We have had our older Ford diesel truck serviced here for the past several winters. Tony and his crew have always been welcoming and professional. We recently had a pesky electrical problem with the truck. Suspect parts were replaced and the entire system checked for a very reasonable price. Knowing that good automotive service providers can be challenging to get into due to their high demand, Tony and his staff have always done their best to give us prompt service. Knowing that it may take a little extra time to do the job right we plan accordingly. We would highly recommend Wickenburg Automotive for your automotive service needs.

The guy is honest, fair priced and his shop will go above and beyond to get things done for you. I was ripped off at another shop that I won't mention cuz I actually do like the guy that owns it but he did do me dirty. However, when I was waiting to get my car in the shop a lady came in pick up. Her car got the same person that his shop ripped me off. Kind of did the same thing to her and this shop figured out the problem within a couple days. By far the best shop in Wickenburg!!!! Took my 2003 X Terra to Tony and he fixed it no problem when other shops gave up!!! And for half the $$$!!!! I will always go to Tony from now on!!!!!! I highly recommend them¡!!!!

I have had a couple different vehicles in there and they are fantastic. Tony takes the time to be very thorough and efficient on the repairs he makes. Everything is running great now and I am grateful for that. Tony is also very fair with price and time to complete the job. Excellent place to go.

Reno to San Antonio trip. Fuel pump went out and was being towed in. Tony says we are fully booked for the next week or so and can't get you in. Real friendly.

I've had my truck to several shops and nobody could find the issues I had with my truck. We took ours in to wickenburg auto repair and they were able to find everything that was wrong with it and fixed it. I was so happy we were able to to her fixed they were great and knowledgeable about my truck. She runs great now with no issues. We will be taking our vehicles to them from now on they have a forever customer with us. Thank you guys so much for everything.

In the middle of my 3500 mile drive from Baja to Maryland, an odd sound had started and was becoming more frequent and was slightly growing in intensity. On a 2-lane numbered highway in the middle of the Arizona desert, while enjoying my sunrise quiet time with my God, i suddenly 'felt' it couldn't wait till i got to MD. I could get a recommendation from my friend in Prescott (later), or I could allow the same source of guidance to find me a mechanic with integrity. I saw a crossroads a ways up on the map and asked GoogleMap to find mechanics near there. Again, relying on that same guidance, I selected Wickenburg Automotive Repair. Got there about 8a. They were kind enough to look at my vehicle without an appointment and recommended a local park to walk my dog while i waited. They determined what the issue was and, in light of my travel schedule, offered to order the parts and fix it first thing the next morning. Tony assured me that it was unlikely to fail in the next 100 miles and provided a printed guide to local restaurants, etc! I visited my friends in Prescott and returned early the next morning (49 miles each way!) And was on the road by early afternoon, as promised. Over 2000 miles later, I can say I have been more than pleased. Tony stuck with the labor part of the estimate, even though I think it might have taken a little longer. Highly recommended for drivers near Wickenburg, AZ.

The customer service was exceptional and all services requested were completed and in a timely manner. I compared item costs with other providers and it was less expensive here. I was very pleased with the repairs Tony and team did on my shuttle bus RV conversion. Another mechanic had previously told me that I simply needed a new motor and that it would cost me 20k, Tony instead replaced my sparkplugs and bought me more time which is a much more reasonable approach. They charged me a very reasonable price for the work and the whole staff treated me very respectfully. I don't often write reviews, but it's so rare to find a mechanic that I trust and that I would recommend, but Wickenberg automotive is that for me.

My son-in-law, Neil, has also written a review about how happy we were with Wickenburg Automotive. While we were on the road, a (sharp) piece of debris flew up under my car (2015 Hyundai Tucson) and damaged the radiator. As a result, the "check engine" light came on, and we knew we were in trouble. Thankfully, we made it to Wickenburg Automotive and were very impressed with Tony and his staff. Tony was extremely knowlegeable and pinpointed the problem right away. Even though he had to order a new thermostat and new radiator, we were up and running again in just a couple of days. The staff at Wickenburg Automotive was very, very helpful, friendly, and informative. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Road debris wrecked the radiator on our Hyundai Tucson just outside Wickenberg, 75 miles into a 1200 mile trip. Tony and his team came to the rescue. Tony diagnosed the damaged radiator and thermostat in hours, sourced replacement parts at great prices and repaired our vehicle quickly. His team was thoughtful and communicative throughout the process and are really nice folks!

I brought my recently purchased vintage 71’ Chevy C10 pickup in for an inspection, and I received the best service I’ve ever experienced at an auto repair business. Staff was friendly, and Tony took the time to share his findings and expert evaluation of the truck with me. He runs a great shop, and I told him that he’s got a customer for life!

This is a terrific repair shop. We had an engine overheating problem just past Wickenburg. We called this repair outlet and they said they would take a look at it for us. The car had had a recent cooling system flush where the service outlet failed to purge all the air from system. The mechanic diagnosed the problem for us and ruled out any bigger problems. He also showed me that the original service outlet didn't open the release valve on the engine block to complete the purge. Great service and fair price. Highly recommended.

I am extremely grateful that Wickenburg Automotive Repair came to my rescue yesterday (Tuesday March 25). After I finished fueling my car at a local gas station, my vehicle would not start. The lady who answered the phone gave me the phone number to Acme Towing who promptly arrived, and towed me to the repair shop which was less than a mile away. I will write a separate 5-star review for the towing company. The staff were very friendly, and they promptly began to diagnose my vehicle. I did feel guilty that they rushed to fix my car even though they were already busy with other customers. Hopefully, I didn't inconvenience anyone. It turned out that my car had a bad starter, and they quickly ordered a replacement part, and I was able to continue my drive to Las Vegas. I was very fortunate that I wasn't in a remote place when my car broke down. I learned a valuable lesson......DO NOT IGNORE THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT!!!!! Wickenburg Automotive Repair deserves a 10-star rating, but the maximum that I am allowed to give is 5. Unfortunately, I don't know the names of the staff, but I want to give a special thanks to the technician who fixed my front bumper which had been dragging on the ground. It was damaged when I struck a truck tire about 5 years ago, and I was unsuccessful in getting it put back together. For the lady in the front office, how was the orange cream Coke?

Traveling cross country from Illinois. My water pump went out between Christmas and New Year's. Tony got me in ,early Monday morning and had me on the road by 2pm. Reasonably priced on both parts and labor and very friendly

Last Wednesday morning, I encountered a vehicle malfunction on Highway 60, just east of the downtown Wickenburg traffic light. This was my initial experience with Wickenburg Automotive Repair. Based on a recommendation from Larry at Acme Towing, whom I had fortunately contacted for towing service that morning, I am writing to express my appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Wickenburg Automotive Repair. Larry was incredibly helpful and accommodating, arranging for the towing of my vehicle to the repair facility even in my absence, allowing me to continue with my day without further disruption. Upon arriving at Wickenburg Automotive, I was warmly greeted by a friendly and professional woman at the front desk, whose name I regrettably did not retain. She efficiently gathered all the necessary information regarding the vehicle and my contact details. Approximately 4 to 5 hours later, I received a phone call from Tony, the automotive technician, who thoroughly explained his diagnosis of the vehicle's malfunction. He promptly informed me that the required part was fortunately in stock locally and had already been ordered, ensuring that my vehicle would be ready for collection first thing the following morning. I am highly impressed with the seamless and efficient manner in which the entire process was handled. It is reassuring to have found a reliable and trustworthy repair facility in Wickenburg that I can confidently rely on for any future automotive needs. The exceptional customer service, coupled with the fair and reasonable repair costs, make Wickenburg Automotive Repair my preferred choice for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

I brought my 18 year old Toyota to Wickenburg Automotive. I got my problem fixed and they were very accommodating of my situation. I found Tony and the lady in the office to be pleasant, honest and professional.

I cannot stress enough how much of a nightmare my experience at Wickenburg Automotive Repair was. Took my car in for a repair, and not only did they fail to fix the original issue, they somehow managed to completely ruin my engine! The negligence and incompetence displayed by the staff here are beyond comprehension. And to make matters worse, when I attempted to discuss the situation with them, I was met with nothing but disrespect and hostility. The customer service is atrocious, with one staff member even resorting to racist language. This establishment clearly has no regard for their customers or their vehicles. Stay far away unless you want your car destroyed and your patience tested to the limit. Absolutely disgraceful.

You will not be disappointed with Wickenburg Automotive Repair. Excellent customer service and professional mechanics with integrity mean your car repairs will be affordably priced and done right! Unfortunately, as I was traveling home on Hwy 93 around 33 miles north of Wickenburg, my 2000 Rav4 overheated. It was late and the shop had already closed but I was able to get roadside assistance to tow it to the shop. I filled out my information on the envelope, which was considerately provided and dropped my key inside before sealing it and inserting it into the secured slot. Tony was able to diagnose my issue, source the necessary parts needed to repair my car and give me an estimate that was well within my budget and extremely reasonable and when I picked up my car, this estimate was exactly what I paid. If you're looking for no nonsense professional repairs at reasonable prices then this is the shop to call. I also appreciate the fact that they did not add on any surprise extra charges or suggest any additional repair work. Even though the shop was extremely busy, Tony took the time to answer all of my questions and explained exactly what needed to be repaired and exactly what he repaired. It is so refreshing to know there are still a few good mechanics out there who have integrity and choose to be honest. I will be handing out their cards to my family and friends just in case they happen to break down out Wickenburg way...Thank you all for such a pleasant experience!

Amazing shop, amazing service, and amazing people! We came in for an emergency wheel repair. We broke two studs on our wheel on the way out of town back to Lake Havasu City. All the lug nuts were gone, too. Tony, the owner, put everything else aside to help us. He had to order the parts twice because the 1st set of lug nuts that arrived did not have the lug nut key with it. We thought we were going to have to spend another night in Wickenburg, but he got us back on the road, and we made it home the same day. We tried to give him a tip, which he refused. We felt he definitely deserved it, so we donated it to Tony's FOREPAUGH ANIMAL SANCTUARY. A loving place for kitties to live happy and healthy. This is a great place to bring your car for repairs, or you can just stop by and donate a few dollars to help the kitties. Thank you, Tony, and your amazing crew! We don't know we would have done without your help!

Tony got my vehicle in as scheduled. He did the required maintenance at a VERY fair price, and kindly estimated future vehicle needs. Office staff courteous and knowledgeable. Highly reccommend if you need repairs or diagnostics in Wickenburg. A++++++. Good, honest, hard-working people. My super old Jeep is running so much better!

Tony always does a great job with my car. I have used him for over 5 years! He gets the job done fast and has very reasonable prices! He even gives you a ride home if you need it! He's the best!

I found this place through Google reviews. My father just recently passed away and he had an older truck that I inherited. I'm from Georgia so I was reluctant to drive it back without having a professional check it out. Tony went out of his way to go through it and make sure it was road worthy for the trip. He completely checked it out and told me the the issues that needed immediate attention and things that will need addressing at a later date. He finished all work in the timeline as stated. When he called me to tell me it was ready I was at a local hotel, I told him I'll be there as soon as I call a cab. With out hesitation he offered to pick me up. It was such a great pleasure to deal with someone that still has integrity and customer service still at heart. I highly recommend Tony for all your automotive mechanical needs. He wont disappoint.
