Rude and condescending staff. They act like you're bothering them. They're more interested in knowing if your repairing your car on site rather than helping you with a sale. For the record, I wasn't repairing a car out front but if I wanted to repair my car in your lot I'll do so if I have to. I was treated like I was unwelcome there. I'm not from there and they definitely wanted to remind me of that fact with their attitudes. There's no universal customer service standard at this Napa. If you're local you'll get service if you're not, good luck...

You would have gotten no stars but I had to choose one...my vehicle (which was my shelter and home) which you all have, with all my belongings and personal items and meds. Being out of state and can't get back there to get my things is pretty rough, since my life and home was taken from me. You will not even send me my items. Im reporting ALL my things stolen, the box with the amp has my name attached to the serial number, it's reported stolen now...what you are doing is against the law, and holding items just because, knowing I cant get back there...enjoy my Lexus, I hope u get nothing out of it. YOU DONT DESERVE A DIME OUT OF MY BELONGINGS OR VEHICLE

I broke down on the side of the road near Christopher Creek but was fortunate enough to have cell service. However, I still have a 480 phone number. I was referred to Napa because the first towing company didn't have any trucks available. When I called I was immediately put on hold, which is understandable because it's a business. After over 10 minutes on hold, I hung because I've been in part stores and know they sometimes forget. I called back and explained that was the reason and that I was in need of a tow truck and asked if they might have any available. He said he was going to get back to me before I had hung up and that he would have to check and said he would have to put me on hold again. I said I understood. He must have left the phone on the counter and I could hear them laughing about me calling back and saying that I must have called back to complain. At that point I said very loudly so they could hear me from the counter that I had been nothing but polite. Within seconds they hung up. I realize there aren't any choices in this area for parts or towing, but I would still go to either Show Low or Payson before I ever gave them any business after the way they behaved.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. Don’t listen to the other reviews from locals that live in the area, my car broke down in the snow in Heber and I was treated as if I didn’t matter. My car was towed on a Saturday and was told they “couldn’t work on the vehicle until Monday because we don’t have a mechanic in shop on the weekends. We’ll call you on Monday with more information.” I figured ok, small town makes sense, they’re busy living their life and there’s only so many people who can work on vehicles around here, especially in the snow. But Monday comes around and I receive no phone call, so I decide to follow up about 30 minutes before closing only to be told by Dawn that my vehicle had not been touched. I mentioned I lived out of town, my car broke down, and NEEDED my vehicle in order to get to and from work, but was once again told by Dawn that “breakdowns don’t take priority to scheduled appointments.” But then heard Aaron (the manager) in the background mention a few things wrong with my car. (Interesting as I had just been told that my car hadn’t been looked at yet they knew what was wrong?) They quickly called me the day after to mention several things wrong with my vehicle that just didn’t seem to add up. I politely asked for an itemized list to be emailed over to me of everything they said was wrong with my car but was once again told told by Dawn “I have no way of getting that too you.” AFTER taking over the phone call from Bill. I feel very screwed, I feel very taken advantage of, and I feel very victimized. NOBODY (besides locals) with car issues in Heber-Overgarrd should ever trust what this NAPA location tells you. I just needed a helping hand as I traveled through this little town and it turned out to be the worst mechanic experience I’ve ever had. If you have car issues in this area and live out of town, pay the money to be towed home. I PROMISE it will SAVE you money in the long run.

This company went above and beyond today to assist me after I hit a deer on the road. They arrived on the scene 15 min after being called by the State Trooper. They recommended a hotel for me to stay while I waited for my rental car and my insurance company to provide some direction.

Courteous, efficient, very nice people. They accommodated my needs to wait for my truck and to have my dog with me. I was able to sit outside with my dog. They employ cats. I'll definitely be back.

They Was amazing! They took time to let me bring my wrecked car ( aka towed there) to see if it was fixable on my camping trip But it was not. They was patient with me bc I live in flagstaff and could not get it of there property right away, they gave me time to find a junk yard to come pick up my vehicle. Thank you for understanding and being patient with Me. Bless you all there at napa. Thank you so much! Much appreciated.

****10 STARS ⭐️ EXTREMELY HELPFUL****I came up from the valley to do what I thought was something simple and then discovered I had an issue with a trailer. Noticed the ubolts on the driver side of the trailer were broke and missing a bracket. Luckily they had two new ubolts that fit exactly but unfortunately did not have the bottom bracket to fasten to...however this is where the 10 star rating comes in...owner Fritz and the other guys helped search the store for something and amazingly found a used bracket that I had to finagle a bit but it worked perfectly! Absolutely above and beyond and got me out of a bind so I could get back to the valley. Thank you Napa and team 🤘🏻

I got stranded in Heber in January with a flat tire on a Saturday night. When I went in to buy the part on a Sunday, when they were open for parts only, not services, an incredibly sweet employee who wasn't even working that day came out and changed my tire for me, completely as a favor, so that I could get back on the road. Were it not for his kindness I would have had to pay for a hotel for another night in Heber and would have wasted a whole day of my road trip. Highly recommend these guys if you need anything done. Meant to write this review a lot sooner. Thank you so much for your help.

Very helpful, opened early to get us a part we thought (or hoped) we needed. When that didn't work they were able to get us in the shop and changed the water pump so we could get back on the road and to our final destination in time. Thank You so very much for your help.

So helpful and knowledgeable. They were even open on Sunday and it was the 4th of July!! Very thankful as my check engine light came on after the fireworks the night before and I needed a code reader, they had it and all is great!

My jeep air conditioner decided to die so I called Napa here in Heber Overgaard and got an estimate to have it repaired. I'm happy that the jeep has cool air again but when I went in to pay the bill it was $65 more than quoted. They could have called me to discuss the change but instead I get this higher bill and they acted like the quoted price didn't matter. Not a good way to do business in my opinion.

The workers at Napa really know how to find parts and as knowledgeability there's always on point if you're ever need parts for your car the people at Napa are the people to see I personally never have a problem nor have to return parts that I have purchased because I've not fitting or not being the right part they get it done right the first time and every time so I definitely have to say that Napa is your parts store when in need for your DIY projects hands down their customer service seems so far to exceed my expectations and definitely are at a much higher standard and. Will continue to keep it as my to go to parts store thanks guys for the awesome customer service and parts availability and in stock. And another thing that I like about Napa is that this location has a on-site mechanic that is very knowledgeable about what he's doing and that I think it is outstanding that they provide this kind of service being in such a small town that is quite some distance from any other mechanic that can you get pretty much anything done at a very little moment's notice I drive a tow truck and have had a few customers want to be towed there to get work done on their vehicle because other people's Word of Mouth and knowing that it's going to get done right keep it up Napa

Happened to be on vacation while my car broke down. The 2 employees that helped us were awesome. They got me what I needed and made sure I had everything before I left. Hope I don't break down again, but if I do I know where I'm headed.......that is if it breaks in Overgaard.

I know NAPA has a lot of stuff, can't have everything but it seems like every time I need some thing they don't have it. Being the weekend coming up, it wasn't sure when my item would be in. Maybe they'll have your items, your call. Recommended.

If there was a zero star rating, I would use it. My wife and I had been exploring the amazing town of HEBER-OVERGAARD and our check engine light came on. Not being a car guy I was looking for some help worried that we might not make it back to Phoenix. We showed up 25 mins before closing on a Saturday (I know because we were told that very early in our visit). We walked in to a woman talking to on the phone rolling her eyes. After waiting for her to end her call, I explained what had happened, and asked if they could do a diagnostic test to see what the issue was. I was asked if I was in from "the Valley" for the day, obviously concerned that I wasn't a local. I answered that I was. I was advised there was no mechanic on site, and she would see if the owner "wanted" to help. I thanked her. She then began to walk to the back, stopped half way and informed me the test would cost 20 dollars, obviously hoping this would dissuade me. I said thank you that would be great. She then rolled her eyes again, headed to the back, returned and informed me that the owner didn't "want" to do the test, and told me I could come back tomorrow. She then informed me that they opened at 10am but 11am would be the best time to get help. I smiled, shook my head, laughed and walked out. I want her to know I have reported her to the chamber of commerce and the better business bureau, because if you work in auto parts, and don't like helping stranded strangers that are possibly from out of town, then maybe you should be doing something else. I have also reported the business to the corporate NAPA, and though they are franchised and independent, was assured that continued complaints can cause the franchise license to be pulled. I did this all because I "wanted" to make sure that no one ever has to rely on whether this business ever "wants" to help anyone ever again. Not that the owner cares but I made it to a competitor auto part/mechanic store in Payson, who did the diagnostic test for free, figured out I had an exhaust leak, and fixed everything the next day. My wife and I got home safe and spent a good amount of money at a store that "wanted" to help us.

Beware of this place. Took my truck in for repairs. They kept replacing parts that were not needed as they couldn't isolate the problem. They finally got it right but the experimenting cost about $1000 more than I should have spent. A short time later, one of the used parts they installed failed. When I took it to a different shop, it was discovered that this piece had been sitting out in the elements and was full of water and rust and cost me $500 to have it rebuilt.

Shady business! WARNING!!! I had an RV break down in their town. They were the only option for fixing. They were friendly and helpful. They let me know halfway through the 2.5 week repair that there was exceptional rust on the frame; I thanked them for the info and asked if it would get me the last 250 miles of my drive. They said they thought it would. They continued the repairs. As I paid for the repairs, finally ready to hit the road again, they pointed out that they needed me to sign papers declaring that my vehicle was UNFIT for driving. Excuse me? $2,000 and 2.5 weeks later, and you didn't think to tell me it was unfit for driving? I would have told you to stop repairs immediately. I'm still figuring out of this is something I can report to the better business bureau. It's unconscionable to me that you made me pay you for work that you literally made me sign a waiver for saying it wasn't drivable anyway. Unethical, for sure. Would have been happy to pay for your time and efforts for the work you DID put in. But now I'm very unhappy and feel like I had the wool pulled over my eyes :(. I ended up giving the RV away and renting a uhaul. Because I didn't feel comfortable SELLING it if it was "not drivable" (I gave very clear warnings to the people I gave it to that it needed major frame repair to be safe.). Anywho, if you have a choice of where to take your vehicle, I'd go somewhere else. Happy trails!
