Jack at Ugly RV was awesome. I was moving my Uncle to Ky and need to sell his older RV quick. Jack gave me some really good advice and helped me sell it in 2 days. Thank you Jack your an exceptional person.

Horrible!!! Called to ask for a part for a dodge ram. Jack was very rude to me and rushed me off the phone. I wasn't rude. I was polite and and even used yes sir/no sir. I don't know if it is because I am a female and know what the hell I am doing or what. I would look somewhere else. Oh and I guess since I left a 1 star review I have a low IQ! Hahaha this place is a damn joke!!!

Jack who is at front desk and answers the phone is very rude. Lied to me and said he had a piece I was looking for. I Drove all the way from Avondale just to be sold the wrong piece and not be given a refund. Business is a straight scam. After reading Google reviews, it seems like all colored customers of jacks have bad encounters. Clearly, Jack is racist

The owner yelled at me for me asking questions about a car and I asked him for recommendation who else should I call due to he had no parts for me and I got yelled at

Jack was fantastic. He went way above my expectations. He not only helped me, he made a tool to help us to lower our trailer when no one else could help us on Sunday night. He went way out of his way to help us. Thanks Jack!

When my car wouldn’t start and we couldn’t figure out what it was, that was wrong with it, one of my neighbors, suggested it may be the fuel pump. I called these guys and told them what was going on and he said that it sounded like antitheft device. And it clicked. I told him that the previous night I had a new key made for the car so I came back here and grabbed the new key and the car started right up. Give them a call if you need advice and parts.

My first contact with Jack left me feeling at ease and comfortable with conducting business with him. While talking with him on the phone, he seemed very experienced and knowledgeable, while still maintaining a courteous approach to our transaction. After I met him in person, he had a very relaxed air to him, was a straight shooter, and even cracked a few jokes. All in all, I feel confident that we were able to make a deal that made both parties happy and I would highly recommend using Auto Salvage Arizona for any of your vehicle needs.

Same as many others. Treated very poorly by Jack on the phone. Unnecessarily rude. Didn’t listen to what I was looking for. Cut me off repeatedly. Told me I was wasting my time. Proudly announced how rude he is. I’m a pretty nice guy and did nothing but extend grace all thru the call until I inevitably wished him a good day and hung up.

Jack was incredibly helpful and great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and he went out of his way to help me, which I really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately Google reviews doesn’t allow negative stars. Treated terribly by Jack on the phone. Was told to “hurry up and tell me what you need?” After I politely introduced myself and asked if this was auto salvage and if they sold parts. I said, “usually people trying to spend money don’t get rushed sir I just was calling to see if you had a part…” To which the response was, “fu#k off.” And a hang up. Take your business elsewhere.

Jack was super helpful and spent a lot of time troubleshooting my problem. Really glad I called him!

I called to ask if they were a place i can drop off parts i don't need to my vehicle and if they would take those parts off my hands. He said "i don't know what you mean.. I don't know what you want" so i said hold on to double check if they were the place i meant to call (which they were), and then no more was said, the guy hung up on me 2 seconds later. Thanks for the customer service. You now have one less potential customer.

Jack is the best guy I have met here. He gave me a lot help and solved my problem. I felt so lucky that I could meet this good man after I have my accident. I felt thankful now.

Called Jack looking for some used steel auto wheels. He helped me out and was a pleasure to deal with. He doesn't waste your time and is direct in his dealings. I think he's a character and I enjoy him immensely.

I had similar experience as the previous review where I called just to check out some parts and the guy that answered was very rude and condescending not informative and even hung up.. I mean with technology and competitors this style of business model on how to treat customers is not a wise decision on this companies behalf. I recommend staying away from this company.

The person who answered the phone was very rude. I was asking about spare parts for a car. He told me I don't have this type of car. I asked him another question. He told me to look for another place and hang up while I was talking I haven't finished talking yet. I wanted to ask about another car bad customer service

Costumer service is terrible. Talked to someone named Jack on the phone and was rude.

Just called these guys and while they didn’t have what I was looking for, the gentleman on the phone spent quite a bit of time with helpful suggestions. Also, he was quite hilarious and a pleasure to speak with!

Called and spoke to Jack. I was only asking if they scrap cars and he was in some type of rush and was rude. As the call ended he asked my name as I was hanging up so I called back to give it and he was mad and blocked my number.

Awesome guy. Took time to help me go the right direction in finding a hard part. Great guy even greater customer service.

I called to get ideas on how to fix up my used truck and the man who answered was awesome gave me great input on how to do it and a small budget and I would recommend them and will be back.
