Guys behind the counter were very helpful and we figured out a little problem with a return I was making. Truly appreciate the kindness and helpfulness.
Have a problem, store wanted to sell me 250 dollar battery,, said but I can't install it, I asked why, said the computer says takes 30 to 40 min. To install, too much hardware, thanked him, bought the same battery on Amazon for 179, two 1/2inch , bolts and I was done.

Nice friendly people, but garbage parts, every other job that is done on my truck has to be done 2 to 3 times because of faulty parts, the last part that my mechanic bought from them was the metal tube that connects to the water pump has a pinhole in it , the seal for the thermostat was cracked and leaking to, this was all in one job, lucky it did not blow the motor when I drove to New Mexico and back, they would be buying me a new truck, this is the part they sold me, it's like they tried to jb weld a hole in the pipe that was no good, then painted it to look new, just look at the inside of this pipe with all the debris in it
My favorite! I am a senior female often at the mercy of uncaring or incompetent parts stores but have always been treated well at O'Reillys and have gotten the best and most accurate info and help. Thank goodness there are stores everywhere! Excellent and helpful staff.
Boss' trailer needed new, non smashed taillights. Austin and Trey were very helpful - even when I had to return because I bought the wrong adapter plug set. Overall friendly and knowledgeable staff 😎
Awesome service by Jeff! A long story short, we had an alternator problem with our GMC Yukon on a Sunday afternoon. Jeff had the part for us and his resourcefulness helped my family get home to Phoenix safely. Great human, great employee! Thank you again sir!
Richard was super helpful. I had some trouble with my rear running lights. He spent time out in the heat of the day helping me get it sorted out. Always helpful staff!
Went in for battery cables or system Notices others getting new batteries. This weather change doing a real number on cars n trucks. They was fast here.
The young kid that helped me was fantastic, very knowledgeable. My vehicle was overheating and he explained to the older gentlemanhow to run codes, diagnose, and find the correct parts. I would recommend this place to anyone.
I always use O'Reilly when home. Visiting Wickenburg from Florida, my truck was dragging when cranking. I searched and found a local O'Reilly. I stopped in and Ernie tested my battery, showed me the tester that indicated my battery was going bad. I bought a new battery, Ernie loaned me the tools, I replaced the battery with Ernies help. I pulled an airbag wire loose and Ernie helped me make a quick repair of that wire. Absolute professionalism, amazing customer service, was treated like I belonged here. Even a citizen walking into the store stopped to help. This type of atmosphere is why I insist on doing business with O'Reilly.
These guys went above and beyond the call of duty with me! Trenton checked our my batterys and my alternator and after checking all things out one of my batteries was bad he had it out and a new one replaced in no time flat! Trenton was super cool and he knew what he was doing! Thanks for getting me back on the road!!

I spent 20 minutes in there about 30 mins ago. Nobody greeted me when I came in the door. The redheaded kid that was working was stalking shelves on the same isle I was on and talking to the young lady that was working with him. Just before I left their conversation consisted of his hair color and what products he used. Still nobody attempted to help me or the other people in there. This store has gone down hill.
Brandy is my go to store associate! She is exceedingly knowledgeable and very friendly. Brandy always put a smile on our faces when we stop in for parts. From her can do attitude to making you feel welcome and comfortable, Brandy should be employee of the year in my book. Not that the rest of the employees aren't super helpful, because they are. But I make it a point to wait to get in Brandy's line. ⭐💯
Very kind and helpful. We were passing through and stopped because car making unusual sound. Gentleman saw that part hadn't been placed in car exactly right, and fixed. Very grateful!!
The best auto parts store in Wickenburg. They have most things in stock so you don't have to run all the way to Phoenix, and if they don't have it they get it shipped FAST. Carlos goes above and beyond for his customers, as well as all the staff I've dealt with. They have the knowledge, the parts, and the understanding to deal with every type of mechanic. Highly recommend
I recieved nothing but wonderful, attentive service and advice here! Brian went above & beyond to help me when my spare went flat, and even checked in a few times to make sure everything was ok! I appreciate his help & kindness immensely.
Manager Dennis was extremely helpful in refunding my money when I ended up with a dud battery still under warranty and had already replaced it elsewhere. Will be coming back here.

I got horrible service from an older gentleman at the location three weeks ago. He threw my receipt on the counter gave me a back handed compliment and didn't even say have a good day as I left. I think I will shop at Napa instead at least I get friendly staff and treated like person!
