Very responsive and quick. I had to give up on my insurance company and take matters into my own hands. These folks were the best, answered my call after hours, and quickly rescued my son's vehicle from the side of the road. I would highly recommend!

Great, quick, and affordable service. My car was gushing out gas after attempting to start it, so there was no way to get it going… let alone drive it. Called this company, the man who picked up the call was calm and handled well what I needed. He gave me pricing details and an estimate on the spot. The driver, Dave, is a super nice man! He arrived their before the estimated time, got my car up on the truck with care and quick. I carpooled with him to my home and got home safe; I appreciate their efficient help.
Phone customer service was unhelpful and condescending. They were two hours late, and it took half an hour for the driver and I to push the car up to the truck because he had trouble jumping the car, which I got an extra charge for even though I had to help him the whole time. The fee was supposed to be automatically charged to my service bill, but it wasn't after issues with the drop off, so I had to pay the tow service later over the phone. Overall they were hard to work with and made everything as inconvenient as possible, definitely will not be getting service from them again.
Cheapest out of 10 that I called and the only one that was honest and gave me a 5+ hour wait estimate. Car was in the driveway, so I scheduled first thing next morning instead. John did a great job and explained that it's a very small family business. Win-win.
I would not recommend this company to anyone!! They damaged my bumper and tried to blame the dealership. Don the owner was beyond rude, talking over me, yelling at me over the phone. I had to hang up because he would not let me talk. By far the worse experience I’ve had. Not helpful at all.
Great, professional service by T.L.C. Towing. I was driving a rental car (Toyota 4 Runner) in Tucson when I got a flat. I normally would have changed the tire myself, but I recently had an accident that left me with broken ribs and various scrapes and bruises, so could not lift anything heavy - such as a tire. The car rental roadside assistance dispatched TLC and told me it would be an hour. Shortly thereafter, I got a phone call from TLC to confirm my location (I gave the rental company the wrong address). Net is, the TLC driver, Greg G., showed up about 35 minutes later. Frankly I was surprised he got there that fast. But even better, this guy busted his butt to get me back on the road. Totally professional guy, just working hard and staying focused on getting me on my way quickly. Much appreciated. So, thanks to TLC, and shout out and thanks to Greg G. Absolutely recommend T.L.C. Towing.
Got out here in LESS than the time they said, so that's good. Was very courteous, kind, and helpful once they got here, no problems. AND even billed my car guy so that I would just have one smooth bill once it got all fixed up. Recommend :)
We were traveling from Phoenix to San Antonio and had a blow out on the 10. Larry, our driver towed us to Wal-Mart, where he knew everyone. He was very courteous and is an Army Veteran. Best experience to an unfortunate situation.
Great company and customer support. Quick and efficient. $85 dollar tow from valencia and campbell to speedway and alvernon. Accepts major credits including AMEX and cash, no checks if I'm correct.
