I was in an accident that tore the axels loose from my 36 foot long fifth wheel toy hauler. The axels were chained and both my truck and fifth wheel had to be loaded on a trailer together. A Toe Truck responded quickly. They had the only truck and trailer that could handle the weight and length of my rig, but at the time I called, the truck was working in Needles. The tow truck driver, Chris, drove all the way to Yuma to tow my rig. Loading and unloading my rig, as well as driving through 4 pm traffic, was difficult and potentially dangerous but Chris did an outstanding job and successfully delivered my rig to the dealer without incident. I highly recommend both A Toe Truck and Chris for any towing you might need.

My spouse hit a building while towing our 5th wheel, we were impossibly hung up on the building, our insurance actually called these guys to help us out , and after 15 minutes of back and forth bs with the owner of the building, the driver said hey buddy I'm not working for you , I'm working for them ,they are paying the bill , so get out of their business and let me do my job , I'll get them off the building in about 20 minutes, Greg finally shut up and left , after 2 small pulls we were off the building, and rolling , the driver was great 👍

Early morning Monday, I needed my vehicle towed to an auto service shop in Havasu, Arizona, because of the transmission line leak. The AAA driver, Chris Page, was on the job efficiently! He was friendly, personable, and professional and getting the job done right. He even offered me one of his breakfast sandwiches!😋 I am both grateful and satisfied with the service I received that day!👍

They are lyers they agreed on a price to get my boat out then raised it 3?days later over 1000 more I would never refer them worst company I ever dealt with 0 stars no morals no reason to allow any good reviews it is a the fact is untrustworthy and that is my opinion on this so called company

My truck broke down Chase showed up faster then they said he would, l thought my truck was out of fuel turned out to be a blown head gasket. Im 4 hours from home so Chase gave me a ride to a hotel, he saved the day. I have nothing but good things to say about A Toe Truck thanks again guys

You helped me stay calm and you meant it when you told me "I got you👍" Thanks for your patience with those darn sockets. I still say call the company and ask for a refund lol. If you ever break down near Blythe you are very lucky if Gustavo comes to help❤️ a great guy with super fast response time as well.

A friend and I submitted a request through AAA when we became very close to running out of fuel on Rice Rd. We had two dog with us and it was 110 degrees. We didn’t want to risk going any further and losing AC. We called to ensure our request was received and spoke to such a nice man that seemed to truly care about our situation. The driver showed up in about 45 minutes and was so kind and helpful. He even called on his way to give us an updated ETA. He fueled us up and ensured he’d be behind us as we made our way into Parker. We were so grateful for the kindness and prompt service we received! Thank you for making what could have been a horrible situation, much more pleasant than we had imagined.

I flipped my trailer on 95 south. Called AAA and they sent Chris Page from A Toe Truck. Great guy, really nice and helpful. Went right to work helping us flip the trailer back on its wheels and load all the stuff back on it so he could winch it on the truck. Very concerned about getting it properly secured. Great company representative. If I need another toe I'm calling for Chris and I recommend you do the same.

Yesterday we called AAA and we were broke down in the desert.... The driver showed up and was going to winch the pickup on the truck while it was in park. Said he wasn't allowed to disengage the tranny. Then he told us that he wasn't even allowed to tow the truck because we were drinking a beer( none of his business). We were standing in a field along side the road drinking! We were not riding with him ANYWHERE! I HAD TO SLIDE UNDER THE TRUCK AND TAKE IT OUT OF PARK AS TO NOT DAMAGE THE TRANSMISSION.

The driver that came to my rescue was very helpful and friendly. Him I would give 5 stars too. However, when trying to contact the company after the incident I have not been able to get anyone to even acknowledge my emails let alone respond to them. I have a concern regarding the amount of money they charged for one of their services but it seems like once they get your money they're not going to bother.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Nothing but great things to say about this company! They answered their phone promptly and Dustin could NOT have been any more helpful, friendly, and professional! Even when I had to call back as I was deciding what I wanted to do, he was awesome every time! Steve, the tow driver, was also absolutely the BEST! He kept in contact with me, made sure my truck was towed carefully, and was friendly but professional! He did such a great job, I called and specifically asked for him when I needed a second tow to another location, and they were able to oblige! He made me feel safe, which as a woman on the road by herself, speaks volumes! Though they might not be the cheapest, their response time, customer service, and professionalism would not make me hesitate to use them again in the future. Don't bother contacting others, start here!

Brady was an incredible driver; very knowledgeable and friendly! The dispatcher Crissy was amazing as well, I've rarely ever experienced such professional and proficient prowess and personability, pleasingly.

I had Matt P tow my older vehicle today. His good personality, diligence and professional knowledge to secure my vehicle down for a 70 mile tow was top notch. I was in Body shop business for over 40 years so I am experienced with towing industry. Thank You Steven Dietrich

Hubby and I got our truck and 39ft 5th wheel stuck in the sand at our campsite. We were referred to A Tow Truck. Steven made a terrible situation quite pleasant. He was very professional and friendly. He took special care not to damage both the truck and trailer. Well, another RV story for campfire! Thanks, Steven, you rock!

Just experienced a first-class towing of my vehicle! Daniel P. was a consummate PRO. Called me en route, handled all the mechanical details carefully and seamlessly. My vehicle required a tow due to big engine oil leakage, so Daniel even carefully cleaned up the oil leak on the business parking lot! Truly mindful and considerate service! (I was going to go back to take care of that clean-up myself) So appreciate his care! Hope I don't need a tow anytime soon, but my "Toe Tow" is who to call! Thank you, Daniel, you're TOP NOTCH!!

The dispatch center was super helpful, had a unique situation and them, as well as the driver Brody were more than willing to work with me. My safety and convenience was their top priority! Felt like a friend was helping me vs a company. 10/10 recommend!! Brody is by far the best tow driver I’ve ever run into and even though this was a hectic day it was by far the best tow experience I’ve ever had.

I first called AAA, and then the office of “A Toe Truck” responded and was to the rescue! Within ten minutes of my call, their office reached out with the driver’s details. In less than an hour, the driver arrived with a flatbed, ready for the 182-mile tow. Despite the unfortunate situation I was in, I recognized the company was on point with their questions and handled everything with professionalism. Top-notch service all around! Riley came to remove a vehicle illegally parked on my land. As he arrived so did the owner of the vehicle who was a bit on the 'shady' side. Riley stayed with me as I asked the person to remove their vehicle and took the time to educate me on the process of having an illegally parked vehicle removed. He was so patient and professional! He even offered me an ice cold bottle of water out of his cooler! I will always call you guys when we need a tow! Thank you for professional, courteous service in a world full of inconsiderate people! I think Mr. Rob should give that kid a raise!

I had an amazing experience with A Toe Truck. Like most people who need a towing service I was having a terrible day, after being on the phone with my insurance forever and calling around to different towing companies I called this company and they told me they could get me in an hour and a half while all the others told me three hours. I spoke to Chrissy who was super helpful and kind and recommended a mechanic to take my car too. Matt was my driver and he called me while he was on the way to check in with me. Both of them made sure I was safe and secure while waiting. Matt was keen enough to find me even though I gave the wrong location. It was such a a stressful day and I can't convey enough how nice it was in this situation to feel that they were competent and experienced and calm and that I was being rescued. Thank you so much. When a tire on your RV blows at 2am and it's 98 degrees outside, there's definitely a pit that forms in one's stomach. Changing a tire on a car has never been a problem for me - I can do it. But, there's no way I have the strength or tools to change one on the beast. I called AAA and they sent out a rep from A Toe Truck. I wish I could remember his name - not for any fault of his own, because he wasn't personable, helpful, and memorable, but because I'm just terrible remembering names. In a situation where I felt helpless and useless, he was great. He got the problem fixed expeditiously. He was quite nice and really lessened the stress of the situation. He also gave me some sound safety advice about my tires.

We had an Amazing Experience with A Toe Truck! Sal was So kind and even brought me Cold Water Since it was About 115 outside that day. He arrived Quickly and even gave me some Advice for Future Towing situations. Thank you for all of your hard work and service A toe truck!

Well this is a. True statement I had a accident which my boat came off trailer in which state trooper called a toe truck out the damage was fixable but first thing driver says it’s totaled I said no it’s not so to sum this up with pitures they damaged the Chevy Tahoe more than accident damage boat more than the accident then after I sent pitures to them they would look at damage never took blame for damage cause by thier company that’s just the beginning then I wanted my stuff out of boat so I went to tow yard very rude people they would not allow me to get my stuff out of boat she said she could not leave her desk because she was only one there and could not leavr e the phone so I had to come back to Parker a few days later I was pissed so I got the owner to meet me there we had a discussion that I would pay $900 to get boat out and told him I will be back to pick it up I had to find and buy a trailer it took me 3 days to return called and let the know I was going to be there before they closed I am driving180 miles one way to deal with this so I pull up have trailer cash in my hand go into office and girl bring me a invoice for almost $2600 and said I did not keep my word owner would not talk to me and I even was going to give them $1200 she said I needed to leave or she is calling the police for trespassing i never once recieved no response from mail or phone call and they doubled charge me for boat and trailer boat could of been placed on trailer axle was bent don’t use this company I hope they go out of business

Javier went above and beyond to help tow our truck in the 110 heat!! And humidity!! He was so knowledgeable!! Very professional!! And amazing !!! The beat tow service I have ever had!!
