Very disappointed with the service I received today. I came in at 7:30 PM to get a Couple sets of lug nuts and was flat out refused to be checked out by the cashier Cheyenne with no explanation other than “I’m not going to serve you” The company I work for spends thousands of dollars a month at this AutoZone and I will be telling you I will be taking my business to O’Reillys as the purchaser for the company I work for. I had to walk across the store and get someone else to check me out and he did it with no issues so I have no idea what this young lady’s problem was with me, but until she is gone, I will not personally be using AutoZone and neither will the company I work for.
Not sure why but this auto zone has the worst customer service. Everyone Iv encountered here seems to be miserable in their job, hardly helpful at all and will leave you standing at the counter while they run around. I definitely recommend going to one of the other parts stores in town.
Old guy at the counter was very rude and couldn’t look up items properly. Inventory is never correct and despite what it says online they never have stock. Always tell me to call the store when why should I. Orileys is better in this town at least go there instead
Jaydon P went above and beyond for me. I was in a bind and needed two new batteries. Drove to the store here in Wickenburg with my two year old and 3 month old and asked if he could replace them for me after I purchased them. He said it was no problem and even had to remove other parts to get to the battery to remove it. He really saved me and I appreciate his willingness to go out of his way to help me out.
Recently purchased a battery from Auto Zone on 10/20/2024. Really nice employee I unfortunately did not get his name. He did mention he was a Minnesota transplant something we have in common.
I am giving this review a three star mainly because when the Auto Zone employee was installing my car battery he FORGOT to take the positive battery terminal red cap and dispose of it. He just placed it under the hood and shut the hood of my car. Good thing it wasn’t a metal tool or something else that could have damaged my engine. Small detail but important.
I needed a battery in my little ford focus. This is my everything car. I got to Autozone and Ayaden helped me. He got me the best price for a battery and installed it for me. He even helped with making sure my cables were not corroded. Thank you Ayaden!
The woman working tonight is very rude and not helpful. I went in for my husband to ask about a warranty for a starter and was told by her that there is nothing she will do without a receipt. I even said can’t you look it up under my phone number and she just got rude with me and proceeded to tell me that I was screaming at her and to leave her store. Meanwhile she was the only one yelling. I will be returning the part tomorrow with my husband and I expect there will be zero issues with returning the part cause if there are lady you will be having to answer the call from your company’s corporate
I had an issue with my wife’s car battery, we came here and Aiden, Jonny V, Larry G and another young woman I didn’t get the name of, were all super helpful. When the battery still had issues, they stuck around and made sure we figured out the issue before we left. Highly recommend coming here, great people work here!
For the most part good customer service. But I’ve been in here twice and witnessed the MANAGER full on yelling at the employees! Not good ! Makes me sad how can you just yell at people !???
So thankful for the great service provided by the store manager. My pickup wouldn’t start and he went above and beyond to come and jump me, even when it didn’t result in a sale for him as I had to go to Ford for warranty work. But sincerely appreciate his expertise and honesty.
This store needs some serious customer training. Went there just to dump some used oil and buy parts in the morning. Never even got an acknowledgment from the clerk. Don't waste your time there. Just go to O'Reilys for way better service. Trust me! As a automotive service technician for over 30 years. I know a good auto parts store when I see one.

We went here to buy a new battery for our Jeep Wrangler Sahara, and Angela was extremely helpful. She has a wealth of knowledge and explained all our battery options. Then, after we decided, she came outside and helped us install it. They have a pushcart with all the tools for the job, and within 30 minutes, we were powered up and rolling out. It was a positive experience, and Angela should be commended for her professionalism, courtesy, and politeness. She is an asset to this business.
We’re from Wisconsin and had an oil issue with our car. Didn’t get the name of the young man who helped us, but he was pleasant and polite, a real lifesaver!! Many thanks!
Auto Zone in Wickenburg saved the day! I was gone for a week and found my car totally dead on a Sunday morning. Got it jumped but the battery was bad. Drove to Auto Zone to get a new one. Had to turn the car off to test, they could not get the battery I needed until the next day. So I called O Reillys and they could get one that day at 6. So I had them order it. However, when Auto Zone tried to jump my car it was completely dead, so I left it there. At 6, I went to OReilly to get the battery. They couldn’t put it in so I returned to Auto Zone where my car was and they graciously put it in even though I didn’t buy it from them. Thank you Julie and Ross!
Very rude and disrespectful towards a Disabled American Veteran of the United States Marine Corps. On 12/28/22 at 1830hrs I was shown with disrespect from store employees. Allowing a customer who spoke another language whom was finished with their purchase rudely come back in front of me and just ignore me whom was next in line to check out. Sad and disgusting a business who claims they honor veterans have these employees disrespect a Veteran and allow disability and ethnicity come into their set of values of this business. For any Veteran reading this review, do not shop with this store. The employees show total disregard and disrespect towards disabled veterans and would not even come to help me either to see if I was getting the right part. Veterans do not shop at this store.
With all the negativity surrounding many facets of our everyday lives, I feel compelled to write about a young man working at your Wickenburg location, and give him a shout-out for taking care of my purchase while answering another customer's question without breaking stride and never showed that either one of us wasn't important. These qualities are less prevalent at way too many retail type businesses, so when I witnessed it, I wanted to call attention to employee, Juan Gutierrez and hope that AutoZone knows the value that Juan brings with him when he clocks in for his shift. Rewarding a good employee, makes them a great employee! Congratulations Juan Gutierrez and keep up the good work.
All the employees are wonderful help here! but shoutout to MOSES who works exceptionally hard to go above and beyond for his customers!! He demonstrates commendable work ethic, is always polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable! I am so thankful for your service. He’s a rockstar!
Ross was super helpful in helping me get the parts for my car. He offered different levels of brake pads and I went for the best because it will be more cost effective long term. Truly appreciated his expertise and great customer service!
I've always liked AutoZone and I got something there that my friend said I'd have to go to the city for... A steering wheel cover to protect my hands from the heat of the summer! It was only $14 and does the trick. Engine oil was cheaper than Amazon
We broke down on the south edge of Wickenburg at 4:30 pm on a Friday with a broken serpentine belt and ceased tension pulley. Not only did they have the parts we needed, they went WELL above and beyond expectations. When I said I would have to find a ride Shauna took my payment over the phone and actually got into her car (she said she was just finishing her shift) and DELIVERED my parts to me! She also asked her co-workers if anyone knew a mobile mechanic I could hire to fix the vehicle. They did provide me a number, and although that mechanic was out of town, he was very nice, and I did find someone else to fix the car. We could have been stranded for days in Wickenburg trying to get home to Vegas, but Shauna saved the day! We were back on the road in a couple of hours. I tried to tip Shauna a $20 for her trouble but she adamantly refused to accept the tip. We were blown away by this level of service and Shauna is definitely management material. With so much gratitude, THANK YOU Shauna and Wickenburg Autozone!!
Friendly professional staff. Had a issue with the cash register to print my receipt waited for a very long time but they finally resolved the problem n gave me a discount off my purchase that was nice of them n they put my window wiper on my truck thank u
started going to this store when it first open - and the people are nice. BUT NOW with covid - You come to the door and there is a big sign stating Please do NOT enter without a mask - no problem - except - I walked in and NO ONE (Not even the people behind the counter had a mask on) so I walked out and went to O"Reilleys Auto Parts where EVERYONE had a mask on. Sorry Auto Zone - no masks - no sale ( and I live very close)
I bought a car box yesterday at the AutoZone in Wickenburg, Arizona. Two of the store associates gladly installed the box into the back of my truck - something I couldn't do as a single elderly woman. They were kind, professional and came to my aid - THANK You!
