I had to retrieve my belongings from my car after a recent car accident, and despite the unfortunate situation, my experience here was very positive. The front desk staff was extremely kind and welcoming, which made a tough day a little easier. The gentleman who escorted me to my vehicle was also very patient and respectful while I gathered my things. It’s never fun having your car totaled, but the excellent customer service truly made the experience much better. Thank you!

Like stated in other comments the people I spoke to on the phone were very dismissive. I could tell that they didn’t like their life and were taking it out on others. I was trying to get clarification on the pick up policy of my towed car after the office has closed and the person I was speaking to got upset and hung up on me. Pretty non friendly and non helpful people to be handing reception and customer service. I needed my car the same day and they kept trying to push me off till the next day to charge me $15 more .

Your drivers reflect on your company. Doing 70+ on the shoulder as well as passing and driving in the gore point. Don’t expect much else from a tow company.

After hours is a complete lie. It’s wait 2 hours and then wait indefinitely longer, despite multiple tow trucks arriving as well as one truck with 2 people(surely one should let me pay to release my car). Customer service genuinely the worst I’ve seen across the board for any business in any industry.

As I found out from Tempe police where my vehicle was towed, the location changed from Gilbert on pioneer street to Gilbert Rd in Tempe, which was fine. My paperwork however states a different location, somewhat confusing as to where my vehicle actually was and just trying to get it paid and picked up. My issue is when I spoke with a lady on my first call she said the fees were $135.60 if I picked the car up by the close of business that day. However when I got to the tow yard and waited for the person at the window, the amount suddenly changed to $174.50, and I said I already spoke with a woman who said $135.60 if picked up by close of business that day. How can the same company, same location change the amount that is due to pick up your car? They said it was due to it being an extra day by the time I got there even though I was already quoted $135.60 if picked up that day. And there sign says $25.00 daily storage fee, which would have been $160.60. Where does the extra $15.00 on top of the extra day add up to making sense. And the receipt they emailed me had two different storage fees listed, one that equaled to $135.60 and the other equaled $174.50. However still does not coincide with the daily storage fee of $25.00. And to get a quote which she stated picked up that day $135.60 is a mistake on the business procedure and how it's run, because I made sure to double check the amount prior to arriving to avoid anything getting misunderstood. This shady business tactics screwing someone out of an extra $39.00 which again does not add up to making sense except for commission based wages and that's why tow yards have so many bad reviews and hope the owner gets a hold of me sending me my $39.00 refund for the lady that was new and being trained in. If the original lady didn't quote me $135.60 I would not have left this negative review, but it doesn't add up from the sign at there office, or my receipt that was emailed due to non working printer at the office. Expecting a call or message from the owner, ACT

Ain’t no way another one of my guests got towed. Same thing I registered her car @8:36pm have the email confirmation and the correct info! come out @3am realized my friends car got towed. We called and spoke to Bridgette who had attitude, she stated the car was picked up @8:45pm. Then Andrew came in his tow truck went up to him and asked what time the car got picked up. He stated he picked it up himself @8:36pm so their system didn’t update fast. So we called up Bridgette again since she had said another time, then she stated it was picked up @8:39pm and she had got confused because of the military time. So regardless how tf we gonna get towed in seconds of arriving and checking in my friends car. Is your guys system that slow? Or do you guys just like giving people a hard time just to get money even though I be checking these people in. I’d get it if I wasn’t but first the minimal space issue now this timing issue.

They towed my vehicle while I was working at a property I'm contracted to be at, then insisted on me paying the full fee and told me to come by and pick it up because they were doing after-hours releases that night and I work overnights. I finished my shift and got a ride 40 minutes home to get cash, then 40 minutes back to their lot, just to be told they won't release it until 8am because they only do after-hour releases until 4am. This was never mentioned over the phone. I've wasted gas and time after my shift just to still not have my car. Terrible business practices and an absolute nightmare to work with. No wonder everybody is switching to other companies.

(With Mia Chavarria) We realized our friend’s car got towed at around 3:45 AM even though she registered the car before they picked it up. We felt that the customer service was dismissive and we had been told 3 different times of when the car was towed… Our friend had to pay for an Uber back. This was also just a huge waste of time and hassle that could’ve been avoided. This was in student housing and we’re college students during finals week so it’s not like anyone has time to spare to deal with their “mistakes” that happen way too often.

My experience with All City Towing in Tempe was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I had no choice but to use their service when my car needed to be towed, and I expected a smooth, professional process. Unfortunately, what I got was far from that. When I picked up my car, I noticed damage that had not been there before. This was not just a minor issue—there were significant scratches and dents that clearly occurred while the vehicle was in their care. The worst part of the whole ordeal was how the situation was handled. When I approached the staff about the damage, they were completely unhelpful. I was met with defensiveness and excuses rather than any real acknowledgment of the problem. Instead of taking responsibility or even showing concern, the staff dismissed my claims and refused to offer any compensation or repair solutions. I was left feeling powerless and ignored, despite clear evidence that the damage had occurred during towing. I understand that accidents can happen, but the lack of professionalism and accountability made the situation much worse. All I wanted was a resolution—an apology, an explanation, or at least some form of customer service that showed they cared about their clients and their property. Instead, I was treated as though my issue didn’t matter, and I was forced to deal with the aftermath on my own. The quality of service I received was not what I expected from a towing company.** I’ve had my car towed by other companies before, and never have I encountered such negligence. The damage to my car has caused me not only financial stress but also a huge inconvenience as I’ve had to seek out repairs on my own. All City Towing showed a complete lack of care for my vehicle, and that’s unacceptable for a company that handles other people's property. The damage to my car has been both financially and emotionally draining. Having to repair the damage has cost me more than I ever anticipated. Not to mention, the frustration of dealing with the aftermath of something that could have easily been avoided if they had taken better care of my vehicle. What should have been a straightforward service turned into a costly and stressful experience that could have been handled with basic customer service and professionalism. I would strongly advise against using All City Towing if you care about the safety of your vehicle. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is reason enough to seek out other towing companies that treat their customers—and their vehicles—with the respect and care they deserve. There are plenty of options out there, and I regret choosing this one. In the end, I’m left with a damaged car and no compensation for the negligence that caused it. I will never use All City Towing again, and I recommend that others avoid them as well. It’s not worth the risk to your vehicle, especially when there are companies out there that do their job properly and take responsibility when things go wrong. This experience has left a bad impression, and I hope others can learn from it before entrusting their vehicle to this company.

All city towing practices predator towing. My girl is a bartender. Lives in a trailer court. I see the tow truck cruising the court after 10 at night with its head lights off and the 5 clearance lights on top on. Any one with a vehicle hanging over the red curb, "fire lane" is snagged.8 hours later, 700 dollars to release it. All city towing is ,by law supposed to provide a towing agreement signed by the owner or property manager of the private property and signed by the same of the towing co. It's signed by court manager, but not by tow trk co

They tow your car even if you registered it for guest parking at Vertex. I had registered my vehicle @2:08 pm and wrote down everything correctly yet somehow got towed tonight. Update* they said I added an incorrect space on the license plate yet the license plate literally has a space in between the group of letters. And I’ve been writing the letters that way and have had no issue

David and Elot made a really horrible situation feel easy! Never recommend you to get towed but if you do they make it easy! Make sure to have car registration and ID for pick up! Very kind and easy to work with.

Our car was involved in an accident late afternoon and All City Towing towed it to their yard. The next morning they called & said they needed to get our car out of their yard. They recommended a car shop that they would tow it to, but the reviews of that car shop were TERRIBLE. We instead chose a repair shop we trusted, & All City said our insurance company would have to provide the tow, that All City would not tow it to the shop we chose. We made MANY calls between All City, our insurance company, & the tow company that was scheduled to tow it to the repair shop. The tow company said All City wouldn't release our car without certain documentation, All City said the tow driver never showed. This literally was an all day thing with all the calls. It finally took a conference call with our claims agent and All City to get a straight answer. Our claims adjuster then worked on his own with All City, and then told us All City was giving him the run around. For a tow yard that called in the morning needing our car off their yard, they made it very difficult for that to happen. Finally, over 24 hours after their initial call, the tow driver was able to get our car towed to the repair shop. It just shouldn't be this difficult, and something felt very 'off' with their suggestion of a repair shop that they WOULD tow our car to, to suddenly refusing to tow our car because we chose a different repair shop. I hate it that they have the contract for South Mountain Village, & even though it's probably a waste of time, I will be writing our council member about this.

This tow company has a racket with the Tempe Police. One of our vehicles was involved in an accident yesterday. The police authorized the tow driver to relocate the vehicle out of the road. When requested to drop the vehicle, as soon as we arrived on site, and that we had our own tow truck and body shop that we already work with, we were told that because Tempe Police authorized the vehicle to be moved, All City Towing was allowed to take it to their yard. I advised the tow driver that the police did not have possession of the vehicle, nor anything that authorizes them to take property without some form of judgement. I advised the tow driver that he was hired to relocate the vehicle out of the driving traffic, but nothing authorizes him to take personal property without consent. The Tempe Police backed the driver, saying that they have a contract. I understand they have a contract to move the vehicle out of traffic, but they do not have a contract to commit grand theft auto. The company was paid to drop the vehicle on the side of the road, and the process of a police report has begun for theft. To add to the situation, the driver told me that although it is my property, he can take the vehicle. When asked what authorizes him to do so, he said "It is just the way it is". He then told me I had 10 minutes to figure out what I want to do(he had already been told multiple times by this point, of what the expectation was, AND our tow truck was parked behind him) or he was going to steal our vehicle and take it to his tow yard. Keep in mind, we did not want it in the yard due to multiple incidents previously of other crashed vehicles being left in their lots and thousands of dollars of tools go missing. When filing a complaint with the office, it is blown off. The response from the police and the driver was that we should just keep reporting it to the office. I will not let Tempe PD, nor All City Towing continue to break into my vehicles, and steal equipment because these two parties completely unrelated to me have a contract. I will be looking closer into the Takings Clause for the Tempe PD portion.

Absolutely Worst Tow Company. They left me stranded on side of AZ highway for 4 hrs in 107 degree heat. Would not come out until paid first and once they got the money they never showed. Continual promises of "they will be there in 30 mins"..."we will call you with an update in next 5-10min" etc. All lies. Price was nearly double that of the REPUTABLE towing company I eventually used . Call CALIBER TOWING they got there fast, they were nice and it cost half as much as these cretins insist on charging.

This is the most predatory and poorly ran company that I’ve come into contact with. This is my second experience with this company towing cars unreasonably. If you are able to impound someone’s vehicle during your “closed hours”, they should be able to release it during those same hours. It is fraudulent to purposely hold the vehicle for x amount of hours to make a profit. Furthermore, the customer service is shameful. I pulled my car out of my driveway at 2:35 to let my sister out to go to work, went back into the house to my things for work, and walked outside at 2:50 to my car being towed. I tried to tell the man that I had just pulled the car out, but he hurried up and pulled off. I called and that same pitiful employee was rude and aggressive. This company needs to be shut down.

Paul Knecht was awesome, Scottsdale PD called him in with the flatbed truck to tow my car to the Mechanic from the scene. Paul arrived timely and was very knowledgeable about everything. Have to give this guy props for the way he took care of my vehicle. Thank you Paul and thank you All City for your contract with Scottsdale PD

I guess it's not their fault. They're just trying to make a living but they're in bed with Scottsdale police so I'm pretty sure overcharged for storage fee pursuant to the latest revised State statute or ordinance. In regards to storage fees being maxed at, I believe it was 21 or $25 a day. They'll charge you $51 a day

Horrendous experience. My vehicle was illegally told from a loading dock as I was moving things from my car to my condo, which is up for sale soon. There is no sign indicating any time limit. And I was there for the purpose of unloading. The staff is rude and they will hang up on you if you mention calling the police or a lawyer. If you have the unfortunate experience of dealing with a fraudulent tow with this company, make sure you get a receipt and then do a charge back on your credit card for fraud like I plan on doing if they require payment.

Between the police department and all city towing, it's the biggest car theft ring in existence that proves to be legal. I tried everything from showing a copy of the title with my signature on the back to the temp registration In my name. I have now lost 2 work vans with equipment in them because of the unbelievable rules they make up to make it impossible to regain ownership of your vehicle and property in them. Absolutely the worst experience to deal with.

So I got my car impounded because the registration was behind I end up getting arrested that day/night only to get out later on that night without even seeing the judge. I called All City towing for my car and all my belongings in it my purse my keys to my storage keys to the house credit cards everything I was informed that I can't get none of my belongings out unless I was able to come up with a 30/60 or 90-day registration which the cops were informed that I was unable to get the title to the car and the paperwork with the information that I need in order to get the title is in the car so it's a catch-22 what I don't understand is why can't I get my personal property out of my car my work clothes my purse everything unless I get the registration up to par my question is what does my registration have to do with anything about my property that's in my car I never stated I'm trying to get the car out of impound I just want my personal belongings and I feel that what they're doing is is illegal I should be able to get my personal belongings out of that car at the very least

I had an employee that was involved in a vehicle accident. The tow truck driver insisted that we allow him to take our truck to their tow yard because insurance would pay for everything. We asked that he move it to the closest parking lot, which he replied, "that will cost you $150.00 and your insurance will not pay for it." After arguing with him about it for almost an hour, he finally dropped it where asked and we had our own tow company take it from there. This company is a joke and only out to get the most amount of money from insurance companies while they loot through your vehicle. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We came to this location because my mother had been in an terrible accident that resulted in engulfed flames & there were a set of keys that were needed still in the vehicle that ‘All City’ had towed the evening prior to our visit. The young woman at the window did not deliver the best customer service experience. The attitude she delivered was not friendly or kind whatsoever. My mother and I are definitely ones for kindness and great customer care/support but it just seems as if we were extremely disappointed with the “help” we’ve received.

Getting your car towed really sucks. The cost was ņot to expensive, about$50 a night. The woman who works here was great. I called the main number 1st to make sure my documents were sufficient. Apparently, there was a misunderstanding. So, when I arrived, the woman there helped me to get the acceptable documents quickly. She went so far as to call the local MVD and explain what was needed. All I had to do was go to the MVD and pick them up. Of course, the men at the tow were super quick to retrieve from my car. If I hadn't had a mixup, I would've been in and out in 10 minutes.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL COMPANY! They towed my car from a visitor parking garage when I had a pass to be there because they made a mistake. They admitted they made a mistake but showed 0 empathy during the calls, made me go and pick up my car after they took it from me, and said there’s no compensation for at least the Uber I had to take to pick it up. I had work in the morning and they wasted my time and money because of their mistake.

Had my friends car towed from a 1hr zone when we parked there for around 15 minutes. They won't let us get our house keys or phones and left us stranded in the middle of the night trying to figure out where to stay without anyway to pay for anything. The lady on the phone was very dismissive and would not listen to anything.

My car was towed here after an accident. In the two times I visited the lot to gather personal effectd, every single person I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I had no problems with items being taken from my car. It is important to make an appointment so that they can be available to help you with your vehicle and also to bring proof of ownership and a photo ID. Do that and you'll be pleased.
