Driver arrived BEFORE the 15 minutes promised by their dispatcher. Excellent quality modern truck, which took my pickup up on the back bed, and whisked it home safe, secure and quick.

Martin and Isaiah saved me after hours of trying to get someone out to tow my semi. Everyone I called either didn’t answer or had excuses like not having their heavy driver available, trucks down, or not being able to go out of Tucson, but Five Star was ready! After discussing pricing, I got a call from the driver and immediately sent a pinpoint of where I was at so the driver could find me easier, and I couldn’t have been happier! These guys took me, my truck, and my delivery off the freeway and all the way to the shop in San Simon! These guys risked their lives getting me off the freeway! Couldn’t be more thankful! Also would like to add that the dispatcher I spoke to was very professional and polite. I hope I won’t be needing to tow my truck again, but if I do, I won’t be wasting time calling anyone else; I’ll be calling Five Star Towing!

Tre did a excellent job loading up the vehicle & strapping it down, maneuvering in a tight spot. Quick and efficient. Made a appointment with them to get it towed to a shop & did a great job with showing up on time will use service again for the future

Great company! Needed my car towed twice within 24 hours and both times was given a 30 min estimate on time: and they were! One of the tows I even made an appointment the night before to have my car picked up at the dealership and brought to MY mechanic and they had it there on schedule! I scheduled a pickup a week out for a flat bed. They called 30 minutes ahead to confirm arrival. They showed up with a flat bed. The guy was great. Very professional. Took my truck right where I needed it. Highly recommend. I've used several tow services in the past. Five Star is the best... it's all in their name

Great towing service. I had to move a larg metal antenna tower. It weighed 900 lbs and is 23 feet long. 5 star was able to lift it up and start sliding it on the truck. Then the winch and truck did the rest. A very uneventval move for my ham radio hobbie needs.

Car wouldn’t start at my kids school, so called Five Star Towing answered quickly very helpful the lady who answered. Assured arrival time and that it should be any longer. Five star is great! They picked up the car for us half way up Mt. Lemmon!! We weren’t able to be there so Jose took pictures and sent us texts updates from pickup to delivery at our mechanic shop! Would highly recommend!!
The driver was already there when I got there. I wasn't allowed back in the tow yard so he went back there by himself my car had flat tires and wouldn't start so I needed to jump the driver could have easily told me that he had to tow my car back to an address outside of the yard instead he pumped the tires up himself and jumped the car back there. Allowing me to drive the car home from the yard that's honesty right there
Stranded on the hottest day, called 6 or 7 other companies half didn't answer, others were not interested. Called Five Star, a very friendly dispatcher answered right away and said she would get someone out immediately. A while later Thys showed up, very friendly, very efficient, got my vehicle and l back home. Don't waste your time, call Five Star first! Dean P.
The tow driver that helped me was Jose. He was timely, professional, and took great care in making sure my car was handled appropriately. Stayed in communication to let me know where he was at all the way through sending pictures that my car was delivered safely. Highly recommend!
Had a tire blow out on way to work. Call Five Star to assist changing tire and wheel. Took a while to get there,but once there Martin did excellent job, he was quick to get me back on road!! Great job ,highly recommend this guys!!
