Coming in to Gila Bend we suddenly lost power steering in my 68 Firebird. We were stressed out thinking we will miss our event but we limped it over to the Napa. I couldn't believe it when they said they make hydraulic hoses. I was able to buy the tools I needed there and replace the broken power steering line with a custom made piece by the fantastic guy behind the counter. We were back on the road and hour later and made it to the Duct tape drags!
These Are Thee Greatest Gentlemen To Run Into When Your Car Breaks Down On The Way To Mexico For The First Time. Lol. You’d Think It’d Be Stressful But It Wasn’t. We Laughed And Joked With Mayors, Management, Local Celebrities & Cattle Ranchers Inside While Our Knight In Shinny Grease Changed Our Zapped Battery In No Time! (Although we didn’t get to see Batman, we knew he was around lol *inside joke*) No Upselling No OverCharging No Hitting On Us Because We Were Stranded Women. Great Memory Even If We Didn't Expect That Hiccup In The Trip! Thanks Fellas.

Had an issue with my car while driving through town. I went into the Napa store and they didn’t have the part I asked for, but after talking with me for 2 minutes they were able to get me the part I NEEDED. Great customer service!

Horrible auto parts store. If I could give 0 stars I would. Service is horrible. Took 15 minutes for someone to help me. When they finally helped they didn't even have any of the parts I needed. Will never shop here again.
One of my batteries in my 04 Dodge pickup burned out. Thank goodness that this NAPA was open. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They had the battery that I needed. It was a bit expensive but it kept me from needing to be towed.
The parts people do their best to either find the part and/or get you the part as soon as possible. The prices are comparable to the bigger stores in Phoenix such as O'Reilly, Auto Zone, Pep Boys, or Advance. Mail order places are significantly lower, however try to return an item to an online store! I shop here whenever I can as they are local, convenient, and friendly.
Poor customer service went in to barrow a code reader so I could buy parts to fix my van and the guy is like I will sell you one ..... every other parts store I've ever been to has a code reader specifically so they can sell you parts after you run the code another parts store got my sale
Make sure you check their pricing. 2 separate times I have gone there, the price is double what's advertised on the shelf. Not sure if they hope people won't notice or what.
I was traveling with my young child and dogs and my air started blowing warm air. I called ahead of time to make sure they had the refrigerant I needed. The young man had it ready when I arrived moments later and walked me through how to use it. Such wonderful customer service. Thank you so much.
