so rude customer service, disappointing to see. why would you let me think you’re going to help us as our car is about to blow out a tire and then wait until we get there to say you’re closed and refuse us service. despicable.

Our motor coach broke down on I8 and we called several repair places with no luck. Fortunately, we tried Hinojas and they came right out and got us back on the road. Courteous, professional and fair priced! Would definitely call them again, but I hope I don’t have to. ?
We feel that we got charged $200.00 and they asked $225.00 for a 30 minute job!! They did take care of our problem to help us make it back home!! Never received a bill!! What should we do? Waited for 3 hours!! Just wanted you to know!!

Got a shredded tire leaving Gila Bend , I called multiple tire places in Gila Bend all were either closed or close to closing since it was 6pm on a Friday night.
This was the ONLY place who was available and came within the hour. Got our tire changed with the spare and was on the road within 30 min or less despite us not having the lug key.

Even our insurance road side assistance would have taken 3+ hours just to get to us so glad this place was willing to help us out !

Honestly they are very genuine people that wanna help you because they know you just wanna get back on the road. They help you out anyway they can if that’s with pricing, hospitality, or just having a good laugh. Good place to stop if you need it!
Hinojosa was incredible, meeting us out on I-8 after hours after we had two flats that were unsafe to drive on.
We had one spare but they were able to replace the tire and get us back on the road. We were 120 miles from our home and Hinojosa came in clutch. They have 24 Hour Tire Repair services.
Hands down some of the hardest working fellas here. We got stuck on our trip and these fellas saved the day !!! Very pleasant and try to make us as comfortable as they could on this 110 weather .They had us back on the road ! We appreciate these fellas and ? recommend!! 10/10
Front desk lady was very nice and respectful... Even though they were about to close they still went out where I was and helped me with my flat tire.... I'm really great full... Was driving maricopa rd when i got out of my truck to check on something in my back seat. While i was looking i locked the door soo i wouldnt have someone get in and drove away. I closed my back door realising i had my doors locked. After two hours of calling multiple people, hinojosa auto & truck repair came out and opened my truck for me to carry on my way. They are a life saviour because everything was inside my truck like my phone and wallet. They are the best!!
Called and told them I needed help since my car wouldn’t start. They said they were open until 11:30pm, and to have it towed to them. I paid to have it towed to the shop, arrived at 8pm, and they were closed. I called again and every time it just went straight to voicemail. Extremely unprofessional. Wasted my money and my time.
Driving through Gila bend I decided to stop at store when I noticed my car leaking oil so I went to Hinojosa auto and truck repair and the guy that was there truly did everything to fix issue so we can make it back home safe and take my car to shop that did oil change two days before. At the expense of exposing myself as “that tourist”, I have to tell you about my great experience with Hinojosa!
I got my camper van stuck in the sand a few miles off highway 85. I happened to get there a few minutes before they closed. I’m sure the two guys who helped me were looking forward to going home, but they gladly said they would help me out and let me jump in the truck with them.
They were professional, kind, and accommodating! I would absolutely recommend this place!

We had a blowout that completely destroyed part of the rear quarter panel. It was late on a Friday night, and we were stuck in the middle of nowhere. Himojosa went above and beyond to help us out. They found a tire that would fit our truck, drove out to help us mount it on the side of the road, and when our truck had a different size lugnut than standard tools allow for, they drove back into town, got the tool, and came back to help us at no extra charge. They were kind and honest and doliligemt to get the job done for the price they quoted. Would highly recommend!

This tire company took advantage of me a 79yr old woman & my daughter. We were stranded outside Dateland with a partially blown tire. We were told they had a tire and could take care of us. They ended up charging $150.00 for a bald tire with a plug. We were unsure we could make it phx. They then demanded cash only. They used intimidation by following us and standing behind us as we took cash out of the ATM. They are total crooks. Stay away from this shop!
On our way to Rocky pointe, we got an irreparable flat tire on our BMW 550i! Luckily we were right next to Hinojosa Auto repair. We called them early in the morning and they rushed over to help us. Jose's customer service by far, exceeded my expectations! We didn't have the wheel lock and for them, that was no problem. Jose & his team went above and beyond for us trying to help us repair the tire. On top of that the price for a new tire was extremely reasonable. We are so grateful we chose Hinojosa to help us with our car! I highly recommend their service!
I was stuck at a rest stop on I-10, with a dead alternator. I called these wonderful folks after hours and they were able to help me. They were able to come to me and brought the part with them. As soon as they got there, they assessed the situation, and had everything taken apart and replaced and back together again in 30 minutes give or take. They were super friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. They really saved my bacon out there. I highly recommend these gentlemen and the young lady Jennifer on the phone for anything you might encounter out there on the road. They are quite and have very reasonable rates for the service they provide. They were even kind enough to check on me a couple of days later to make sure I made it to my destination, as I was still 5 hours away from my destination when I broke down. They are amazing folks.

They rescued us from the side of Highway I8 at mile marker 115 in our RV. Got us to their shop to work on our problem and made it possible for us to get to our destination.
They went above and beyond. Their work ethic is exceptional. They even told us if we have anymore problems that they would come and help us no matter how far we got.
Their pricing was very fair.

These guys are life savors. I blew my tire out on the side of the freeway at around 5:30pm they were already closed but stayed late to get us back on the road in an hours time! By 6:45 we were back on the road! We are heading to Texas from California and that could’ve delayed us a day and cost me a lot of money. He only charged me $280 to drive to me on the side of the freeway and put a new tire on there. Thank you so much you guys definitely saved the trip! ??
My wife and I got tires from Hinojosa tire shop recently and I got to say we got good service. Our cars were done quickly. The tire team was respectful and made sure we were happy with the services provided.
A few months back I broke down in 118° heat , several people look at the fuse box and kept telling me there was nothing blown but I went down the street to this repair shop, they were able to find the fuse that was blown in about 5 minutes! These two gentlemen we're great and honest people. We never even wanted to charge me for the small fuse that they put in but I paid them anyway and was happy to do it.I would highly recommend.
