I called around 4:45 pm, waited until 7:10, I spoke with the driver who informed me he had a dead battery, asked me if I would wait for him to fix around 5:00 ish, I waited with no pick-up. However the number on the chat button, is a girlfriend, who was pleasant and reached him to find out that he would not be coming, his truck was broke. A phone call would have been appreciated. Sorry but this was my experience.
Jeremiah goes above and beyond to help anyone in need. On his day off, he saw someone broke down. He got out of his car in nice clothing, went under this guys’ car and everything, getting his nice clothes ruined, just to fix a stranger’s car for free. He’s a great guy and extremely knowledgeable. He truly cares about everyone. Call him, because he is one of the rare people that truly cares.
Quick to respond and reasonably priced. Crappy service. Took it to the wrong place. Said would pick it up next day and didn't . Finally got a hold of them and told them wasn't towed yet. About 2 days later they towed it, but forgot to get the key from the Dropbox. Never got the key delivered. Said they would send the key guy to make a key. Have yet to get a key. Don't know what they did with our key in the first place. Delayed working on car for a week because of it all. Want some money back for causing all of this.

Jeremiah is a super cool, genuine guy who goes the (literal) extra mile for his customers. He has great rates, is very knowledgeable, and gets the job done fast. Jeremiah was fantastic. This guy showed up within 5 minutes of me calling, and was incredibly careful about my car through the whole towing process, gave me a ton of peace of mind. My experience with this business was amazing. They're further proof that there're still businesses here in our community that wish to fill a need instead of scalp the neighborhood. jeremiah and Corey were empathetic, communicative, fast, knowledgeable, grounded and efficient. If I need a tow, or a jump in the Tucson area they're the obvious choice for me.
Jeremiah is one of the most honest men I’ve met in a long time, i called him looking for a quote on a tow and it was quite a distance, the estimate was extremely fair, but he went a couple steps beyond that and ended up fixing my car when he arrived when he could have just took my money, towed my car, and said good luck. I cannot express how happy i am with his services. They don’t make people this good anymore, he’s a very rare breed. 10/5 would recommend. Called for a tow and ended up driving my car home. Can’t beat that.
I can't say enough about this service. It took me over an hour calling around and trying to get someone to answer until I called Bullfrog and got an answer quickly. He showed up within 15 minutes! Made the call to this place while I was broke down on the road, the gentleman responded with ease. He gave me an excellent quote over the phone. He came within about 35 min. You got my car hooked up fairly quick and took me and my broke down car home. I recommend this company without a doubt. Thanks Jeremiah for all your help.

Great tow company. Was stuck for about 5 hrs trying to fix my problem. Jeremiah showed up in under an hour. I have only been towed maybe two times I the the last couple years but they took almost four hours. Great price also.
