Very quick service, called and spoke with Jack who was very quick and to the point he had Moses come out about an hour and a half later and got what I needed out within 30 minutes!
I was in need of a part for my 2019 Mercedes that I later learned I didn’t need. My vehicle was so new that salvage parts weren’t even available for my window door.
While talking to Jack, he asked me specific questions, diagnosing the root cause for why my front passenger window would not work. I followed exactly what Jack recommended for diagnosing the problem. Jack was spot on correct and I didn’t need a new part, but only had to service the existing part. Jack saved me hundreds of dollars and equally important, a lot of time. I am one happy camper knowing that my window is now working as it should. Thanks Jack, aka “Migivor”, for caring and providing me expert guidance. One of the insurance companies we deal with requested that we “get rid of” a burnt camper trailer. We called Jack at Auto Salvage and he was incredibly helpful in the guidance provided of how to go about “dumping” a camper trailer in an ecological responsible way. Saw all the negative reviews about Jack being rude and my response to all of them is this: if you want someone to hold your hand and make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside, you've come to the wrong place. If you want practical solutions to your problem, don't argue, don't waste his time. Follow his instructions, give him the info he needs to help you, and he will give you relevant information and solutions.

When my car wouldn’t start and we couldn’t figure out what it was, that was wrong with it, one of my neighbors, suggested it may be the fuel pump. I called these guys and told them what was going on and he said that it sounded like antitheft device. And it clicked. I told him that the previous night I had a new key made for the car so I came back here and grabbed the new key and the car started right up. Give them a call if you need advice and parts.
Horrible!!! Called to ask for a part for a dodge ram. Jack was very rude to me and rushed me off the phone. I wasn't rude. I was polite and and even used yes sir/no sir. I don't know if it is because I am a female and know what the hell I am doing or what. I would look somewhere else. Oh and I guess since I left a 1 star review I have a low IQ! Hahaha this place is a damn joke!!!
Jack who is at front desk and answers the phone is very rude. Lied to me and said he had a piece I was looking for. I Drove all the way from Avondale just to be sold the wrong piece and not be given a refund. Business is a straight scam. After reading Google reviews, it seems like all colored customers of jacks have bad encounters. Clearly, Jack is racist

The person who answered the phone was very rude. I was asking about spare parts for a car. He told me I don't have this type of car. I asked him another question. He told me to look for another place and hang up while I was talking I haven't finished talking yet. I wanted to ask about another car bad customer service
Same as many others. Treated very poorly by Jack on the phone. Unnecessarily rude. Didn’t listen to what I was looking for. Cut me off repeatedly. Told me I was wasting my time. Proudly announced how rude he is. I’m a pretty nice guy and did nothing but extend grace all thru the call until I inevitably wished him a good day and hung up.
Unfortunately Google reviews doesn’t allow negative stars. Treated terribly by Jack on the phone. Was told to “hurry up and tell me what you need?” After I politely introduced myself and asked if this was auto salvage and if they sold parts. I said, “usually people trying to spend money don’t get rushed sir I just was calling to see if you had a part…”
To which the response was, “fu#k off.” And a hang up.
Take your business elsewhere.
Called Jack looking for some used steel auto wheels. He helped me out and was a pleasure to deal with. He doesn't waste your time and is direct in his dealings. I think he's a character and I enjoy him immensely.
I called to ask if they were a place i can drop off parts i don't need to my vehicle and if they would take those parts off my hands. He said "i don't know what you mean.. I don't know what you want" so i said hold on to double check if they were the place i meant to call (which they were), and then no more was said, the guy hung up on me 2 seconds later. Thanks for the customer service. You now have one less potential customer.
I had similar experience as the previous review where I called just to check out some parts and the guy that answered was very rude and condescending not informative and even hung up.. I mean with technology and competitors this style of business model on how to treat customers is not a wise decision on this companies behalf. I recommend staying away from this company.
Just called these guys and while they didn’t have what I was looking for, the gentleman on the phone spent quite a bit of time with helpful suggestions. Also, he was quite hilarious and a pleasure to speak with!
My first contact with Jack left me feeling at ease and comfortable with conducting business with him. While talking with him on the phone, he seemed very experienced and knowledgeable, while still maintaining a courteous approach to our transaction. After I met him in person, he had a very relaxed air to him, was a straight shooter, and even cracked a few jokes. All in all, I feel confident that we were able to make a deal that made both parties happy and I would highly recommend using Auto Salvage Arizona for any of your vehicle needs.
