a car hauler, and some guys don't do well with full sized car haulers, but Tim did it well....and fast. Tim and Helene got me to Peterbilt within an hour from my call to Barnett's Towing. We needed help getting a non-running 1950 mercury on a tow trailer. We had naively thought we would be able to do it. Barrett’s towing came out and got the job done. The tow driver was awesome working quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend this company.

Alright, Daniel is amazing! He is super communicating what steps he'll take next before and at stops. He super sweet and down too earth. My kids love him. He very professional and handles everything with the up most respect. I very grateful to the fact we were stranded in Wilcox and had no way of getting to Glendale. Super surprised that he was able to help us. I highly recommend him.
