As I found out from Tempe police where my vehicle was towed, the location changed from Gilbert on pioneer street to Gilbert Rd in Tempe, which was fine. My paperwork however states a different location, somewhat confusing as to where my vehicle actually was and just trying to get it paid and picked up. My issue is when I spoke with a lady on my first call she said the fees were $135.60 if I picked the car up by the close of business that day. However when I got to the tow yard and waited for the person at the window, the amount suddenly changed to $174.50, and I said I already spoke with a woman who said $135.60 if picked up by close of business that day. How can the same company, same location change the amount that is due to pick up your car? They said it was due to it being an extra day by the time I got there even though I was already quoted $135.60 if picked up that day. And there sign says $25.00 daily storage fee, which would have been $160.60. Where does the extra $15.00 on top of the extra day add up to making sense. And the receipt they emailed me had two different storage fees listed, one that equaled to $135.60 and the other equaled $174.50. However still does not coincide with the daily storage fee of $25.00. And to get a quote which she stated picked up that day $135.60 is a mistake on the business procedure and how it's run, because I made sure to double check the amount prior to arriving to avoid anything getting misunderstood. This shady business tactics screwing someone out of an extra $39.00 which again does not add up to making sense except for commission based wages and that's why tow yards have so many bad reviews and hope the owner gets a hold of me sending me my $39.00 refund for the lady that was new and being trained in. If the original lady didn't quote me $135.60 I would not have left this negative review, but it doesn't add up from the sign at there office, or my receipt that was emailed due to non working printer at the office. Expecting a call or message from the owner, ACT

Ain’t no way another one of my guests got towed. Same thing I registered her car @8:36pm have the email confirmation and the correct info! come out @3am realized my friends car got towed. We called and spoke to Bridgette who had attitude, she stated the car was picked up @8:45pm. Then Andrew came in his tow truck went up to him and asked what time the car got picked up. He stated he picked it up himself @8:36pm so their system didn’t update fast. So we called up Bridgette again since she had said another time, then she stated it was picked up @8:39pm and she had got confused because of the military time. So regardless how tf we gonna get towed in seconds of arriving and checking in my friends car. Is your guys system that slow? Or do you guys just like giving people a hard time just to get money even though I be checking these people in. I’d get it if I wasn’t but first the minimal space issue now this timing issue.

(With Mia Chavarria) We realized our friend’s car got towed at around 3:45 AM even though she registered the car before they picked it up. We felt that the customer service was dismissive and we had been told 3 different times of when the car was towed… Our friend had to pay for an Uber back. This was also just a huge waste of time and hassle that could’ve been avoided. This was in student housing and we’re college students during finals week so it’s not like anyone has time to spare to deal with their “mistakes” that happen way too often.
