Thank you to driver, Tyler! Idaho Mastiff Rescue had 2 dogs in transport, when the transporters car broke in the middle of no where. He was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure they made it somewhere safe.
I was stranded with a flat & no lug wrench, on my way to Vegas. Despite the fact that my spare didn't even fit my car, Tyler saved the day. He was very professional, courteous & showed a genuine concern for my situation. What was supposed to be a tire change, ended up being a tow. He was also very careful with my baby (my Lexus). If could give more stars, I would. Great job guys....I want to personally thank Tyler & let him know how thankful & appreciative that I am for his services.

OMG Richard and his wife were amazing in helping us out on Monday night! We were stranded when we took a wrong turn and ended up with a flat tire and a busted radiator. These guys are amazing and are the epitome of going above and beyond for customer service! We hit a huge piece of truck tire debris on the freeway in the middle of the night, which tore apart the plastic covering on and underneath my bumper, to a point that all the plastic was dragging on the ground as I drove. The car was drivable and I just needed the plastic to be taken off, but definitely didn't have the tools to do so. My insurance company called several places and they all refused to come help, but these guys drove an hour and a half to come meet me and help me out in the middle of the night! It was not an easy job to remove the plastic, but they spent the time to remove the bolts and get the job done right. When they realized they didn't have the zip ties or wire needed for a temporarily fix, Richard walked around the area and found wire on the side of the road that he cut to the appropriate size to tie down the plastic behind my wheel well so my tire wouldn't hit the plastic. They were so kind and patient and in-turn apologized to us for making us wait! You just don't find this kind of care anymore out there. Thank you guys so much!!
