Heck yeah!!! Had several repairs done by this amazing company, and the experience has been off the charts! No thank you to whoever trashed the front of our van at the Legion and left without trying to find out who the owners were, but these guys took care of it! Out of something unexpected, you find a diamond in the rough! We don’t hesitate to count on them!!! Heber Overgaard!!!! Who knew we had such amazing and quality repair services here!!

She walked us through the process, made herself available for phone calls and remained in communication the entire time. She ensured that we received the best and fair deal with our insurance. My family and I were driving to our property in Heber on a Forest Service road when our truck broke down. Being stranded with your family, spotty cell service, the sun going down, and temperatures dropping fast is honestly terrifying. White Mountain Collision and Towing came to the rescue when we needed it most. The insurance company was not at all helpful, but Summer and William went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even while I was panicking about the insurance falling through. They were also incredibly communicative throughout the towing process. Being stranded is a horrible feeling, but knowing they were actively on their way was a huge relief. White Mountain Collision and Towing are absolute lifesavers, and I cannot recommend them enough.

A couple months back I had a totaled truck and a heck of a time dealing with an unresponsive Geico. Geico tried to put thousands of dollars of storage fees on my shoulders, due to my buyback offer, even though they couldn't be reached when I and White Mountain Collision needed them. Just when I though all hope was lost, the owner of White Mountain Collision dealt with the insurance company Supervisor who'd been trying to shaft me and really saved the day. Also props to the front desk lady for constant attempts to contact Geico, ensuring the efforts were recorded and verifiable. Thank you!!!

White Mountain Collision and Towing provided such an amazing service when me and my boyfriend were stuck near Bear Canyon Lake. I was convinced we’d be stuck for a couple days, but luckily they showed up in the dead of night after we accepted defeat. They quickly got us somewhere warm, took care of getting the car out, and got us in the morning to take us to our car. They made sure we were comfortable and happy at all times. Such a phenomenal and quick service that you only get out here in Northern Arizona. Cannot thank them enough!

Took my 2020 Chevy Silverado. Enforce a minor damage to the passenger side. It has kind of a unique Brown metal flake paint job. And the people of White mountain were fantastic their staff was great their shop personnel we're extremely professional and they blended the paint in perfectly I would recommend anybody if you need any body repair done they're the best in the area.

While the insurance company had no idea where we were broken down and repeatedly put us on hold. This family owned business answered the call over Thanksgiving weekend, literally saving us and our car from being abandoned on a dark mountain road while it was snowing. Wish they were closer to New Mexico, so I could bring my vehicles to their shop for fair pricing, excellent professionalism and the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. We used these fine folks for tires, had a difficulty with the valve stem sensors, they worked diligently to find the problem, resolve the issue for the future and completed the job as promised. The Ladies in the office are amazing, kept us informed through it all and the shop folks are top notch. Highly recommend this team!

Picked up my Durango on Friday from White Moutain Collision and Towing. The shop was highly recommended, and I took my vehicle there and it looks BRAND NEW. Shannon is AWESOME!! They were very professional, courteous, and efficient. They worked well with my insurance. Highly recommend.

Came up for my nephews graduation and broke my drive shaft on the highway. The tow truck driver William was there within an hour and had me squared away. Just when I thought that was that William looked at my truck and saw the problem then proceeded to help me find a part to fit the truck. Within my time frame I’m vacationing up here Summer and William helped me for 3 days to find my part get me into a shop and follow up to make sure I was taken care of. Absolutely amazing people and customer service I highly recommend to everyone

We are traveling from Atlanta, GA, picked up a nail when we went to White Mountain Collison and Towing. We were greeted by a very friendly couple who immediately jump into action. They fixed our tire and would not accept payment not even a tip. I can't think of a more pleasant experience for a tire repair. If you find yourself needing service in the Hebert-Overguaard, AZ, area, give them a call you will not be disappointed.

I pulled over in a snow storm and got stuck on the side of the road in a corvette. I searched for a nearby towing company and found White Mountain Collision and Towing. They weren't the first result to come up, but I wanted a local towing company instead of a major company. William was there fast and he was so careful with my vehicle, he brought me and my car to a nearby town that was out of the storm. You will not get this level of care and service anywhere else, I highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend White Mountain Collision and Towing enough. I have used them for damage to multiple vehicles, accidents and for towing and they have gone above and beyond everytime. I highly recommend this place!! I have had 3 vehicles repaired here and this shop does excellent work. In particular they took on my service truck box bed and frame damage, which was a major job that 2 shops in Show Low turned down!! It was quite a process and took some extra time because parts weren't readily available, but their research and expertise prevailed. I can't even tell it had been damaged, and they also touched up some other flaws along the way👍🏻 The owners and employees are all pretty cool too, at least the ones I met. Didn't catch his name but Summers husband (owners) said he could even fix my damaged saddle bag on my Harley!! 😁 Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do I know they'll be here for me. And my friends!!

Just picked up my Hyundai ( after deer hit) and can't express the hard work and professionalism this shop delivers. Summer has a depth of knowledge on current standards and was a huge advocate for me since my insurance was not cooperative. Shannon was kind and extended that small town friendliness. Great communication and customer service. They kept me informed through every step of the process which was surprisingly quick. I had them replace a bumper on my 4Runner and my paint color is funky(Lunar Rock). They matched it perfectly! Would highly recommend.

White Mountain Collision and Towing has been phenomenal to deal with! I've worked with Shannon over the last couple months and she was super informative and very good about giving me updates on everything. My truck was not a small project after the accident I was in. My truck looks like the day I drove it off the lot. I am super happy with how it turned out, I will recommend everybody to them.

I was so upset when somebody backed into my brand new truck. I brought it to White mountain collision and towing. And wow what an experience!! They put me completely at ease. They had my vehicle completed sooner than they had originally told me (they didn't promise but gave me a rough estimate of completion). They worked directly with my auto insurance company. All of my stresses were taken away by these guys. Not to mention the work they did. The paint was a perfect match. You can't even tell that it was damaged. They did an amazing job and we're so honest and communicated frequently. I would highly recommend this company. And let it be known that I will use them if I ever need towing as well.
